We used Earth Limos to get to and from Henderson from the strip. The ride was great and once we determined how to use the Bluetooth we had an outstanding experience. We ordered the service last minute after trying several other companies with lower prices, but they were completely booked. In the end we were extremely satisfied with the service. The only caveat would be during the online booking process the site does not tell you they will include the tip in the payment. I didn’t realize this until I open the invoice and noticed it had been charged.

They were amazing!!! Make sure you ask questions to ensure you get what you hope for! They were very professional start to finish!!

Earth Limos really helped me out in a jam! I called them kinda last minute and they had a Sprinter party van available to us. The person on the phone was super helpful and our Driver Nuna?( I think that was his name) Was super awesome during the whole trip and very accommodating I added the best pic I could get of him. Overall I would use Earth Limos again and recommend them to anyone.

We had an amazing experience with Earth Limousines! We booked them for a 1.5 hour tour of the Strip with pick up at The Golden Nugget and drop off at our restaurant for 8 of us. Dan, our driver, was exceptional! His tour was exactly what we were looking for. He pointed out all the cool sights and things he knew wed want to see along the strip, took us to the sign for a picture, waited while we looked at the Bellagio fountains, and took a hundred photos there! He was friendly, professional, and flexible. The communication via text with reminders of arrival time and location, etc. were so helpful. In addition, customer service from Maria during booking was spot on. She was friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions.

Reserved a pickup at the airport to the strip with meet & greet service. Reservation was easy. Great communication all the way. Larry our driver was very courteous and punctual. All in all great experience. Everything is priced up front including the tip so youre not worried about being nickeled and dimed. Highly recommend.

I wanted to give some friends an amazing first time experience in Vegas. A lot of companies were really hard to work with and find the items I wanted. Earth swooped in and it was the absolute best experience. From the booking straight through till drop off, they were on-point. Brad, our driver, was super helpful and was super flexible with what we wanted to do as well as knowledgeable and fun. Our group was highly pleased with them and you will be too. We used an Earth Limo party bus on 7/24/21 to transport 23 people for a birthday photo shoot in Vegas. The air was not working on the bus! The entire group complained of the heat and we sweated the whole ride and it was extremely uncomfortable. . After the ride ended I spoke with the driver who admitted the air wasn’t working and said he was on his way to take the bus to the shop. My concern is the fact that we were transported in 100 degree Vegas heat on a bus where the air was not working properly and although I have voiced my concern I have yet to hear back from anyone. At minimum it would have been nice to hear back from the company. I have called as well as emailed and no one has contacted me. I will never ever use them again and do not recommend Earth Limos.

Rented the Mercedes Sprinter for strip tour. Driver was Alex. We went for 3 hours, should have made it at least 4 hours because we did feel rushed (not fault of limo). Booking process over phone was smooth, reserved by card and they charged me one day before trip (I was expecting this as they informed me when booking). Upfront cost is all-inclusive with taxes and gratuity for driver. I’m ok with that too as I’m sure many drivers get stiffed by drunk customers. Price was fair.Limo driver was 6 minutes late picking us up, kind of irritating but we made up for it on the back end because we got back exactly 6 minutes late. Yeah 6 minutes not a big deal but professional service should be early or on time and we were standing in the heat. Limo was also hot inside when we were picked up, driver didn’t run vehicle early enough to cool it off (it was 113 degrees outside). There was no water or ice in the limo, driver took us to gas station to get water and he provided ice for us. I didn’t expect that to be provided but the stop at the gas station ate up more of our time. Everything else was positive. The limo was in good condition and nice. Windows were tinted too dark to see the strip well but hey it’s a limo so that’s to be expected. Driver definitely knew his way around. He selected good stops for us to see the sites. The service by the driver was fine, unremarkable, he was quiet and easy going, did his job. I’d use this company again.

