Small, overcrowded, lacking equipment, membership full of extra fees. Did not enjoy my time there.

Its a smaller gym but it was close to where I was living, literally 3 minutes down the street, and so was very convenient. It does get quite busy at times which can make it a little difficult to use all the equipment you like. Overall, it serves its purpose and the membership is very reasonably priced.

I went in in January 2021 to cancel my membership and then I got charged for $59.99. I called and they said it was for my son who was on the account and of course I had to pay the renewal fee for 2021 even though I was canceling. Then I got charged for $10 in February for my son’s account. I had already paid to cancel our joint account. I asked to speak to the manager and the assistant manager who I was speaking to hemmed and hawed. So what does Tom the manager do? Charge people who have previously canceled their accounts.When I went in to cancel most of the patrons were wearing their masks under their noses. Go to any other gym, avoid this dump!

I have been a member here since the gym opened in 2006 when they had a trailer out in the parking lot. It is a great gym, for a great price. The people are great, many of which are regulars that have been coming for many years like myself. The staff, especially Carlos and Jonathan, are amazing! They always greet me by name, and do a great job working the gym. They both always a have a great smile

This is a small gym in a community where there aren’t too many other gyms close by, therefore it seems to be crowded literally all the time. I would say there simply isn’t enough equipment here, and it’s certainly not the cleanest either. Staff are friendly enough and the price is good, but personally I regret joining since there always seem to be a wait to use certain equipment. And only 2 total locations in all of Vegas! I think there are better options out there.

Dont join. Way too many people at all hours. 10 oclock at night its packed. Not enough machines and 1 person will take up 2 or more machines/ set of weights at a time. Staff does nothing about it. Child care people are great. Its cheap too. But those are the only positives.

Good equipment, but when you have to either wait 20 minutes to use any of it or have a conversation with someone whos on their phone with headphones in every time you want to do a different workout its better to just go to a different gym. Also sucks that people will carry weights over to a machine and do two or three different exercises, monopolizing multiple pieces of equipment. And I have never once seen anyone but people I come with wipe down machines when theyre done.

Was a longtime member. Tried to cancel during the COVID shutdown. No way on the website. Called, repeatedly, nobody manning the phone or returning voicemails. They’ve done nothing but give us the runaround on cancelling. Horrible customer service, once they have you, they won’t let you go. My wife and I had only intended to cancel temporarily but now we are never going back. Avoid the hassle and go to the EOS up the street.

We love fitness 19! My kids love their kids care there (more than any other place in Vegas!) And the staff is so friendly and caring. The gym is super small though, which means its crowded and lots of times you have to wait for the machine you want. They just opened a big fitness class area though, which is a nice way to escape the crowds when you workout in there

I was considering going back but all the reasons I left are in the reviews still, they want your $$ and could care less about you waiting or how they take care of leaving/frustrated clients. service your clients from start to finish and you will have loyal customers. I guess their approach is, we have more than enough biz, ok to piss a few off. Peace out

This place is great if you want to keep your membership for life. Their cancelation procedures are ridiculous. Once you tell staff you want to cancel your membership they treat you rudely and are dismissive. I went to the gym on Sunday and was told that i have to call an office to cancel, and have to wait until after the Holiday. I called today and was told that I had to go online to submit a form, but first needed to register for an account. My last name was in their system incorrectly, so I had to call again. Next I was told to email to correct my name. After all this I find out I’m supposed to email to request a cancellation, and that the 30 days begins from the day the email is sent and that I get charged a cancellation fee beginning on the 30 days. Hidden fees like crazy - when my sister signed up she told them she was pregnant and asked if she could put a hold on her membership. They told her no problem but did not tell her there was a $5 monthly holding fee. Do not recommend.

Its a good gym, not bad for the price. The only issue is the neighborhood has outgrown the gym. More people than there is equipment at the busy times. I have been attending this gym for years and the upkeep is not bad. The staff is fantastic especially all the Josephs. You can definitely get a great workout if you dont BS on your phone or with someone and focus on your plan.

This place is cheap as heck and weve never had any issue with our kids at the Kids Care here. That certainly was not the case at Las Vegass largest gym (you know the one Im talking about even though I dont want to put anyone on blast.) Its a great spot for us.

Fitness 19 is a great gym. The gym equipment work well and I love how you can bring a guest and you dont have to pay extra for them. I also love hos their open 24/7 and basically stay there all night. So I fully recommend fitness 19 for your workout needs.

I live right across the street from this gym so it was convenient but too busy and crowded for me. It’s interesting to see I’m not the only one that had an issue canceling my membership here. Beware of their cancellation policies, they go through a company called ABC Financial to contract you with the gym. I had my wife added to my account under my credit card and info. They put her under her own account under my information so when I called to cancel they reroute you to ABC, and they ask you to then cancel online. When I canceled our membership they continued to charge me for 3 months for my wife’s account because they said I didn’t cancel my wife’s as well and she has to cancel it herself even though it’s under my credit card. So what were to happen if we divorce and she refused to cancel? This cancellation policy is ridiculous and greedy. I asked them for a refund and they told me they would get back to me to ask the gym if they were willing to refund. When they contacted me, they said the just wouldn’t do it because it’s my fault I didn’t know as if I should know their cancellation process like the back of my hand. I wasn’t told anything about the process. We hadn’t even gone to the gym in that whole time after I cancelled obviously. I was finally told that I would have to email them to get my credit card removed. I would not recommend them and am a reasonable person that doesn’t usually leave reviews but the people at the gym seem not to care If they are ok with these company policies and don’t work with people. I still want my stolen 3 months that I paid for. Good riddens crooks.

