Called and requested to get a limo for my daughter and her friends for her b day. Said he had one available and then stated well I have to page my drivers and see if anyone is available for tonight. Waited 5 hours to hear back and still no call back. Poor customer service.... we ended up calling a different company and they were way more helpful.

Terrible terrible old limos. Our first limo was very old and dirty. Our limo broke down within 10 minutes of our ride and we were 50minutes away from our hotel. We proceeded to sit on the side of the road for one hour before our driver decided to start driving again. He then had us wait an additional hour inside of a lounge for a new car. Once the new car arrived, it had red solo cups throughout it and the new driver was far from friendly and professional. If took us over 3 hours to get to our hotel. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Drivers are unprofessional. Limos are old and not clean. And you may break down on the side of the road for HOURS

We had the green H2 limo pick us up at the airport for my sons 21st bday,everything was perfect. Jeff (our driver) was amazing, he went above and beyond!!! Thank you for the great time in Vegas!!!!

Driver was smoking and the smell was all in the limo. Disgusting. Was an older limo, got me from MGM Grand to Bellagio for $120! Not very impressed

We rented the Durango SUV limo on Saturday, July 14, from 7-9 pm. We had no issues with the rental until we returned to the Paris hotel, where the driver then asked for our credit card for payment. We had reserved the rental earlier in the afternoon and were quoted with a price of $252 for 2 hours; however, our driver tried to double the price and complete the purchase for $514. Luckily, our credit card companies flagged the transaction as fraud. The Las Vegas police were called. The company sided with the driver, saying that he accidentally put the transaction through twice. Save yourself the chaos and trouble and do no rent from 24/7 Limousines!

I would give this company a 0 if I could. I spent the weekend of the 28th of August in Vegas to celebrate my 30th and my bachelorette weekend. This company RUINED that weekend. I was messaged by a Bobby on Instagram who stated that they could get me a limo for one hour for $350. I had a friend who said this was over priced, which it most definitely was but I didnt want to go through the hassle of finding another. I made arrangements for a limo (party bus) to pick us up. I should have RAN the moment I stepped foot in that bus it was FILTHY and at the HEIGHT of Covid-19. The driver DEMANDED that I give him the money upfront as well as a $60 tip that was NEVER discussed with Bobby! Okay, I left it alone. Nothing was ruining my night. THEN we head to the liquor store to which he buys a pint size bottle of Hennessy, a personal size sprite and cranberry juice and we had to request he go back for ice as it was all melted from the previous ride. I then told the driver to take us back to the hotel and to cancel the entire ride as this was not going to work. He takes us back and refused to give us our money back. In comes Mr. Ron Brady into the picture. He tells us some bullsh*t about how hes going to give me a refund, how hes suspended the driver over the course of 2 weeks. I STILL have yet to receive a refund but plan on filling a complaint against the BBB as well as seeking other avenues with guidance from my attorney. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If you see them RUN

I was looking for limo services for my wedding. I called Friday and got a quote, it was a good price so I decided to book it. I gave all of my informaron including my CC for the reservation. I asked for confirmation number and was told that I would receive an email shortly with all of that information. Its now Monday and have not received anything. I called today at 12:55 and was told that they would check and call me back. I did not hear anything so I called back at 5:42 pm and was told they would call back. They called me back and said that there is no information and or reservation at all in any of their systems. They wanted to get my info again. Yeah nope,I will pass. So my question is, who in the world did I give ALL of my CC info to, that now the girl is not known in the office and my information was never entered in the system. Yeah no, is rather pay extra for adequate service and avoiding an inconvenience on my wedding day. Now its time to call my bank and report this incident so that they can flag my accounts. Thank you for creating such a hassle.

Absolute worse experience! I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Rented a limo on Sunday night, of course Vegas had the Rock n Roll Marathon going on. Traffic and road closures were horrible, some of my group was having trouble getting where they needed to be at, so i tried to cancel due to all of the chaos. They wanted to charge me anyway, so i used the service, wish i hadnt, First off no champagne like ordered, limo was hot as hell, and we were dropped of blocks from our location as we were told that couldnt get us there. As walked up to our location, we witnessed other Limo services dropping off with no issues. So upset, didnt want to deal with them for the return trip back to the Cosmo, but 24/7 charged me anyway for the return trip. Limo driver was trying to accommodate, as the woman i was speaking to was threatening to throw us out of the limo in the some where in Vegas. Marathon had everything messed up, I understand that, but you are in the business of transporting people and you are located in Vegas. Shouldnt have taken my reservation when I scheduled it. I am not a runner, nor am i a vegas resident, so why would i know about the marathon until day of. Tried hard to ruin our wedding. I would definitely not ever even entertain the idea of using these people again. Only getting a 1 because it is up there, if there was a negative 1 that is what yall deserve. i am from New Orleans and we know how to treat people, definitely not like i was treated Sunday night. Customer Service definitely not experienced with this company. Wedding planner recommended them, but did inform me that this was a new service to her. She has then eliminated them from her list. Great weekend in Vegas, just will not use this Limo service again.

