I have used Rodriguez Cleaning Service for about 5 years and we LOVE them and recommend them to anyone

I had this service. they didnt show up at the right time. they were confused what to do. we were LUCKY they even showed up.

I scheduled the first cleaning for a Tuesday with the cleaning ladies to show at noon, as I wasnt going to be home until after 11am. They showed up at 1030am and did not leave me a message that they were coming early or that they had even showed up at all. I had to call them at almost 1pm to see if they were coming, which was when I was informed they came early and I wasnt home. An argument ensued about the original time. I reluctantly rescheduled for Thursday at 8am. Surprise, surprise they did not show up at all. I called after waiting 30 minutes and was told I was scheduled for Friday. Maria, the woman that answers the phone clearly has know idea how to schedule, lacks professionalism and is challenging to speak to. I will not be rescheduling nor using this company. If they cant get scheduling right how can I rely on them to clean my house properly.

Keeping to Appointment set time is 2 for this company, but the services are A+. We have got windows cleaned several times and now “deep” house clean. 100% satisfactory work.

Scheduled window cleaning service for all exterior windows 2 weeks in advance. They were to come on a Friday between 10-12 - no show. I called to follow up and they apologetically rescheduled me for Sunday from 12-2 - again another no show. I should have given up right? I called back they said they would come same day - again no show. 3rd time is downright unprofessional and rude. DO NOT USE this company. I read the reviews afterward - googling the next business first.

Scheduled window cleaning between 10:00 and 12:00. Called at 11:00 to make sure they were still coming. Maria said they would be here at noon. Called several more times and Maria said they were in traffic and she would have them call me with an eta. They finally arrived at 1:15 without contacting me to let me know when they would be arriving. I told them to forget it. Terrible way to run a business!!! Won’t be calling them again!

Their fliers are left next to my No Soliciting sign on my gate.

The worst people ever. They said that they will be here in 40 min for a estimate after calling twice, I was told they would be here in 5 min. After three and a half hours of waiting they still didn’t show up and wanted to give me a rough estimate on the phone. Then after telling them I’ve been waiting for them to come for three hours I was informed she will never clean my house and then hung up. To be honest I don’t mind after reading the reviews of this company online. Never! Contact them or schedule anything from them.

On the day of the cleaning that we scheduled, they didn’t show up, and after I called them, they cleaners showed up at my door 5 hours later. They were scheduled to wash my windows inside and outside. Then They said they will come back the next day to do the cleaning, but they never showed up again until 2 hours later, and they didn’t even know what they suppose to do. They are not reliable.

Maria arrived late by over 2 hours for estimate, she also lied on the phone repeatedly saying she was 20 minutes away. When arrived I received a quote for $200 to sterilize my home with her team. When I arrived home I found one person frantically trying to finish cleaning my vacant home. When I checked I found they had only cleaned the appliances and found nothing else to be done. I called and spoke to Maria and she wasnt helpful then she offered to contact her supervisor and hung up on me and I havent heard anything back. Do not use this service.

Awful!!! Do not use this company to wash your windows. They were supposed to wash the outside windows upstairs and downstairs, and wash the downstairs windows both inside and outside. They did not remove the outside screens, or clean the door walls or window sills inside. When we complained the person in charge stated that was not included in the estimate. We asked him to call the office, and we would be willing to pay the difference. He made a call, and said no one was at the office. My spouse called the office and asked for someone to call us, but no one called us back. Thirteen days later, they came back to collect for their services. When we refused to pay for uncompleted services, someone from the office called and threatened to vandalize our home if we did not pay tomorrow at 10:00 when their guys came back. Unable to post a experience with no zero star, so that is why there is one star posted.

These people did a great job! Just had all windows cleaned on my two story house. They removed all the screens, washed them and cleaned each window perfectly. The workers were in clean uniform, friendly and very eficient. I highly recomend this company.

Worse service ever. This guys taking advantage on poor Mexican ladies that do not have permit to work. Pay them few dollars, while he charge $400 .He saving money by sending you one women all day. Keeping you in your house all day long she clean 2 bathroom in 4 hours, they charge me $250 . .do not use try his service. You might go to jail. By hiring illigal immigrants.

I had these people clean my home and they stole from me. NEVER AGAIN. PS.... Never leave stuff on my door again!
