Im not gonna say ABM a bad place to work but what I can say is!!! That Amazon location has way to much politics, drama and favoritism!!!! I was told to not wonder out my work area but we have regular workers following the supervisor all night!! Trying to give out orders when they not in position. Had Supervisors talking about stolen goods and putting more work one their less favorite worker. Basically winging you out if you dont fit their agenda. We there to do a job....I was wrote up off things I had no knowledge of while trained. I did a great job the one day and was threatened my job. People claim to watch the cameras but never catch other workers on their phones or chilling with manager all day!!! Toxic work environments

They try to be as flexible as possible according to what your needs and give you detail and information regarding to the requirements between each work site just an awesome organization

I’ve worked there. Horrible management. Discrimination, favoritism, just an extremely awful place to work. It starts from the top and it (all the negatives filter down. I would NOT recommend.

To work there is ok...Just make sure not to work with MARISOL LAS 5 shes the worst manager....

I’ve been working for ABM for a few weeks and they did not pay me on pay day...lots of excuses and lies...the ladies in the office are extremely lazy, they never pick up the phone...co workers have said that they have missed hra from their paycheck...takes them for ever 2 pay!I still have no employee number..they have done nothing 2 fix that..now i have 2 wait 4 my paycheck, not fair....am currently at amazon and there a $2 bonus that they are NOT including in my paycheck and they should! this company makes the name itself look BAD

Hello, this review is regards to Violeta Varbanova, I currently work in the facility Ingenio she cleans in Las Vegas and she is highly appreciated very hard working my trash is checked twice, she wipes my desk down if don’t get to it first, everytime I see her she is working . I work at Henderson Campus.I have been in this company for 2 years for me they do not value workers.With 2 years of work I have only had an increase of 0.94 cents.They do not take into account that she is punctual and hard-working.For working in the coronavirus stage, they only raised 0.19 cents. Despite the hard work we had. I dont think that increase is fair. But the company doesnt care.If he communicated to my supervisors how I think and the truth about how things are. DOES NOT LIKE.For me, working in this company and being a Latina feels at a disadvantage with American workers.I do not think that the owners of this company read these Negative criteria. It would be very good if they did.I had to mark a star to be able to put my criteria. Otherwise it will not mark anything.Why am I still working here? For necessity. Not because it suits me.
