We had FMS on a 20 hr a week contract for almost a year, many days they never showed up, and they did not do the tasks assigned to them. We a got tired of the bad service and fired them. Tried to fire them months after they started but 2 board members would not vote to fire because our lousy property manager kept telling them it would get better. Finally they got voted off, we fire FMS and the property manager
