I received fast and professional service when I locked my keys in my car. My technician was Shayne and he was polite, personable, and made my customer experience less stressful. He had on his mask, kindly greeted me, and was right at it. Thanks Shayne!This is the first time I’ve used my roadside assistance and State Farm did great! I appreciated the updates through text messaging and thankful I didn’t have to wait for hours. He arrived in the estimated time period. If I have to call roadside assistance for locking my keys in my car again I hope I’m dispatched to Pop-A-Lock.

The ladies in the office are very nice and are really the only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star. The tech arrived to my house and wasn’t wearing a mask. He unlocked my storage room door on the patio in less than 20 seconds and then charged me $94 for being at my house for a total of 5 minutes.

Ive had to use my roadside assistance from my insurance company twice within 45 days and both times pop a lock took my service call. From replacing my battery to putting on my spare tire, their service was fast friendly and reliable. Wait time was minimum. I recommend their service.

They came out and replaced my car battery within 20 minutes and I was back on my way. The technician was polite and helpful. I couldn’t have ask for better service. I definitely recommend.

Very disappointing. I ordered a rey-key through American Home shield. Pop a lock was the assigned vendor. They never called to set up an appointment. I called 4 times and spoke with an agent and he assured me they would call to set up an appointment. That never happened. I ended up trying to get AHS to rectify this. They called 3 times and was assured they would call me to set up an appointment. They told AHS that they had scheduled and no one was there. Clearly that was not true. On the final attempt they said they would be there the next day between 6-9pm. Of course no one showed up. Im sure they dont make as much money when dealing with home warranty companies but if thats case they should have not signed on to be a contractor with them. So It seems they might only be helpful if it benefits them financially. I would be very skeptical on relying on this business to actually be there when you need them.

I know the President of Pop-A-Lock personally, and he is a genuinely good person with a commitment to always doing the right thing for his customers. He works really hard to ensure his team members always provide excellent service with integrity. They would be my first call for any roadside assistance or locksmith needs!

I waited for Chris to come. When he arrived at my guard gated community with a wrong address I tried to politely correct him so the guard would let him in. He was very rude, talked over me and wouldnt wait 30 seconds for me to call the gate. I was late picking my kids up from school waiting on him. Never again.

He came earlier but left, I was inside the building waving but he didnt see me. I had to call back, and he came in 10 min... he told me he had another call....He was pleasant, kind and soft spoken. He also open my vehicle in 2 min. I told him he is a nice guy but he should have waited. Since I can run fast to go out. Im 77 yrs old.

After spending hours this morning trying to find a tow who could give me a jump so I could get to another location to get a new car battery. I reached out and was called within minutes it felt like and had a tech on their way out quickly. The tech didn’t mind my kids talking to him while he was working and was friendly with them. Will definitely use this company in the future. If the need arises.

Had a great experience. We were locked out of our car. 20 min and they were there to open the door for us. Ask about discounts for getting a spare key. Waived the dispatch fee and made it very affordable to have them send out a Locksmith the next day and make a spare for my wife. Great service highly recommended to anyone that wants to work with Honest, professional folks!

I had a flat tire my roadside assistance sent out for pop a lock to come. I called them let them know I had a small child with me and it is 109 degrees outside so if they could please come quick as possible. They gave me ETA of 67 minutes. Through a text I got a link showing me the driver was close. After 67 minutes it said ETA waszero like they were here but of course were not. I called and for 20 minutes was on hold. Person who answered finally was rude as hell said driver was now across town and took a different call and it would be over another hour. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Its hot I have a child with me theyre non-responsive, non-considerate, and non-reliable.

They were great with communication, which was awesome since I locked my keys in the car on the strip and things get crazy. It was hot as hell by my dude went to work and had my keys in less then 10 minutes. Def give them a call if you find yourself in a pinch.

He called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and when we would be arriving. 10/10- he was awesome. It’s a huge plus when you have an employee who projects a positive output, especially in this heat!

Geico scheduled them to change my blown tire at 5:11 am on the side of CC215-S. We waited past ETA, 6:27am, even got a call from tech asking our exact location. He says he was on his way but as soon as he hung up he canceled our roadside assistance. Half hour later we called to get updated ETA and were told they dont change tires on highway. No explanation as to why we werent told that at time of call with tech OR called back from dispatch. What happened to customer service?

Receptionist told me a technician will give you a call back in a few minutes & never received call back for days. I didn’t catch the guys name but thank you so much! Geico roadside service sent Pop-A-Lock out to switch out a blown tire. I was nearly in the middle of nowhere but somehow the guy reached me within a half hour and had my flat changed out within minutes. Super nice and got right to it. He was even able to confirm that it was not fixable and suggested speed limitations considering the donut tire. Very helpful. I’m impressed. Thank you SO much. Saved my day.