I called for a last minute reservation for a pickup from the airport for my wife who was flying in to meet me. This was the only service that could accommodate on a Friday. After the trip was confirmed, everything worked like clockwork due in large part to the driver. Rey was at the airport in the right place well in advance of my wife’s arrival. I know this because he was in constant communication with me until she was in the car and on her way to meet me. Thank you Rey! I will definitely use Earth Limos again.

Philip is a lifesaver! I had chartered party buses for my boss over a month ago and they cancelled on me the night before the trip. Philip went above and beyond to help us figure out a new ride at the last minute. 10/10 so far!

Christine was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was extremely responsive and stayed on top of our many adjustments for our wedding. We booked both the 40 person shuttle and the 8 person limo to transport our guests. Both vehicles arrived on time and drivers were friendly.

Used earth limos for pick up from my wedding. I feel like comparative to other services we used throughout the weekend, our bill didnt resemble the online prices and the receipt doesnt give total breakdowns of all the hours. The driver was on time but the car felt dirty compared to other services and the driver didnt feel very accommodating. Thankful for a last minute option but I dont know that I can trust the services or would recommend again.

We rented a party bus this weekend and had Glenn as our driver. He was very unprofessional. He blamed our loud music as the reason he brought us to the wrong address. He then started punishing us by driving sporadic and no air-conditioning. We asked him to turn up the air as we were very uncomfortable and everyone was sweating. Nope. We are a bunch of late 30s and 40 years old. We werent being too crazy, but last time I checked it was a party bus and music should be encouraged. Glenn made the experience very uncomfortable for us.

Just finished up our tour of Las Vegas strip with Dan. Dan was an outstanding host and provided my family with an enjoyable evening. This tour was a first for my family, so I cant compare Earth Limo to any others. I can say if youre looking for a prompt, professional and easy to work with company, Earth Limo has my recommendation. My wife and daughter were flying into Vegas last night from San Diego. Made arrangements for them to be picked up by Earth Limos. They texted me/them on every move. Driver was on time and had an I-Pad with their names on it when they arrived. He was wearing a mask and the car was clean. We had a BLAST! The Party Bus was a gift, from our friends, to my husband for his birthday. Earth Limos & Buses called me a few days before our event to check preferences and destinations. Our driver Brian arrived ahead of time to pick us up with an immaculate bus. He played awesome party music, and we danced on the party pole. We had two destinations that night. Brian dropped us off at the show in Planet Hollywood, and then took us to the BRIO Tuscan Grille for dinner. He was never late. I was not impressed. The driver was on time but we were running late getting lost in the airport. He called and was rushing me. I asked if the guy could swing by the raiders stadium so I can see it he said it was out of the way and he dont have time. I paid for the ride and its across from the airport. The limo was not very clean and was sticky above the wet bar. I asked if the driver to close the privacy panel due to covid concerns and he said they cant and its broken. Then when we arrived the guy didnt even drop us in the driveway he dropped us street side. I was really disappointed because its my bday and wanted something special. I will pay a little extra the next time and get a better company.Update..The manager Lue Castro reached out to me to make this experience better. We all have one of those days lol for the driver that day. I look forward to using you guys on the next trip. Thank you again.

Driver call to say he will be 20 minutes late Still no show. Bus trip organizer call driver. No response. All 25 people did what the bus driver was responsible to do. My wife and I were getting married and needed transportation for our guests from the hotel and to the venue and back as well as a limo for our wedding night trip. Lou and his team was incredible. I received great communication via text and via email as well as confirmation calls throughout. Of all the vendors we used, they communicated the best and were amazing. Their drivers were early, friendly, and very patient. I cant say enough about our experience with this company!

