This is my first time using professional pest control. The Home pest control boxes are in place in the walls of our new home and so I decided to sign up for one year. Scott was the sales person in the office and seemed very knowledgeable about their product. Isaac will be our technician for this year. He was also knowledgeable and informative regarding the critters and insects in our area. I am personally looking forward to as bug free home environment as possible this year.

Antonio explained what the service could provide for us. He covered everything I was wondering about. I like that he will be the same person to do our application each visit. He was courteous and easy to talk to. I am looking forward to having HomeTeam furnish our pest control needs.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Even though I didnt have an outbreak problem, Andrew was able to discover a cockroach nest next to my house and remove it immediately. I also saw noticeable differences in my backyard later that night. Crickets were chirping along the back fence instead of right next to my house. I totally recommend this company for pest defense.

Wonderful service, efficient, professional. Mr. William was kind and every helpful, he educated me on the pests in my backyard (wasp/hornets) he searched to every 10ft cypress I had (6) removed and sprayed the nests, and even cleaned the area- when he was done he provided me his card, and said they will be back in 5 weeks because it’s mating season once you see them call me.

Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.

Antonio called the day before service to confirm and again when he was on his way. Arrived exactly at the time we had scheduled and completed his work without a wasted minute. He was always friendly and professional. I cant say enough good things about him or his work.

I’ve been with Home Team for over two years and Frank has been my pest control pro the whole time. He’s a knowledgeable professional and also punctual and courteous. I appreciate the texts reminding me when he’d be coming and the follow up texts after. I haven’t seen a single pest since I retained their service. Great value for your money. We recently moved into town and needed a pest control company. Our new home has the Taexx System installed and the phone number listed. I called, and the prices were very reasonable. A technician, Steve, sent a pre-arrival text the next day. He arrived on time.Steve was very professional, and answered all of our questions. He did a thorough job, left us a written report, and also made a few suggestions about our new yard that would minimize the risk of incoming pests. We were aware of some cockroaches in the garage and a scorpion. His treatment addressed those pests, as well as the myriad other pests in the area. The company promised on the phone during my initial call that they would come out between scheduled visits if we see any pest activity during that time. Steve also told us this. He said he has been serving our area for several years and he will be our regular treatment technician.

They got me in quick. The price was great and great customer service.

Did a full service prevention and filled the Taex home system. Service was thorough and the rep was diligent. Minus a star due to expense, the pricing could be far more competitive.

I recently purchased this home and had a problem with water bugs, earwigs and rollypollys. Hugo explained why the problem was occurring and explained the TAECC system that was build into my home specifically for pest control that I didn’t know about. So far so good.

They provide great preventive maintenance. I’m lucky to have the Taexx system which they use to create a bi-monthly barrier for pest prevention. The technician Tim also inspected and sprayed around the barrier. He explained how the system works and let me know I can reach out for specific issues (which can arise with living in the desert). He was very familiar with various areas of town and how to deal with various issues - this is a great company.

In my last house we moved into in April 2018 we had tons of ants day one on the second floor, and the house was a brand new build.. because I left a can of 7up out on my night stand. I called this place, they came out right away, and for the three years we lived in that house, after they did their service I NEVER saw one bug in my house! There was only one time I had a roach in my garage and they came right away no question and fixed the issue! Just moved to my new home, and I trust that it will be just the same to keep the bugs away! Great customer service with this company, I recommend 1000000%!!!! If you hate any insect near you home like I do, this is the place to call! And their pricing is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job! This was the first service I scheduled when my husband and I moved across town because I can’t live without them! 500 stars!

Expensive but found a lot of dead bugs the next day after they sprayed. Didn’t realize we had so many hidden by our back door trying to get in! We used Home Team because our house has the internal (in wall) tubing so they can blast insects like ants where they crawl. Very friendly and quick to schedule us in. It is just so expensive so that is a down side.

Great service thus far. Kevin is our Home Team service technician. The company is able to service the pest control system build in the house so that is a plus. They are responsive and reliable. The bi-monthly service appointments are nice and Kevin calls a couple days in advance to schedule a specific date and time. He is always on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He offers tips and points for pest control that help with the long term care of the home and which helps prevent pests before they become an issue versus simply treating issues that occur. When we need additional services (which are done without additional charge) they are responsive and work on finding the source of the issue rather than treating symptoms. I highly recommend this company.

This exterminator uses our homes Taexx tubing to spray the chemicals within the walls of our home. With pets this gives me a sense of peace of mind.When Ive needed an extra service they were responsive in treating the issue.

I have been utilizing Home Team Pest Defense since I purchased my new home 5 years ago. They have been amazing and my home has been completely bug free this entire time. When I first moved in, we had ants (from the construction mess on the corner). I called Home Team and they dispatched Wesley immediately. The ants were gone that day. Kevin, our service man, does a great job and is super friendly. He always calls the day before to remind us he is coming which is great!! If it rains and we get bugs afterwards, or we notice bugs in between services, we call them and they come right out for an additional service for free. Kevin is really great to have which is one reason we like them so much. But the product works great too and we have no unwanted critters!! :)

I have been using Home Team for approximately 8 years now, possibly more. They have great customer service and do a great job. They send the same person to your house each time so you don’t have a bunch of strangers coming. I have had only 2 assigned techs in all my years and the only reason it changed was the first person got promoted. They even work around my schedule and the fact that I have dogs. They always arrive within the time frame set. The text message the day before is very convenient. The couple times we had a bug or two in the house it just takes a text message. They are at the house the same or next day. Phil that services our area is great!

As he has every quarter for several years, Chad contacted me Tuesday night and then came by on Wednesday to provide pest control service. He always checks to see whether all is well... but we have only had eight ants in the nearly 15 years weve been with HomeTeam. Oh, and maybe once a quarter a cricket will sneak in to die. Great service, excellent communication, and low cost + no complaints!

We phoned their office on a Friday afternoon requesting a specific technician recommended to me by several neighbors and they scheduled him to come out at 8AM the next day (Saturday)!William was professional, conscientious, systematic and comprehensive in performing his work.He then debriefed me on what I should do and what I should expect.The following Monday their office telephoned me to make sure that I was satisfied, determine whether I had any questions, and to alert me to the possibility that activity (we had not had any previous activity) might temporarily spike after the treatment which might drive pests out of their hiding places (hopefully this will not happen).We are affluent senior citizens who have lived all over the country and we have never experienced such good service. They do standard service as well as most any company I would guess but what impresses me is you can call them in between regular services if you see any activity and they are there immediately.

Home Team Pest Defense is great! The employee who comes to my home is very professional. I especially appreciate how this individual works with my schedule so that I can be sure to leave my dog inside for a safe time frame after application.

I wish the tech does spray all the surrounding areas of the house. He purposely missed some areas when no one is looking. Our camera shows he missed some areas purposely.