Nice driver but limo broke down. Started to smell the car overheating about 5 miles from our hotel and then it totally clonked out right outside our hotel entrance. A security guard had to help push the limo. Would have been nice as well if a couple of bottles of water would have been in the back.Price is ok but totally embarrassed in front of my group. Didnt realize we had to walk to the limo as well for pick up.

No drinks or even water provided. The ride was pretty lame. The driver didnt know how to raise the privacy glass and we had to listen to him talk on the phone to his friend the whole time. He turned on some music overhead after we asked about 30 minutes into the ride. The driver brought was just eh, at best and could benefit from some driving lessons.

Don’t book with them!!!!Why: we booked a stretch limo, and a party bus wanted to pick us up. We asked why, and the answer was, the limo is broke. It was a weeding, so we didnt want to take a Party Bus with a Pool dance.. so we said, what is the alternative? A Discount of 5$ :D :D because they told us at the phone they don’t have any stretch available.So we Said we don’t want to take this, they should Leave... so he didBut we called incognito and ask for a stretch for now.... and we got one....Bad Service. Driver was very friendly

I always use this limo company.. great service and they have a vehicle for every type of event. We get the vault or the rockstar bus for E.D.C and like the stretched jag for just a simple romantic dinner out. Theyre always on time and the prices are great.

Terrible service all around! We used their services in June for a 40th birthday party. Their driver was TEXTING while driving for most of our ride. I addition when our ride was complete we were surprised by being charged an additional $80 for champagne that we were never told was not included! You claim to be a no hidden fees company but clearly that is false! I made numerous calls the company and spoke to the manager and even the owner and was told I would be receiving a refund .... Im still waiting for that to happen! Do NOT recommend and would NEVER use their services!

Dont try to cancel, they are going to keep your money anyway. People open businesses to make money, thats a fact. However, as a business owner, one that offers a specific service, it is the responsibility of the proprietor to be capable of delivering the service they offer in entirety. My brother-in-law hired a wedding planner who promoted 24/7 among others. With the choices presented my BIL did some research and decided to give this fledgling business a chance. After booking with 24/7 he realized the Rock N Roll Marathon was set for the day and time he booked for the services. Two weeks before our arrival in Vegas he called and explained that it would be impossible for 24/7 to deliver us to Freemont Street from The Cosmopolitan on the strip because the marathon effectively cordoned off the strip and kept traffic from getting in or out of certain areas, namely the hotel they were at Freemont street. The lady (owner or manager--Im uncertain which) would not heed his request and said he was still going to pay BUT promised that the driver could get us to Freemont street. What a joke. We circled haphazardly and were thrown around the back of the limo while our driver made at least 5 turnarounds (illegally) and quite frantically. The 45 minutes we spent in the limo we were blasted with the drivers personal playlist surrounded by the leftover mess from the previous guests without the champagne that was ordered and paid for in advance. There wasnt so much as a napkin or a bottle of water, or even ICE back there. Just an opened package of red Solo cups and spills that were not cleaned up. Did I mention that is was Barbie hot pink and he requested a black Hummer? The hits just kept on coming. Our ride ended 4 blocks away from our destination because that was as close as the drive could get because of the barricades. Thumbs down, 24/7. I would have preferred to write a glowing review.

I used this service all week for my CES transportation needs, amazing service, drivers were on time, had excellent communication with the drivers and office, cars were new and clean. Most of the companies didnt have anything available last minute but 24-7 did. I definitely recommend using this company and will be using them again next year.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever used. I rented the vault on April 1st, I was charged once by the driver and once by the company. Their email support is useless, sent 2 emails, no response. Called them about their lack of response to their email and they said they would address it within 2 days. No response after 5, so I called again. Took down my information, said someone would call me within 2 days again. No call. So I then call and tell them they need to figure out what the issue is while Im on the phone since they dont respond or ever get back to me. I was on hold forever and they said they would call me back once they talked to the driver that weekend. Of course, the next week comes and still no call. I call them back On wednesday, so I gave them enough time incase there was some hold up. Apparently the driver accidentally charged me as well, yet the person I spoke to initially said that was impossible and not their company policy. So they said they would finally issue me a refund and I should see it within 7 days. Were now at day 12 from that conversation, I just called for about the 8th time and their customer support puts me on hold then randomly without saying anything transfers me to someone, I get a voicemail and hang up, since I had no idea who I was being transferred to. So I called back and she says she transferred me to her boss to leave a message since hes not in the office. So I leave a message. Ill likely get no call back and at this point Im fed up and going to do a chargeback. Ive wasted several hours on this company and been given the run around for months now. AVOID them at all costs, because if you have any issues, it will never get resolved.
