Having attended no less than 500 concerts across several venues, states and countries The Chelsea at Cosmopolitan outperforms most in terms of acoustic fidelity and crowd control. From Bob Dylan to Rise Against both floor and seated areas offer clear sound without echos or dead spots, while the lounge up top is a comfortable respite for those who prefer it.Concessions are Strip Priced, but thats just Vegas, and flow of the crowd (even during COVID) far outperforms other like-size concert halls.

This is my new favorite venue in Las Vegas. Fantastic sound and its not too big. There is not a bad spot in the house you can see from everywhere.

Why do you bring everyone in through one door making a huge line. Look at event Venues in the world. This is not ok. The entrance to the venue took forever! 45 minutes in line to get in is just bad!

Ive seen a few shows at The Chelsea, and many other venues around Las Vegas. This is without a doubt my favorite small venue now. If you ever get the opportunity to see your favorite artists at The Chelsea, you need to make it a priority.Phenomenal sound, drinks close by, and the floor bounces with everyone rocking to the beat. Absolutely love The Chelsea!

Should have signs posted outside of what is not allowed inside the venue. Waited in long entrance lines to be turned away because we had a small restaurant Doggie bag. Umm dinner was almost $300 for 2 Im not tossing my food.

Beware of purchasing seats in the boxes at the Chelsea. You spend extra money and have no view of the concert. Honestly the worst concert venue I’ve been to. The ushers have no clue what is going on. Very disorganized. Not a good experience.

The venue is great, the seating is uhhhhh, but you cannot beat the atmosphere created by The Cosmopolitan and The Chelsea. Many great nights spent at both. I am always looking forward to my next stay and concert, especially if Duran Duran is playing.

Great venue for a show in Vegas. Its intimate without being too small and the Cosmopolitan has great shops in it that are perfect for a quick bite or drink before or after. The floors have a nice bounce to it and the crowd was going wild when the Revivalists played here!

Nice wide open venue. Lighting and sound were on point. Saw Dua Lipa in concert. Amazing performance. Not that long of a wait, security checkpoint was fast. The entry bar is always full... Skip the line and go down to the floor bar.

It’s a beautiful place! We went to see The Black Keys perform and it was so much fun, very clean and the staff was well organized and very professional

Saw Queens of the Stone Age at the Chelsea. I had to go through a metal detector and my purse was searched but I was glad to comply because it made me feel safer that no one was going to bring weapons in. Plus the staff were really nice about it. The bar staff were quick and I didnt wait in line at all to get a drink. Parking isnt too expensive. Event parking is $10 which I didnt have a problem with because its cheaper than getting an uber. The Cosmo has a lot to offer if you have the time to look around. The 3rd floor had several restaurants. Only downside was the bar drinks were very expensive.

Awesome Duran Duran concert! GREAT venue!!

I enjoyed the venue and the shows for some reason though the floor bounces when everyone starts dancing and moving around. It didnt look like their was a bad veiw in the enitre room even the nose bleed section wasnt that far up an tucked away. Would recommend getting a VIP section if you have the extra money only because you have a table to set down your things and dance in your own bubble instead of having people dancing in front of you there was plenty of bars and fast bartenders. I also felt very safe with all the security and full body metal detectors.

This is a great place to watch a concert! I came here to see NF a few months ago and I loved it! A good size venue so youre not too far away from the stage, but still try to get as close to the stage as possible! Great sound and light system. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the actual venue itself though (depending on where you enter), but most of the walking is done inside the Cosmopolitan hotel/casino. Thats just ONE hotel/casino so really nothing to complain about. If you can walk the strip then the walk to The Chelsea from the parking garage is a piece of cake. Also, the staff there was nice and had a pretty good system organizing the lines and directing foot traffic.

The manager was awesome! I ended up injuring my knee prior to our concert date. I was worried I wouldnt be able to stand through the concert. Alternate seating was provided for us so we could enjoy the concert! Thank you!

Show was good. We sat at the back of the floor section (floor 6). I would recommend getting section 101, 102 or 103 over the back of the floor. 101-103 sections are elevated about 8 feet and have much nicer seats. I took a load of photos so you can judge for yourself.I dont drink alcohol, so I cant really tell you about the bar, but bottled water was crazy expensive. I think I like the Pearl better.If this review was helpful, please hit the like button.

