I wouldnt go anywhere else. My exterminator, Tim, is top notch and the absolute best. I have tiny kids and my 4 year old just loves him. I can tell he has grandbabies because hes never annoyed by her. Outside of the amazing customer service, they fixed my bug problem. No up charges. No surprises. You pay quarterly and its affordable even if youre on a budget. I post whenever I can in hopes Tim gets a raise or some kind of acknowledgment. You just dont find service like this. It comes from the heart.

Connor is great! He always contacts me prior to coming. He is always here on time and is great with following up with his findings. Best of all, we have not seen any critters!

Technicians who did the service are very good. But scheduling and appointments are difficult to get when needed. Prices are too high.

Our technician arrived on time and got to work right away. He explained prior to starting everything he was going to be doing and what the result would be. He completed his job quickly and thoroughly. He explained after service what we should expect and what to do if we needed additional service.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know.

My technician is always very friendly and works around my schedule. He’s also quick and efficient. If I’ve ever had an issue where I needed to have a re-spray there have been no questions asked and they’ve come out right away.

BEWARE! If your tech is Sean Williams he has stolen from me! Just be careful if he goes to your house he might steal from you. Just want to give people a heads up, that if he steals from other people and co-workers he just might be looking for items to steal in your house. Stay vigilant

I have used Terminix in California and in Nevada where I live now. I am very happy with their service.

The phone contact gave me a time and date for a visit during the call. She explained the cost. The tech came and reviewed the issues and set devices inside and out. I received a follow up call a couple of days later asking about the service.

Ive used Terminix for many years and always recommend their service to others. The technicians are always kind and do a great job. We get calls or texts to remind us of our upcoming service and are always provided with a detailed statement of the inspections and services provided. If no one is home when our property is serviced, we also get calls or texts to inform us that the technician has arrived and upon completion of services.

Dont do it. We have a contract and had an immediate need for service. Having a contract, the best they could do is come out in a week. But, if I go on-line and request as a new customer, they can come out same day between 2-4. Their local number goes to a service in the Philippines (I asked the customer service representative) and all they could do is send the local office an email for faster service. No one has called. Last option, I guess, would be to drive to their office.

Good results month in and month out...no matter the weather.I had the exterminator place sticky pads near the door for rodents and roaches that may come in from the outside. They are still empty 3 months later! (They are super sticky too!)Friendly, courteous service professionals. Ive had them a few years now. Worth the peace of mind!

Ive used Terminix for well over 5 years now. The firm continues to have (like Chuck most recently) excellent technicians performing the preventative spraying around the perimeter of our home. Service includes receiving both early notifications of planned spraying, as well as an email or text notification the day spraying is scheduled.If for whatever reason insects have penetrated the house before another scheduled visit, Terminix will at no charge perform an additional spraying.Thanks, Terminix!

We were buying store brand bug killer and I think the bugs got immune. We had HUGE spiders in our garage and a couple in our house. Terminix came out right away and the employee did an awesome job spraying everywhere, even in our window ledges. She was at our home for almost 2 hours. Havent seen any bugs since!! Thank you!!

Exceptional service from Regan Chapman, again! Did all the normal spraying for the various ground crawling bugs, then did extra service to wipe out the wasps that built nests under the red tiles on the roof. We literally feel safer now since the wasps are no longer flying around the front door of the house!! Well done, Mr. Chapman!!

We always get exceptional, timely and thorough service from our guy Francis. He gives us reminder calls and moves our appt to our convenience when we arent available at the times scheduled. He always calls when hes on his way then makes sure he gets any concerns we have addressed right away. Service like Francis gives us why we stay with Terminix.

Hi, Eddie is my technician. He’s on time, thorough, polite, and does the job well. He’s quick to respond if I have questions and flexible if I need a time change. He also just worked with me to lower my bill!

Pros: I have been very happy with the service. I am bug free, which is the goal.Cons: I wish you wouldnt keep increasing the price for service. Also, the email and voice message I received from Terminix said the technician would arrive between 2 and 4 pm on the scheduled day. He arrived at 8:30 am, which is what his schedule had for him. This happened last time too. The tech said there were some issues with the scheduling system. This is still happening 3 months later.

Terminix kept me in the loop at all times regarding the service appointment, what we should do to prepare for the fumigation, etc. Service personnel was easy to work with and fumigation was successfully completed.

I have tried to give this company business and have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone who cares. They were to the home, looked it over and called me and left a number. I call that number 10 different times only to hear that I cant leave a message because the mailbox is full. The corporate people who answer the phone do not care enough to resolve the problem. This is a big company that no longer knows how to answer the phone, they have replaced the customer service with a digital dimwit. I will use a local company who needs the business. How good will the service actually be if they arent smart enough to operate a phone?

Terminix takes care of business (pests). The employees are friendly, helpful, and genuine. Plus, the service is guaranteed. If it doesnt work, theyll come back out to make it right, for free.

I called yesterday and set up an appointment for today between 8-10 am. We turned away other companies because we have heard of your professionalism and you were able to get to us in first. At 9:47 am this morning (13 minutes before the END of the time frame) I received a phone call from David that he is not working today and his nearest appointment would be on Thursday. To say I am annoyed and upset is an understatement.

The employees at Terminix are extremely friendly and professional. That being said Francis Stark is our favorite. He is an asset to the company and deserves the gratitude of the company for being the smiling, friendly and professional face of the Terminix company. I would recommend this company to any one.

Outstanding and effective service but a little on the pricey side.

Why do I like Terminix? Because, with them, I dont have any problem with bugs! Thats the point of pest control, right?My service person is always patient with our dog, and goes the extra mile for us. Example, today he noticed an increase in spider webs under the eaves: so brushed them down and then sprayed thoroughly. Another example: someone left some honey spilled on the counter by my sink. The next day I found the counter and sink area covered with trails of those tiny ants. I called Terminix for help, after cleaning the area thoroughly, and they came that day to do some extra spraying inside and out.

I got a text from my terminix representative telling me when he was expected at my house, and he asked if I was having any issues. When I explained the issues I was having he said he would take care of it. The next day he texted that he found the issue and took care of it and also made sure his spray helped, too. Even though I wasnt home, I felt confident all was done expertly.

I have been with Terminix since 1991. We came back from Korea and are home in Tennessee had termites. Made the repair and join the Terminix family. They monitored our house while we went back overseas and after returning to other states. We purchased another home in Maryland and started Terminix up on that home also before the ink was dry on the paperwork. After about three years, we had termite damage again but this time we were covered and all repairs were paid for by Terminix. We have since sold both homes above and now live in Nevada, Terminix has me covered for termites and pests. It doesnt matter how many times I call I always get a friendly and professional tech, that listens and takes care of my problems at no extra charge.

Your employees are always so nice and courteous. They even let me know when it is safe to let my puppies outside.

The price is great; the service is excellent; and the communication is also fantastic-you know when your technician is coming, how many minutes away, and when he completes the service-very easy!
