I talked to the manager on the phone when setting the appointment. I told her that I could only afford 2 to 3 hours of service.. She said that I should write a list from most important to least important and they could handle what they could handle in that time frame.. The day of I left the list out and did a walk through with the girls of what was needed. They did the least important thing on the list and finished nothing.AT ALL on the list. They asked if they could have another hour and I couldnt afford that. The entire place was already cleaned I just wanted it to sparkle for pictures because I was selling my house. I had to postpone pictures and it cost me time and money using the service. I did exactly what the manager said and got left with a dirtier house then I started with. It felt like they were milking hours for more money. I could have gotten more done myself.

I’m very disappointed in the service that I received today!Even after informing the company that they didn’t have to clean my living room or wine room to save time (because they felt as if I had a lot of fragile items) they still didn’t complete the job!If you’re going to charge 85 dollars a hour I shouldn’t have to go behind you and clean up!I feel as if I wasted my money and I’m highly upset!To your reply: only thing that needed to be done in the kitchen was wipe down the counters, sweep and mop!After speaking with the maids they disclosed that no IT DIDNT NEED A DEEP CLEAN BUT THAT MY HOME WAS BIGGER THAN WHAT THEY EXPECTED AND THAT I HAVE A LOT OF GLASS TO BE MOVED! Be clear in your response! Yes my budget for your maid service would definitely not be $300 dollars because it didn’t need much work!And no one offered to come back and finish what should have been done in the first place!I definitely took photos and reached out to you and you never responded!

Fantastic service! These are truly professionally ladies that know what they are doing. The sink and light fixtures have never been so clean. I had movers the same day that they came and they cleaned the house pristinely for my move out inspection. They are also military friendly as well so make sure to ask for that discount. I highly recommend this service to people who are renting or managing properties. They also do weekly and monthly cleanings as well. Great service overall!

This was our first house cleaning since moving from a 1050 square foot apt in California to a home 3x the size. I felt daunted and overwhelmed by the challenge. My husband and I are also on a tight budget while I look for work in Nevada so I was worried about juggling the job search, cleaning, settling in, etc. Tiffany blue is my favorite color and after seeing that they’re insured, bonded and have loads of 5 star reviews, I called. Kim was professional and courteous. The ladies who cleaned my place, the same. And it’s spotless and smells fantastic! This move is exciting, but also can be a lot to adjust yo at times. Kim and the staff at Tiffany Maid Service are wonderful! I have used them for deep cleaning, move out and move in cleaning services. Every time they have done an amazing job (they even cleaned my toothbrush holder!). I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

My service was a move in ready clean. The size of the space was 740 square feet. They did not clean the space properly at all. First of all they were supposed to stay intill I did a walk through to review their work, they did not. The screen door track was still dirty. They didnt clean the cabinets or the inside of the cabinets, the stove was dirty, the bath tub was dirty and the refrigerator was not cleaned thoroughly. I wasnt happy with the service, and I explained this all to the owner Kim. She was very nice about it and offered the services be done again the following day. I agreed and they came back. They were very apologetic and I explained everything I wanted done in detail to them. It was a little better but not by much. I had to go behind them and clean everything again. It was pretty simple things that a Mr Clean wipe and elbow grease could of accomplished, they just failed to do a good job. I will say that Kim has excellent customer service skills and I can tell she really cares about her customers and their satisfaction. Unfortunately I dont feel her workers feel the same.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! We had Tiffany Maid Service do a deep clean on our 2,400 square foot house and it looks great, we are very happy. Kim is so easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable, she will go the extra mile to make sure youre happy. With under a weeks notice she got us in right in time before the party we are hosting. Emmely, Yadira, and Perla were so polite and hard working, they really did a fantastic job. The master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen are spotless (space we use most often). They use friendly products and our house smells so fresh. I got 3 quotes and Im glad we chose Tiffany Made Service. We will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommend!

Our house has been in various stages of “remodeling” for the past year. Tiffany Maid Service was able to schedule a cleaning the same week I called, they showed up on time and did exactly what I asked in a timely manner. I plan to use them for regular maintenance once my house is actually put back together.

