This was a pretty chill location me and my husband decided to get a virtual mailbox for our new business when I walked in there was a guy at the counter similar to how it is a FedEx I gave him my ID and told him our LLC and he went to the back and grabbed our mail it was pretty simple and awesome location was clean and the guy was pretty nice.

Best prices for fax service, I paid $20 there for 36 pages ( UPS wanted $40+, FedEx wanted $80+)

Everytime when I drop packages in here, it always can not tracking them,some times it takes almost a week to update the tracking info,but if I go to USPS or UPS store directly, the tracking info will update on next day. Last time I asked the person who works in there why it happens like that? He told me that they had no control on them, I need to contact with USPS or UPS for any issues. Not recommend for dropping packages in here!

Have had a box here for about 10 years. Over that time have seen 3 different owners of this Postnet. The newest custodian Stacy and her son Cody are always very nice & professional. Its been a pleasure to work with them.

Just sent a flat rate priority envelope and was charged $16!!! I can see charging a little more than the post office but double the price, unreal. Wouldnt you rather give people a better deal and earn their patronage than gouging them once and lose the return business??? I wont be back. 😕

EVERYTIME I try to come here they are closed. Their hours change all the time and are not accurate online or as posted on the door. Very frustrating.

Do Not Give Your Business Here. Beware of terribly inconsiderate owelner. Claimed my package had been picked up by FEDEX ground, never to be seen again.Sent a tiny package on a Monday for 24$ told it would arrive Wed. I never saw my package again. I did just open a claim with fedex & will physically be going there with law enforcement to find my package. So. Terrible.

CHANGED MY TRACKING NUMBER WITHOUT TELLING ME! I went to mail some Valentines Day cards via DHL to my wife overseas on Saturday afternoon. The owner gave me a receipt with a tracking number and told me it would be there by wednesday. I checked the tracking number and package ID on the DHL website and both said no results. So I come to the Postnet on Tuesday to ask why there is no info on my package. Cody is unable to help me and says he has no way to contact the manager or the owner. The owner finally arrives tells me she has changed the tracking number without telling me. She had my cellphone number and could have contacted me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So disappointing! The young man does not properly wear a mask, no protection for you as a customer! Look elsewhere.....
