New Freedom did a wonderful job on our room addition and remodel of our kitchen, family room and dining room. They went out of their way to make this project special paying attention to details that we never thought of. I am ready for them to work on our master bedroom next! Promised a turn around period that took more than three times as long, some of the work had to be redone three times over, while additionally fixing damage they caused on site. Excuses changed from one day to the next, and was not told the truth up front. Had they been honest from day one this would have been a completely different review.

Everyone from the owner Todd, his concierge Nicole, who was with us every step of the way from day one to the end, the incredible Vincente’ and Frank who did the demolition, construction and painting. The tile and plumbing specialists were top notch as well as the employee who came in to do the punch list touch up. We chose not to get a second estimate after meeting these professionals and were more than rewarded by their excellence...which is beyond praise. We used New Freedom Properties recently to remodel our condo. The scope of the work included demolition of walls with drywall repair following, removal of a fireplace insert, installation of second layer of drywall plus soundproofing compound to party walls, various plumbing work including modifications to accommodate stackable washer/dryer, paint throughout (walls, ceiling, baseboard), new flooring and baseboard, new door hinges and hardware and other assorted items.Their proposal for the project was reasonably priced, completed within the estimated time frame and we were very satisfied with the results. They gave us suggestions both before and during the process which resulted in a better look than we would have been able to achieve without their assistance. Throughout the process they were very accommodating to our requests for minor changes. The people associated with New Freedom were always unfailingly courteous and pleasant to us. I would use their services in the future and would recommend them to others without reservation.

Kyle and the New Freedom team did an amazing job on my house. The house was done in the time frame specified. All the workers were polite and cleaned up at the end of every shift. Living in the house during a renovation is tough, but they make sure I was comfortable.

We decided to use New Freedom Properties after reading several reviews online and by having several companies come to our home to give us an estimate to completely remodel our first flooor. New Freedom was by far the best at providing a very detailed estimate and a reasonable time table. They stayed on schedule and were very flexible in accomodating all of our additional requests. All of New Freedoms employees were extremely professional, friendly, on time, and very respectful. I would like to specifically thank Alex for staying late a couple times. We were very pleased with their work ethic and knowledge of their specialty. We have recommended New Freedom to friends and I look forward to talking with them about my upcoming projects.

I cant give enough stars for this company. The entire project was done on time and came in exactly on budget.Todd and his team completed a full house renovation for me. Todd and I met to discuss my renovation. We walked thru my house and I described what I wanted done. This was a huge job that included, but was not limited to, tearing down walls, replacing walls, moving walls, full bathroom remodels (2), installation of tile, flooring, painting and a really, really, heavy marble fireplace surround.Todd provided me with a line by line price for each portion of the job. He itemized everything from plumbing to installing floors etc. It was really easy to keep in budget and make changes (which I did a lot). Each time I made a change I would receive an updated change order with the cost of the change and any credit back.When I called Todd with ideas, changes or questions he was always quick to answer his phone or call me back immediately. He came to the job site very often to discuss progress and ensure that everything was on track and perfect.I had two different crews working on the house. They were the absolute best that you could hope for. They were all extremely professional, polite and experts at their trade.I have never seen such good tile work. I had a tile floor, shower, and extensive backsplashes installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I cant express how fabulous the tile work is. The grout lines could not be straighter. Its really amazing.I really cant express how absolutely happy I am with this company and everyone involved in my remodel.Thank you to Todd and his wonderful team of people!!
