I LOVE Pony Express on Trop/Eastern!!! We knew the father and son that use to own it, Stanley and Steve. The new owners are GREAT as well a mother and her son!!! Very friendly very helpful!!! I do ALL of my business there instead of going to post office or Office Depot!!!

I absolutely appreciate pony express. They kept me informed on mail I was waiting on. Called me each time I received mail. Above and beyond they went and really dont have too. They are not only professional but incredibly kind.

Ive had my mailbox there for about a half a year and will always use them. When I have an oversized package though let me know and hold it for me and if I have a delivery that doesnt require postage my customers drop it off and theyll hold that for me as well. Theres so much better than UPS could ever dream of on their best day.

The best place to rent a suite and or mailbox. The people there are amazing, helpful, thoughtful, gracious, accommodating and very polite. I would not want to get another mailbox anywhere else than here.The price is right, the location is Central and the convenience is outstanding! There is usually a waiting list to get a space here due to the popularity of this business. As one could understand in this world today customer service is everything and these people got it down to a science.

Starting to get real fed up with poor service levels here. Attended today to find them closed early (almost 30mins). Met other frustrated customers outside as well. No notice on the door etc.Steve (owner) is quite friendly but unfortunately it won’t be enough to keep my business after having had a couple hiccups.I certainly won’t be renewing.

This place stole some mail after I signed up for a Private Mail Box. Then I never received a piece of mail in 6 months. Your mailbox is not “private” here.

Small shipping store with mailboxes for rent. Friendly Mom and Pop type of business. Packing, shipping, faxing, keys made, notary, etc. They also hang business licenses for businesses that dont have a brick and mortar store, like internet businesses. Ive been there for years, and am happy with the service.

Friendly guys, always easy to get and send mail quickly and they have a varied assortment of interesting trinket and gifts for sale.

I talked to stan on the phone calling from phoenix and stan was very pleasant over the phone.I will be going to stans store in a couple of days, he said that hes been there for 38 years! wow I was onley 5 years old.he said people call him stan the man and hes 83 years old. gotta love it.
