Excellent experience while my friend and I got both of our covid shots here. It was very simple to call and get a reservation. As we arrived we got checked in and signed in quickly and sat in a super luxurious comfy squishy seat. Receiving the vaccine was on a whole another level as they gave you a complimentary arm massage with the service. The male nurse that is in charge of giving said vaccines is quite pleasant not only to look at but to be around in general. After the amazing All-Star service we received we were personally led to our own private VIP sitting area that had an amazing waterfront view granted it was a picture of water but luxurious nonetheless would highly recommend for all your future vaccine endeavors. We even got chocolate the same nurse and another male individual complemented my friends amazing face mask that said you are too close. Im not sure if that individual was a nurse but he can also get it 🥰🥰 !!! I sincerely hope that this vaccine is annual.

Second vaccine dose today.As per the norm here, couldn’t even feel the injection, completely dialed in wonderful professionalism here- again - as with my last review - just get here! Kudos to all staff, especially the gent who made this painless as he did with the first as stated above! Best of the best here!

I am so grateful to the staff here for making me feel safe and listened to for my covid19 vaccination! For a small facility, they really work hard to get everything you need done in a timely and professional manner. I especially appreciate Justin and Taylor for their attention to detail and genuine caring. I have recommended many friends to this facility and they have had similar experiences as well! =)

Came here for my COVID vaccine. Nice, clean establishment and professional staff. I also use this place to see a psychiatrist who offers virtual visits via video conference, which is very convenient. She is also very nice and professional.

This where we came for our Covid vaccines. We waited maybe 5 minutes tops. We were brought into a private consult room where they took our vitals and actually had a conversation with us and addressed all of our concerns! Wow!! we were so happy with all of our interactions with the staff.We also did the IV hydration therapy they offer for side effects of the vaccine. That was a game changer to actually feel better after we left than when we went in. The lasting effects of the hydration really helps!

Received both doses of the covid vaccine shot and asked the front desk staff if my and my husbands names will be entered in for the Vax Day raffle to win prizes..... Both our names were never entered at all. Claimed they must have written down BOTH of our phone numbers incorrectly! Therefore, we had no fair chance of winning any prizes yesterday for the first raffle. SMH. Not sure why its so difficult to verify someones phone number BEFORE they leave the Drs office.

I want to stress that the service and care at Sunrise Health clinics is top notch. I was introduced to their clinic through a friend of mine and they treated us like family. Thank you, Breschelle, Justin and all the great staff there.

My wife and I went there to get our first covid vaccine injection. As we settled in our car as we leaving I looked up to see the license plate on this gold mini-van.The folks at Sunrise were professional and promptly moved us through the process. I usually give an individual a shout out, but in this case it was all of them working as a team that made our experience a pleasure. Thank you and see you soon for our second shot.

Incredible service. Julissa, Kayla, and Latrice are always there to help all of my needs. Ancy is great and makes me feel like a new person. Therapy was awesome. My life is much better with Sunrise. Cant wait til I can get my COVID vaccine here too when I qualify. Love you all!

Worst place ever, I did my test more than a week and Im still waiting for my results, my husband had to call everyday to ask for his results, and then after his 5th phone call Kayla told him that they didnt sent him the results because he didnt called or went to asked for his results, Lol so its our work to be calling them to ask for out results, so we have to do their work, wooorssssttttt place ever!

Great service, the staff was very friendly and the location is really nice!

The service is the worst 😒, they never send the results, I had to call several times to request my results, they charged 150.00 to give results in 24 hours and they just call, but they dont give any indications and dont send the results in writing, Kayla and the managers sent me the information after several times. I dont recommend the place, my wife did the test more than a week, and she still doesnt receive the results, and we paid.

I have been with this facility since the first started on Maryland Parkway. This is the best place in the Valley. The staff is warm and friendly and the therapist are always amazing. The Lady that runs this has a great concept of how psychiatry should be. She provides a safe environment in which you can grow in. She not only helps the patient but extends that help to the family so everyone is successful. She goes above and beyond.......When I started working with Mrs. B my family was in crisis. Mrs. B could personally relate to situations I was experiencing. She got the help my daughter needed but also extended that help to me and my other children so we were all growing and improving. This is the Best place in the valley

A 900 am appointment seems to mean 930 or 945 at sunrise. Besides being checked in the whole staff seem to show up late and generally be unprepared to operate the clinic. However the doctor made up for the above.