I recently booked a 26-person bus for my wedding and everything went just perfectly. The price was great and Christine was incredible to work with. She even booked us a bus on really short notice. The driver Brian showed up right on time and got us back to our hotel safely. On top of that the bus was fun and we were able to play music through our iPhone! Earth Buses really was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We booked an SUV for service from the airport to Treasure Island on a recent trip to Las Vegas. Both of the drivers we had were courteous and professional, and we will definitely use this service again. On our trip from TI to the hotel, I realized after arriving at the airport that I did not have my identification, which also meant I did not have my wallet. It is an understatement to say that I was incredibly stressed. Our driver Stephen remained with us, and was a complete gentleman, while I searched my luggage, to no avail. In the meantime, my husband called TI, and my wallet had been returned to the Lost and Found at the resort. Stephen drove us back to TI, and then returned us to the airport and we had no problem making our flight. Stephen was a total hero that day. He kept his cool, was extremely kind and even helped keep us laughing during the entire ordeal. Thank you, thank you STEPHEN. Rented a last minute limo a day or two after new years for our cousins anniversary. The girl on the phone was thorough in explaining the price, what we could expect, arrival time and other details. We had a wonderful experience with Earth Limos. We had a total of 7 car services/party buses/limos within three days with Earth Limos for our destination wedding. Every car service arrived on time, was professional and you received text and email notification when your driver is on their way. Arranging the car services was a great experience as well. We made a few changes leading up to our wedding and each time they were very accommodating. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

I have used Earth Limos multiple times. I repeat for a reason. The rates are very clearly stated and the drivers have always been on time and professional. This past trip, Reggie was great. He arrived on time and even apologized for the lack of service provided by my hotel when I arrived with luggage (which was absolutely no responsibility of his). I had a great conversation with him on the ride and really appreciated him as my driver. I travel to Las Vegas often and this is my absolute go-to for transportation. Kudos to drivers and staff!

Service is adequate. I would urge customers to beware of the quoted amount vs the amount billed to your card. I was quoted $55 fora trip from the airport to a strip hotel. My card was billed $101.00. No contact from company to advise me of additional charges. I had to email and ask for an itemized invoice which included a higher hourly rate than originally quoted and an unexplained Other Fee. If a charge is to be higher than quoted, I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss rather than just slipping it onto the credit card. A service industry should have better communication. JMO.UPDATE:After my initial review I was contacted by the manager who adjusted my bill. Thanks for following up.

We had a great time! Our driver was Emilio and he was the sweetest & made our day perfect! Definitely the way to go to the Grand Canyon from the Las Vegas strip. Comfortable and stress free! My husband left his #SantaFeStrong hat in the Limo and Emilio brought it to me on his personal time. Amazing customer service. I would Give 10 stars ⭐️ if possible.

The worst. I will never use this service again. We booked online, $90 for a ride from the airport with one stop. The day before we traveled, we got an email stating that the cost would be $160. When my wife called to ask why, she was told that their website was faulty, and that it doesnt have the capability to handle additional stops. We were fine with that, and agreed to the up charge for $160. We arrived in Las Vegas, and met the driver, who was extremely nice. We got to our 1 stop before heading to our hotel, which took about 20 minutes.No sooner did we get back into the limo, we get a call saying that we are now going to be charged an additional amount, because we had reached our time limit. This was well before our 1 1/2 hour ride had expired, which I explained to the person on the phone, in the limo, while we were driving to our hotel, as we were literally a half mile away. After refusing to pay, the driver dropped us off at our hotel anyway, as promised.We checked into our room, not feeling great about what had transpired, but ready to start our vacation. The next thing we know, the owner of Earth Limousine calls us. He began by saying that we would not be charged the additional fee, and then proceeded to insult me, as if I was the one who was in the wrong. This, from the owner of the company. If he had a brain in his head, he would have stopped after saying we would not be charged, and hung up the phone. Instead, he hurled a barrage of insults at me. I have never been made to feel so terrible for paying for a service. This company is not to be trusted, and I will be contacting the BBB, and anyone else who will listen. I have the paperwork to prove everything I stated above. What a way to start a vacation.

Earth Limos was easy to book, Christine was great. Our driver Jason did a wonderful job communicating via text that he was at the arena and where to find him. Easy to find him in a top hat. A perfectly clean and nice party bus. Great sound system, they stocked our bar. Would use them again anytime.

