We had a very bad pigeon problem. Twin promptly came out and diagnosed the situation. Within a few days they came out to wash away all the mess from the pigeons living in a 20ft space on our roof. They cleared it all away and closed off the areas so the pigeons cannot do that again. Very professional, very clean, thank you!

I had a confirmed appointment with a window of 1:00 to 3:00 and planned accordingly. I returned home 5 minutes before 1:00 and found that the tech had already been here and left. I wanted and paid for the inside and outside but only got outside because the tech came too early. This is not satisfactory. I would like the tech to return to complete the expected task. This has not happened in the past.

I was so impressed with Twin, the guy who came out to do the inspection. He was honest with us about what needed to be done and what we needed to do. Im just a tenant here and told him the owner really didnt want to put any effort into doing this and told me and the owner that if we didnt do our part basically it would be a waste of money but if we followed his instructions he definitely could get rid of our problems. He could of just taken the money but he wanted to make sure we understood there was more involved than him coming in to spray a couple times. This has been an ongoing problem in this house for years. The price he quoted was more than fair, he answered all our questions and again I felt he was completely honest about what he could do and what to expect. I hope my landlord hires him.( if not Im definitely looking for a new place to live!)I was so impressed with his honesty and the fact that he wouldnt accept the job or money for coming out unless he knew everyone in the house would do their part too, I assumed he was a paid employee that worked hourly regardless of what jobs they did or didnt accept. Then at the very end of the inspection I found out Twin is actually the owner of the business which made me feel even more confident in the company. I decided that if my landlord will go ahead with this, as long as he uses this company, I will help with the cost. Honesty id the most important thing to me when choosing a service of any kind and next is price and this company has both qualities.