The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the excellent care you deserve. It may take a little longer to get in to see the doctor but it is well worth the wait. The doctor and nurse gives each person the time needed to assure accurate diagnosis. They listen and truly care about each individual. I just cant say enough about how great everyone is at the clinic. Thank you so much Dr. Walker and nurse Krista.

I have been a patient of Theresa Walkers for over 6 years. She is absolutely amazing and so is her Assistant Krista. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and have the best customer service I have ever received from any Dr.s office in my entire life. They legitimately care about their patients and go above and beyond like I have never seen before. I wouldnt go to anybody else here in Vegas. Theresa Walker is the best! It is rare to find a Doctor with an Assistant that cares just as much for her patients. I recommend Sunrise Clinics on a scale from 1 to 10-100!

I waited 2 and a half hours past my original appointment time for my first appointment. Before my second appointment, I called to make sure they were running on time and they said yes. When I came in the nurse told me it was an hour behind. I walked out and will not be returning because I wont waste my time there again. The receptionist was extremely rude when I told them I would not be returning. The doctor was so great, its too bad they dont know how to schedule appointments.

Sunrise Clinics I am still waiting for your payment for the merchandise that was made for your business 4 months ago. I was scammed and taken advantage of my kindness. This was NOT a donation. The word donation was never discussed. I was told your NON-profit is actually FOR-profit. A lot of fraudulent issues and keeping the money for your own pockets. Stay away from Sunrise Clinics.

Should be less than 1 star-honestly should, if he has not already, be stripped of his license. The doctor, Adekunle Ajayi, does not know what he is talking about. I sensed this after my first visit. They sent me down to Henderson to be seen and I showed up and nobody was there, this was for the evaluation from a therapist, despite my living minutes from their Rainbow (no longer there) location. So I drove all the way down to Henderson and they were closed, doors locked, therapist could not see me that day. I turned around and went back and they got me in later that week with a therapist who barely asked anything and seemed fresh out of school. I never saw her again and I did get another therapist, who left there, who I have stuck with.I met the doctor for the first time down in Henderson, it took 3 hours and 20 minutes for him to arrive and everyone else waiting said this was typical. He arrogantly saunters in and goes into his room where his, medical assistant or RN (who is quite nice but just works for the wrong person) has been frantically making excuses for him. Oh he is a really busy doctor, he makes rounds-as if he should be scheduling patients for private practice as he is making rounds in a hospital, it is insane.He is arrogant, he talks down to you, never have I not waited a minimum of 2 hours, he has told the wrong information and I have known this but you dare not correct him.My last appointment I got a call the night before not to go to Rainbow but rather they had moved and go to this address and this suite, it just so happens the address was to a Regus rent an office which was housing about 17 (so it seemed) different businesses in the suite I was told to go to.By all indications they were evicted from Rainbow as this was definitely not planned and this was sudden to them to. When I arrive I was not greeted by anyone as NOBODY had yet come from their office. An hour into my appointment time the RN or Med Assistant showed up making her excuses again and they were LITERALLY physically bringing in their things one thing at a time (chairs, equipment, etc). Two hours into my wait this time I decided I had enough and was on the phone with my insurance company changing psychopharmacologists.WOW AND GOOD RIDDANCE. I went to my new psychopharmacologist today who was so nice I have no words. The owner of the clinic actually came to apologise that I had been waiting 5 minutes and discussed my situation and already started to put a medication plan into action, discussing it with me. He then spoke to my direct psychopharmacologist (I could have seen him but he is only there twice per week). They were understanding, they were laughing at some of his mistakes, my medications have been completely changed so as to achieve what I set out to; alleviate my anxiety and not have to depend on benzodiazepines, help me sleep and relieve my depression, which is situational and my PTSD. I think this doctor Ajayi should be banned from practicing. After my last appointment they failed to e-send my medications correctly, the pharmacy could not get a hold of them for a week and I ended up in an ER getting medicine for an acute panic attack and to fill the prescription he failed to fill. All my calls and messages went unanswered too.IF HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS, RUN, SAY NO, DEMAND ANOTHER REFERRAL.