Tiffanys came in big for the save. My wife and I have been waiting for this house for months, and we finally got it. Under short notice and a very specific timeline, they came in and took care of everything. The nasty oven, the gross refrigerator, the shower that had NEVER been cleaned filled with calcium, and they made it all look brand new. I cannot emphasize how happy I am, and specifically how happy my wife is going to be when she sees our new clean home. Seriously guys, you made it all workout for a husband and wife that NEEDED it. I wish I could give a 10 star review.

Tiffany maids is a preferred vendor with progress residential.Kim Danny and Kristine did and excellent job. There were major grease stains in the kitchen and the drove was a mess and three handled it with ease. They did a thorough job in the bathroom as well cleaning all base boards throughout the house. The company have sent me several teams and each and every one of them goes above and beyond my expectations. I don’t ever have to do a walk through like with other cleaning companies checking corners and floors along the baseboards because I know Tiffany Maid Service always got it. I like that they do a little extra like putting dishes in the dishwasher and running it for you, or throwing your sheets in the dryer and setting the bed for you like they did for me today. Ive been using Tiffanys Maid Service for about 6 months( every 3 weeks) now and they have been great. Always on time, presentable, professional, and their service is superior.I have a toddler who loves to display his mad graffiti skills on my walls and the girls without asking always try to get off as much as possible. (Permeant marker isnt east to get off, but they get it off)My house is picked up, organized nicely, and I am always happy with the end result when they are done. I would recommend them to anyone. I am confident that they would do as nice a job at your place as they do at mine.

This maid service was fantastic! I called them a week in advance and explained exactly what I was looking for in regards to how extensive of a cleaning I wanted done and Kim gave me a great quote over the phone. Kim and her partner cleaned the condo for 2 straight hours and literally cleaned every square inch of the place. They were extremely courteous and I loved their attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in the “move-in” cleaning service we received on 11/29/18. A lot of things that were promised we were not done and corners were cut. Not what we expected to happen with a company charging $85 per hour.- Baseboards were not wiped down with a wet microfiber cloth as promised by Kim. This was most obvious in the office where cat urine was still on the baseboard in one area.- Fans were not cleaned whatsoever. Pictures will be included on our Yelp review.- The girls decided to skip cleaning all of the top shelves in the cupboards in the kitchen and closet shelving.At 32 weeks pregnant, I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the baseboards. Not only that, there was so much dirt in the corners of our home on the floor. To be honest, I did not feel comfortable moving anything into our home until I santized everything myself in the kitchen and bathrooms not knowing what they may or may have not cleaned. We paid this company over $300 including the tip. I can tell they cleaned the appliances. But still definitely not worth paying someone $300 to do so. The home was vacant and honestly not that hard to clean.If we didn’t have to move in to our house the very next day, we would have asked Kim to correct the situation. We would rather warn another family from making the same mistake we did in hiring this company.

THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HANDS DOWN!!!! Ive used Tiffanys twice for move out cleaning service 2 years between each time. Not only did the owner remember me from the first time, but yet AGAIN even my HIGH expectations were blown away by the ladies that came to clean the house that I was moving out of. This house is a gorgeous 2000 sq ft home consisting of 3 very large bedrooms, 2 living rooms (the loft is so big it cant be considered a loft at all), 3 full bathrooms, and a family kitchen (also large). The ladies that came to do this work, that granted was too much for me to do alone and honestly I thought there was no way just the two of them would be able to do it either, were TRUE PROFESSIONALS. The house looks better than it did the day that I moved into it 2 years ago, and there isnt a speck of dust, dirt, or pet hair anywhere, and I do mean NOT ANYWHERE. Its absolutely spotless and breathtakingly beautiful. Im a clean freak of a person and when I mentioned my expectations are always high, I mean that. I notice things like baseboards, the tops of doorframes, window blinds, under the oven, etc. and they hit every single angle and inch. The house is tenant ready for the owner. Most owners have to do additional work after a tenant leaves, but not this one. This home is going straight back onto the market because Tiffanys made it ready for me. If you are looking for Quality, youve found it. If youre looking for Fair Pricing for that Quality, youve found it. If you are looking for True Clean in your home or property, YOUVE FOUND IT!