I really enjoyed my experience with Earth Limo. Sylvia offered a good deal for a limo to & from the airport to our hotel over Labor Day Weekend. We had a jet fly into Atlantic Aviation and Sylvia coordinated to ensure our limo picked us up on the tarmac - steps out of the jet and we were already in our limo. The driver was on time with a clean, comfortable & sparkling limo. Although we only paid for a standard limo, both times we were upgraded to a SUV stretch limo. Will definitely use them again.

Update:The owner reached out and promptly refunded the excess amount billed. We will give them another shot since the drivers are so great.This review is for billing and the owner only. Our drivers were prompt and great, limo was clean and nice. But I was charged more than quoted on both pick up and drop off. I called and spoke to someone in billing who indicated only the owner can issue refunds, but that he would bring it to the owner’s attention and get it fixed. I waited a day or two and then sent a follow up email. A week later, no credit to my account and no call back from anyone either. Read the reviews - this isn’t an isolated incident.

Amazing Service! The flight was originally scheduled to land at 10:34 P.M., we did not land until 1:45 A.M. Earth Limos watched our flight and knew about the delays. When we landed, our driver was waiting for us at the baggage carousel. He was extremely polite and helpful, on the ride to our hotel he gave us great recommendations for food. I highly recommend Earth Limos!

Christine (Customer Service) did a very professional job. To whole arrangement was perfectly organized. Also our driver Chris was very courteous, picked us up and delivered us on time. The limo we got was huge and impressive. The only one thing we could say is that the limo is visibly aged and the AC has only no or full power (which is too cold).

Despite originally having issues with Earth Limos & Busses refusing to honor their posted prices, which had already been quoted to me, our experience using their services for our wedding transportation was ultimately very good. After my initial review, Earth made an good effort to work out the issue I had with them. I changed my rating to 5 stars from 1 after giving Earth a chance to correct the pricing issue and ultimately using their transportation for our wedding.Earths buses showed up early and were clean and well maintained. The drivers were friendly and professional. The sales team may leave a bit to be desired but the management/owner seems to be willing to work to resolve issues. All around it was a very good experience.My previous review was as follows:1 Star - Really disappointed in the false advertising being performed by this company. Dont advertise a rate if youre not going to honor it.

Loved working with Cynthia to coordinate my wedding event (March 19th) party bus rental. Everyone at Earth Limos is amazing to work with. I had a two hour rental early in the morning and then a pickup and drop off after my wedding reception for about 20 guests. All I can say is that the F550 was gorgeous. The drivers, Dustin and Jason, were amazing and kind and early both times! Loved them!

Earth Buses was a great option for our group of 22 going to Las Vegas. Syvia at reservations was very easy to work with and made our pick up work despite the fact that we were coming into Vegas during one of the largest conventions of year. Our driver Mark was great as well. I had an text from Mark when we landed telling us exactly where to meet him. Both pick ups were on time and the buses were extremely nice and clean and the rate was best I found in town. I would highly recommend this transportation option for any larger group coming into Las Vegas!

I booked a limo to celebrate me and my wifes 5 year Anniversary. This was our first trip to Vegas and Earth Limos and Emal were EXCELLENT. The limo arrived on time and the Emal made the experience one to remember for us. We will DEFINITELY use Earth Limos again for our future trips. The price was also great and well laid out.

The customer service resps during booking process was great! We booked 2 limos and one big bus for our wedding at the Red Rock Overlook site. None of the drivers knew the exact destination. I get that it was a little tricky, it was not the Red Rock Canyon Park but Red Rock Canyon overlook, a little further down the road. I insisted on that and made it clear at time of booking and also sent GPS coordinates in advance. Came the day of the wedding, our bus with our guests got lost for about 10 minutes and both limo drivers made the turn to enter the National Park. We were very disappointed in the quality of the service. It is such a shame that we had to give driving direction to the drivers on our wedding day instead of enjoying our time.Another issue, we were told that the drivers would call us once they got to the hotel for pick-up, they did not. We waited until 10 minutes after pick-up time, thinking that they were late, we called the company who told us that the drivers had been waiting for us. So we wasted time and were late for lack of communication.The vehicles were fine clean & comfortable.