Technician (880) was on time and very courteous. Had a dead battery and he was going to jump start it so I could get vehicle to service center for a new battery. Technician ended up replacing battery saving me a trip to service center. I would definety recommend Pop-A-Lock. Thank you.

Had a flat tire coming out after dinner. Amoco motor club referred pop a lock. They said 30 minutes and tech was there in 15. 5 minutes he changed to my spare. Tech called when he got there. Really fast service and professional.

Our battery was dead. We expected them to jump start our car, however they replaced the battery instead. Their cost was $50 less than any quotes I had received. We are extremely pleased with their service and the timeliness in which they arrived. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire in peak summer in Las Vegas, the temperatures over 110°. Add to the fact that my new truck was missing the lug nut wrench, And I wasted about a half hour looking around trying to find it. Fortunately I had GEICO roadside assistance which used Pop-A-Lock as the provider. They got to my location within 30 minutes and had me up and running in 10. Very fast efficient and friendly. I would definitely use them again if I ran into another problem

I really appreciated the time he took explaining the details. He represented Pop-A-Lock very well and his customer service was sincerely appreciated!

The technician who arrived was exceptionally quick, professional & friendly...however, the customer service rep I phoned to get him there was the most rude, unprofessional and just plain stupid person I have EVER dealt with. It was an 323 (area code) phone number and her name was angela. She should definitely find a different position, perhaps somewhere she doesnt have to deal with human beings!!

Shayne Mitchell saved me a whole lot of time and grief.This was called in for a jump but I realized that they sold interstate battery when he pulled up in his van. I inquired and he let me know he has batteries ready to go in the van and he can put it in himself no problem. He gave me a quote, I accepted and basically in 10 minutes he had my car running and everything put back the way it was. So instead of getting a jump and then driving over to a autozone or oreillys and hoping they had time to replace the battery, I got a 3 yr warranty battery put in and ready to go all without leaving my house. Tipped him some beer money and happy I didnt have to waste the next couple hours getting a new battery. Thanks Shayne!

Pop a lock was dispatched to help me unlock the keys out of my rental car. I was referred to them through my USAA roadside assistance. I was originally quoted a 40 minute wait. I was stranded in the Vegas heat with my dog stuck in the car dying slowly for over an hour. When I called after an hour, I was placed on a 20 minute hold until the company dropped the line. Nobody was helpful and understanding of the fact I had been waiting AND have a dog who is DYING in the car. This is completely foul, disrespectful, and the most unprofessional experience ever with this company. Call somebody else before you waste time with this so called “company”.

He found the time to chat and work. I really appreciate that. Theyre outstanding. Will use them again if need be.

Driving on the freeway and I had a blow out. I was not sure about changing the tire on the side of the freeway so I used my roadside assistance for my tire change. My car battery died and my insurance sent them as roadside assistance. They are awesome! Had the right size battery in the truck and sold it to me for a good price. I didnt have to have the car jumped and drive it somewhere else, which was so good! I will always call them for locksmith and battery issues!

Battery died. Came out within 10 minutes, tested battery showed it was completely dead. Was able to have a new battery bought & installed right there and then. Their battery service vehicle has battery in stock in the vehicle. Highly recommend

Pop-A-Lock did contact me to let me know they would refund me $10.00. I called 2 times on 2 different numbers that were left. I spoke to the gal who answered the phones and left my name and number and told her why I was calling. I never got any call back from them. I reached out to them two times after I received their call about this refund. I think once again this company is not very upfront and telling me they would return $10 was just to look good because I posted a bad review. I know that I will never call them again.They were prompt and the guy was nice and professional but overall not happy...

Qhen we called we were told it would be 40 minutes. Gave the operator our location, space number of the RV park we were at and our name. Called an hour later and asked when the tech was coming and were told he had already been there and left. Was told he called a phone number we have no idea where they got it. Finally after an hour an a half the tech showed up and opened our trailer door. Dont understand why qhen he had our name and space number he couldnt find us. Very unhappy but thankful he was able to get us into our trailer. It took him about 2 minutes to unlock the door.

My husband accidentally left the keys in the ignition and the doors locked on his was out to a business trip. We called our insurance, the insurance gave us an ETA of 8:08 am they arrived almost 30mins sooner than that which was awesome!!!! Especially since the car was running and my husband needed to be on the road. They were quick! By quick I mean it took them like less than minute! He was super friendly too!! Overall great service!

I called a number of times in the past 15 minutes and the lady Toni answered every time saying she can’t hear me and to call again when I have 3-4 bars LTE! She is full of BS and this isn’t cool!
