Poor over the phone customer service, rushed me off the phone while I was trying to help my friend, who was working and couldn’t speak for himself, get a quote for his elderly mother who had lost her mailbox key. He came nice and early in the AM 🌇 & within 15m (which is important in the Vegas heat) and made it so my old keys work on my new lock, so I dont have to go make copies of new keys for everyone—which is great considering I had a smart lock and had to replaced it since it isnt pickable so that means drilling it out. (Look for that dot on the left of your keyhole and you have one too). I learned so much! Haha. Great service! Happy to be back inside & out of the heat! Ive paid $200 to get my car unlocked so I was happy to pay $85 to get in my house, $50 for a new lock (cause the old was just drilled out) and $20 for not needing new keys (convenience of everyones old keys working vs having to go get keys made and keeping same keys for garage and front door)
