I have had PTSD for over 32 years. My trigger for my ptsd is being photographed and filmed. I was exceptionally good at avoiding cameras. I went to a psychologist for 2 years after trauma occurred and had some healing. I recently went to EMD therapy for six months at the beginning of the pandemic and had some healing. I signed up for three sessions with Mindy and am now able to take pictures with out any anxiety. At each of the three session we had a different focus. Thank you very much for helping me quit pop. I was waking up with headaches almost everyday. Now that I am pop free the headaches have stopped. Its amazing that in just one hypnosis session I am soda free. I used to drink diet mountain dew all day long. I hardly drank any water. OMG it works!!!I came to Mindy to help me to stop smoking.I had no idea what to expect but it was the most pleasant experience and changed my life.Because of the hypnosis I stopped smoking on November, 14th 2018 and Im still smoke free.Now over 3 months later I even have no problems to be around smokers, no cravings for a cigarette at all.Mindy also gave me great advice how to manage not to gain weight.I plan to go back soon to her for my fear of heights. I am totally amazed in just a few sessions my sleeping improved after a life time of not sleep well, I now sleep like a baby. My inability to control my sugar eating is gone and I now eat healthy regular meals and I have no desire to go back to sugar at all. And my anxiety and panic attack issues are a thing of the past. There are people that get some unrecognized diplomas in hypnotherapy despite the fact that they can be Las Vegas HS dropouts. They have no basic knowledge about psychology or anything else for that matter. Then they claim that they are sure they can help you. It is a very sad situation that should be under control by some medical entity.
