Excellent service from Superb Maids. They recently performed a Move Out service for me as I was listing my home on the market. They arrived promptly and I left them in my home to perform their magic. I returned to an absolute spotless home and it almost made me want to not sell my property — that’s how well they cleaned it. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Ive never seen my baseboards, washer/dryer, bathtub and blinds so clean in my 5 years of owning the place. Thank you so much!

Did everything we asked. Left everything spotless. Super nice staff. Both Spanish as well. Properly moved our personal items that were left in the way. Provided their own vacuum if needed and liked that they cleaned while listening to music. Fun and friendly environment while working.

I would love to give a better review, but unfortunately I cant. I do have to say that the 3 people that came to do the cleaning were super nice and professional. The cleaning itself did not meet my expectations, certain things that were on the list for a deep clean like cleaning the sliding glass door inside and out, I have 3 of them and none of them were done. Also, some of the things I did not catch till after the team left, like the back splash in the kitchen, the top of it wasnt touched. There were a few things around the house that did not get done, over all it was a good surface clean, but I was hoping for and paid for a deep cleaning.The other reason for the low review was they canceled on me last minute and we had to schedule for the next day.The pricing online should be adjusted as well. After I put all my information in the system gave me a price. After they did my walk though, the size of my house did not change, the number of bed rooms or bathrooms did not change, the only thing that did change was the price, it almost doubled. Thats just not right.. I ended up paying $100 more than the online estimate and that was after a discount.Maybe Id give them another shot, because of the team was really nice.

If I could give this company 0 star I would do it. first of all they overcharged me. $515 for services such as mopping cleaning wiping down should not cost $500. On top of that, they did not even clean the windows. They did not want to clean the windows because they said my blinds were fragile and they didnt want to break it. On Wednesday, they canceled my cleaning last minute. They canceled around 2:40 PM on when it was supposed to be a 1 PM appointment. They said they were going to be there at 2:30, and then they canceled on me. Very unprofessional. And also very very expensive for the labor that they did. I asked them to clean my windows and also spray the driveway with water and they couldnt even do that. Stay away from this company as soon as possible as much as you can. Do not hire them to clean anything. They will overcharge you. Hire Molly maids or someone else

The cleaning team was great. I moved into a new apartment that clearly wasnt cleaned before I had moved in. Years of grime on everything. The team was very thorough cleaning the showers, sinks, and cabinets inside and out. Now I can comfortably use my bathroom. Great job on the kitchen, the cabinets were pretty beat up and lots of dirt inside but practically spotless now. Ill definitely hire them again in the future.

The ladies that came to my house were very respectful and nice. They came in a timely manner at 1:30 when my window was from 1-3pm. They were efficient and thorough. Its been a year since I had a complete deep clean so they had to extend my time which I paid an extra 40$ for. The ladies were extremely hard workers which I appreciate. Im getting this deep clean so I can start getting a weekly or bi-weekly service and I think they did a fantastic job. Their supervisor came in to assess their work and even helped to try to get the stains off of my shower floor. Overall I think they did a great job and would recommend to a friend and get the service again. Thank you for everything!

Being a disabled vet I appreciate the 5% military discount and the quality of service I received .again Superb Maids sent me two cleaners that were all about cleaning . 2 hours later my house was more than clean, it shined . Being 100% disabled and not being able to clean my home myself has been depressing. I found the perfect place to get this job done Superb Maids !

This company left my home looking brand new. It was spotless. They had one tiny issue with the cleaning product used in my oven. They called it to my attention and took care of it immediately. They ordered a new part and had it installed only because of a little bit of residue left from the product. This shows incredible integrity and amazing customer service. Highly highly recommend them.

Never having a service before, I had no clue what to request or expect. They were amazing getting busy the minute they arrived until the tasks were completed. I had a suggestion for a second visit for heavy window cleaning and another young lady, Mercedes, came for a deep cleaning of the inside windows. Great, honest and thoroughly hard working business employees. I recommend all their services!

Norma did an excellent job on my house. I had dust on the floors and dirty bathrooms after having some construction done and I think everything is pretty spotless. I love the little details like cleaning my kitchen sink, taking out trash. There was miscommunication about payment via cash instead of credit but it was handled quickly by the office. All in all a good experience.

I was originally coming here to write my first NEGATIVE review ever! Unfortunately, I filled out the website quote incorrectly which quoted me $300 and then was charged $700 AFTER the (superb👌) services were rendered. 😱 Had a very confrontational(also a first for me, I’m not a yeller) with an employee, that did not end in a solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the Owner, Elena called me immediately. She was so apologetic and sweet! She assured me I would get the refund for the difference I was charged and helped me better understand their website for my next booking. Apparently someone was supposed to call me to confirm my incorrect quote entries but had a family emergency. Life happens. Mistakes are made on both ends sometimes. But I will still absolutely 100% continue to recommend Elena & Superb Maids! Thank you, Elena! 👏

They were on time, and did a great job. We were able to walk them through the house before they started to tell them the specific issues of each area, which was very nice. After they were finished we were able to walk through and make sure everything was perfect, and any places that needed extra cleaning they made sure to clean it again. All the maids were great, and the lead maid (Charlotte is her name I believe) was excellent. They even cleaned up and organized some areas that we didn’t even ask to have done. Will use them again for sure.