Last month was our first visit to Las Vegas. We were on a business trip and we used Earth Limos several times throughout our trip. We HIGHLY recommend their service. We loved being picked up in an SUV every time. We were always greeted with a cold water bottle, which is refreshing in such hot weather. And most of all the service was outstanding from our favorite driver Mo. He was phenomenal, great service, catered to us, and made our limo rides VERY enjoyable. We were very satisfied with Earth Limousines service in January 2019. Tedros, our driver, was very professional, immensely accommodating, complimentary and super friendly. He arrived promptly, drove us to our location outside of the strip, waited patiently as we had our wedding ceremony and photographs taken, and dropped us off safely and timely at our hotel with ease. We would strongly recommend Earth Limousine and Tedros to anyone. We were extremely thankful that they could help us on our wedding day.

Ive been using them for over 5 years. Great service, courteous drivers, and reasonable rates. Much better than smoky taxi for airport transfers. Super easy to book, change and always on time. The only service I use in Las Vegas.

Earth Limos was fantastic. We had a last minute pick up, scheduled a few hours before the time we needed our guests picked up. They were on time, our driver was very pleasant and professional, the bus was comfortable and clean. Couldnt ask for better service, thank you!

Worst experience ever! It all started with the party bus driver! His name was Ron! Worst ever. He was drunk. Smoking weed on the bus. I Even have pictures to show it. We got on the bus and there was no wine or champagne which was supposed to be included on the party bus. We needed to call the manager of earth limo while we were supposed to be having fun. Then my heels and alcohol we brought on the bus were stolen when we went in the gentlemans Club. We asked the bus driver and he acts clueless. Whatever you do keep your money. Go with another company. Not worth the time or money. I cant stress the importance of how horrible my experience was. Lou, sharline, and Ron are all responsible and no one did anything about it. Horrible

We worked with Sylvia for our transportation. She accommodated our preferences, budget needs and responded to every correspondence quickly. The drivers were prompt daily, and the shuttle buses were equipped with water. Im a local and needed a party bus for a close friends bachelorette party! I searched a lot and finally found Earth Limos and Im so glad I did. 5 Star service from the moment our reservation was booked to the time when we were dropped off at our hotel.Our flight landed about 35 mins early and our driver was already at baggage claim waiting on us. There were no issues making contact with the driver. Yolanda (our customer service rep) was extremely helpful and a joy to work with she called to confirm the reservation and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.

I ordered a stretch H2 for my wedding on 7/11/14 and I and the new wife were not disappointed. Nor were all of our friends. Customer service was great, the driver (Jeremy) was outstanding and perfectly on time, the ride was great and the H2 itself was badass.....I couldnt have asked for better service. I do have a suggestion if someone for Earth limos reads this; more selection for music. Or, if I would have known better, I would have brought my own. All in all, EXCELLENT! We even asked for another hour while still riding and it was not a problem. We paid for it of course but the driver took care of it and I even received a receipt in my inbox the next day.

Working with Sylvia was great. She was funny, polite, and very detailed. I was looking for a way to celebrate my husband and bro in laws birthdays in a special way so this is a great start. If you are ever in the area try Earth Limos, you will not be disappointed. Superb customer service.

I Had a 3 Hour guided tour of Las Vegas last night with Brandon of Earth Limos I had a blast very nice price for the 3 hour package for a 8 person Stretch Lincoln, Brandon met me at the front door of my hotel. he was very professional and showed me the Vegas I wanted to see. I recommend if you want to see Vegas call Earth Limos and if you want a good time Ask for Brandon he is a great driver!
