I had been thinking of using someone to help me stop eating junk food, specifically fast food. I have been diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic so I wanted to really take control of my eating habits. I went to Judy and we chatted a bit as she compiled information about me and then the session commenced. It has been 5 weeks or so and I havent had a desire at all and in fact when I have a client that is eating it around me I smell dog food! Success after the first visit.