I am so incredibly pleased with this company and service! I was in a unique situation where I needed to show my home to multiple people in a 2 hour time frame since we are needing to sell. I wasnt aware of this until the day of. I have a 10 week old infant and a 2 year old toddler. I was super nervous about all these people walking through our home during covid and flu season and thinking about all the surfaces Im going to have to sanitize after they all leave. I called superb Maids at noon to see if they could have someone come and sanitize the home at 5:30. They managed to squeeze me in knowing how nervous I was about coming back to a house multiple people walked through with my babies. The staff is super empathetic and professional. I am so incredibly grateful for them squeezing me in last minute I now have a peace of mind that my babies are safe since my home was sanitized. We have been with Superb Maids for over a year, and the service is excellent. The team arrives on time and finishes on time. The house is spotless, and the team leaves some very nice touches - folded corners on toilet paper, lining up items on counters, and fluffing pillows to mention a few. The company is also very responsive if you have any special requests or need to change the schedule. We have never had anyone clean our house before, and this has been a great experience.

Three maids came to help deep clean my parents house. The communication on behalf of their manager Joey(?) was excellent and he reached out multiple times to me to verify the service. Unfortunately the house was too dirty to deep clean in one day so the maids did half, and are coming back for the second half. They are THOROUGH. Hands and knees scrubbing, washing the furniture, taking every little thing off the shelf before they clean it, scrubbing the indents on the cabinet doors. Everything about them was amazing. I look forward to their continuing service.

I have never used a professional cleaning service before, and after my experience with Superb Maids I realize how badly Ive been missing out.I scheduled a deep clean + window cleaning since we are getting ready to put the house on the market and the place needed a scrub. The staff showed up on time and were very professional. My windows are cleaner than theyve been in years, they somehow got the hard water gunk out of my toilets, and I didnt know my sink could sparkle!! They even scrubbed my stair bannister and my baseboards.If I wasnt moving out of state, I would have signed up for regular cleaning services. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Superb Maids several times in the past, and have always been happy with the cleanings. My most recent clean was exceptional though. The cleaning team consisted of Carlos L. and Laura C. They arrived on time, during the first half of the window. They went right to work, knocking out the upstairs first and then moving to the downstairs. There was one room I asked them not to enter because we had a new kitty in there, and they followed directions exactly. Everything was spotless, I could not find one thing to complain about. They rearranged the pillows and folded throw blankets to look nice, and they folded the paper towels and toilet paper like they do in hotels. The bathroom towels were hung much nicer than how I had them. Everything looked and smelled so clean. I definitely felt like I got my moneys worth!

They have cleaned my home twice. The first time was a deep clean and they were terrific. Each time two people cleaned my house. I was asked if I would like the same people the next time, and I said yes. It turns out that one of the maids left the company to move to another state. Both times they sent out a crew of five people to clean my sisters 6000 square foot house. The crew was on time, friendly, hardworking and meticulous. I was highly impressed and satisfied with the cleanings. Because of the crews attention to detail and thoroughness, the house looked brand new after they had finished! The crew were friendly, professional and very helpful. The took care of everything with smiles on their faces, and unlike some cleaners weve had, they were not intrusive in our lives, which made it a pleasure to have them here.

Ordered the move in/out service. We were under the impression that they would clean the entire house before we moved in, being $466...they cleaned for 4 hours and then said some areas were too bad and they would need to come back for a couple hundred more dollars. If we would have known they would only clean for 4 hours we would not have done it. That comes out to be about $116 per hour! Ridiculous! Not recommended!

I called Superb Maids for a deep cleaning when my husband and I decided to list our home for sale. The process of booking online was a huge perk and I felt the amount of information provided really gave me a good sense of what to expect from the service. A lot of other companies have you jumping through hoops to figure out what the cleaning includes.I was able to book an appointment for two days out, which was perfect as we had a major time constraint. The crew of three showed up on time and ready to work. We took a brief tour of my home where I pointed out some areas of concern. The crew was attentive to my needs and assured me they could get the job done in the allotted amount of time.We paid additional for blind cleaning and oven deep cleaning, which I HIGHLY recommend. The $35 up charge for the oven is probably the best $35 I have ever spent! They were able to make our 14 year old oven look brand new - I can’t emphasize this enough, it’s truly amazing.Our deep cleaning was completed in just under four hours for a home about 1500sq ft in size. They did not cut any corners.... our furniture was moved to get into hard to reach spots, hard water calcium and lime scale was stripped from all of our water fixtures, the baseboards are sparkling clean like I have never been able to accomplish on my own, the banister Olin the stairwell looks brand new.I am extremely impressed with their customer service and the quality of the actual work. Today was our first time trying Superb Maids and it wont be my last! Ive worked in real estate over 10 years as a real estate broker and oversee approx. 80,000 SF of commercial real estate in town so Ive worked with a lot of cleaning companies both for my personal residence (since I dont have time to clean) and the properties we oversee.I called them for my personal residence after hearing great things from friends as my house was in need of a deep cleaning and they definitely delivered. They gave me a window of a 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM arrival and arrived promptly at 9:00 AM with 1 male supervisor whose name I didnt catch + 3 cleaning ladies: Angela, Annasue, Mary Jane.The 3 ladies split up to divide and conquer to get the job done efficiently. Mary Jane started with the kitchen while Annasue went to one of the bathrooms upstairs and Angela started with the window sill and blinds in my loft area upstairs as well.They brought all their own cleaning supplies with enough for everyone to use. Also, they brought their own shoe covers which I really appreciated as we dont wear shoes in the house.They wrapped up around 12:45 or so, a little under 4 hours total. I would definitely recommend hiring them the next time you need a deep cleaning as they were extremely meticulous and thorough! Since it was my first time using them, I had even taken some before shots just so I can compare to the after.
