I’m giving them a 5 star rating had a bed bug problem that we worked on are selves for a month and could not get ride of. We called elite and more less had everthing out of cabinet s drawers ready for him to spray before he showed up. He advised us to put are clothes in big black plastic bags and leave out in the sun because the heat will kill them and we had a lot of clothes we left them outside for 4 days before we started to wash we put the clothes in totes after we washed them and sealed them up haven’t put clothes up untill last treatment was done .By the second treatment there was no signs of the bugs he came back and gave us a final treatment no signs of bugs he was a man of his word and I believe there is no need to throw you matress like we did before he showed up he will get ride of them. The only advise I can give any one with this problem don’t keep fighting them as long as I did before you call.