My friend and I went to see Lizzo perform. We had balcony seats second row and Id say that is the way to go. It was SO MUCH FUN. My loss of one star is for the bar. They had ample bars open however it took us almost an HOUR to get two drinks. And, the guy who helped us was super clueless which shows why our line took so long. If youre going to have a new guy working on the opening night of a huge show maybe make sure he knows what hes doing!

Overall my experience was positive. Saw Jack Johnson play here. The venue itself is very nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly to my family and I. WARNING: the floor is weird. Like it has springs underneath the concrete that makes it bounce. Kind of like you’re on a boat. So if you get motion sickness... you’ve been warned. The staff were nice enough to move my family out of GA and into some seats at the far back and top of the venue which helped us regain our stomachs. It was good once we got over that issue.

Painful line-ups getting in and for using the bathrooms. Drink prices are pretty crazy and the hard liquor in the cocktails is minimal. Place could use more staff to handle large capacity concerts. On the plus side, the sound was fantastic when I went and the theatre is massive with superb architecture. Drink selection wasnt bad for a venue.

Its great if you DONT get standing room only.... LOOK AT YOUR TICKETS.so many people buy tickets and get here and complain. Great small venue. Every seat has a good view. We wanted to dance. We were asked to sit down by the people behind us.

Saw Jack Whites performance there and the venue was excellent - not to mention the performance itself was spectacular.The acoustics of the venue were stellar and Jack White pushed them to the limits. We were on the floor in front of the stage and there were times the floor was actually pulsating. What a great show!

Imagine Dragons was incredible at this venue. Drinks are pricy but delicious and strong. Lights, sound and overall experience was top notch.

We saw interpol here pretty awesome looking forward to go back for something else going on there but I like da Cosmopolitan anyways super boushey and some beautiful sights

I got a Gallery VIP box for a concert. It was worth the price. $450, amazing seats (WAY WAY WAY better than the non-box seating) and it comes with a cocktail server and a $150 bar tab (NOT gratuity, thatll be extra and autocharged to your card) included in the price. My wife and I had Makers Mark and Jameson drinks all night, and stayed under the 150 limit. The acoustics were loud- theres a speaker up top near the boxes. The boxes are also far enough apart that youre not intruding on other boxes. Nice place, would definitely get VIP box again.

No cell phones allowed. How is anyone supposed to have evidence (other than tickets which could have been photoshopped) that they saw the performer? They don’t have paper programs or anything. So you leave with no evidence that you saw a celebrity at all. Millennials are addicted to their phones, they are not going to be putting up with this. I predict The Chelsea will be closing if they don’t loosen up on their policies some.No one wants to leave a show empty-handed with no paperwork or photos to prove they saw someone famous.I will NEVER return to this venue.Unless I end up purchasing another type of recording device on a label pin or spy eyeglasses...Come on!!!

This is my favorite venue in Vegas, you dont have to wait outside in line, security is great and the venue has amazing sound, saw Death Cab for Cutie in March and Foster The People last week and both were amazing.

BEST GYM!!!!! Theres tons of equipment, great staff, fresh fruit and water and tons of mirrors. On most of the cardio equipment you also get a view of the strip!

Tucked in the back of The Cosmopolitan, this venue is much bigger than I anticipated. I saw Empire of the Sun here and it was amazing.

Awful venue, set times are terrible, staff has no idea what theyre doing, and The seating is too close together. Highly doubt well come back. Word of advice, get people that have an idea of how to run a concert hall, not hotel employees that run events.

WORST venue I’ve ever been to in Las Vegas. The parking line took us 30 min to get to the garage and the show started 10 minutes ago and the line is is still a mile long to get in and isn’t moving. I can guarantee you I will NEVER spend my money at the Cosmopolitan EVER again!!!!!!!

Worst place i have been in a long time to see a show. Went to the Cure... They WAY oversold the venue... staff couldnt handle the crowds ... I got 4 GA tickets and half way through the show we could not get back on the floor because it was so packed they wouldnt let us back in after using the bathroom... NEVER going Back