The insructors are amazing. The facility is awesome. The members are super cool. I couldnt be happier!

This is the perfect gym! Decent monthly prices, kids room, cardio and weights with friendly staff. They made me feel at home from the first day!

Great place. The staff and trainers are very knowledgeable. They have a kids play are were they watch your kids while you workout and thats a huge plus for me.

I went in to join and spoke with a salesman. I asked if he would show me around and how to use the equipment properly and safely. He was taken aback. After a long pause he offered to schedule me with a trainer for an extra fee. If i wanted a personal trainer I would have asked for one. I thought the people there knew how the equipment worked. I cant say enough about their bad business practices. Even a used car salesman lets you drive an old clunker around the block.

Don’t go way to many people! Never enough time for each of us to join on the equipment I’ve switched to a larger gym

The worst experience ever. They will lie just to get your account number. Once you cancel they will still take your money and fail to cancel your acct. They call visa and find a way to avoid the bank to get your card number. Fraud?!? I think so. They wait 3 months and then charge you 6 months all together. Between Cody and Tom this place is all together shady. Living overseas military and they say I need to come in? Hold let me book my flight. It was suppose to be a one time fee and is turning into a nightmare. Cody seems to like to put down the customer. So impressive when you call from overseas. Then has the nerve to call me a liar. The price seems okay for a month of working out. Id rather pay more for a gym that has actual business etiquette and cares about their customers.

This place is a joke.. the trainers have no clue what they are doing and spend more time recording each other working out and staring and commenting on women working out then anything else. I do t need a trainer but I would never suggest anyone go here, cant wait till my membership is over, so unprofessional. For 10$ a month there are so many better gyms out there.

UPDATE: It took almost a year to stop getting charged after quitting my membership. Series of calls and manager who never called back and membership magically getting reactivated.Doesnt have the latest and greatest equipment BUT the management is terrific, the deal for a membership is great and really I dont need any super crazy equipment so that isnt too bad.So in reality? Cool place, staff needs to have some more enthusiasm BUT last time I was in he was awesome and caring and yeah I know not the most upbeat place to be but the Manager who has sent me texts seems to be great. But hey, everyone has his or her ups and down, so I dont fault the staff completely, just saying to everyone ignore how some of the staff is, give the place a chance!

Good gym for the immediate locals. Not that big, but anyone who is not new to the training game can train efficiently anywhere regardless of the size of the gym or amount of machinery. Great staff. Cant beat the commute time if you live in the Southern Highlands area.

Gym itself is great! Treadmills with TVs need replaced. Everyday that I go only 2 TVs work. Very frustrating!

Friendly staff, convenient, fits my budget! A little crowded during peak hours but thats expected during this time of year. Free daycare what a great bonus!!

Small gym good for quick workout. My problem with it is that there are no employees here on weekend so it seems. I had a problem with equipment and through my entire workout I have seen no staff on the floor or behind the desk. This is an unacceptable customer service. Maybe management needs to look into whom they employ.

Anthony is very personable and professional. Ive had nothing but good experiences here and no issues concerning my membership.

Really nothing to complain about. Right down the street, less expensive membership I have had compared to 24 fitness, anytime fitness and snap fitness, good equipment and just the right size. Its 50/50 on the staff, some more so than others.

The guys here are super nice and will make you enjoy working out.

Better read the agreement carefully before you sign up. It is difficult to cancel and stop getting charged even when your 1 year is up.

Would be the perfect gym, but just to many people . There is like no breaks some steriod taking people hog the machines at times and its very difficult to get a good work out in. I will be leaving after this month, I was a member at anytime fitness in california. There is one not to far from me and now I am more willing to pay more and drive to the anytime fitness. Just because I can never get a good workout in.

The price you pay is no different from an EOS or a LVAC and the availability of equipment is no different either, considering it is a smaller gym, it has outgrown itself over the years. avoid busier time frames. they have updated their equipment a little including two platforms and soon to be open class instructed room sessions for an additional price. I often the gym because of its location; short drive. The place could use a little more maintenance and the bathroom is often requiring getting use to if its not clean. but, it does the job and it has all the necessary equipment required of a gym.

I walked in with a 7 day free pass, and it was used as a means to sign me, instead of letting me try for free. I was told the annual membership would be waved the first year in order to sign me up. That was the main selling point for me. When they tried to charge me the extra, I said I want to cancel, and they are charging even more plus a cancellation period. I am furious. I was lied to, and then instead of following through or even offering to pro-rate this annual fee I should not have to pay when I asked to cancel (I have not been there more than a few times) they pass the buck and tell me to call another number to cancel. The other number then tells me they do not have the authority to remove the fee, the manager/owner whom I spoke with has that capability. They could not cancel my membership, rather sent an email for me to fill out and wait to ‘process’ whilst they ask for more money because I needed to give thirty days notice. There was not supposed to be any contract. I would understand if the last payment lasted to the end of 30 days, but not having to pay more because they required 30 days more of a payment, and will not immediately cancel. I am livid. I have a bill that is exhorbitant because they tried to pull out more than I allotted, and probably charged me a late fee plus wanted an annual fee I didn’t agree to and are adding an additional 30 days worth, plus the amount of time they take to process my cancellation. Not to mention I paid a first month/last month due when I started up. And it most definitely wasn’t an entire month from my payment before I was charged again. Essentially I paid three months for the first full month there -almost $60.00. I want the annual fee removed. I want to cancel without additional fees. I anticipated the 19.99 from March (without late fee) since I had that amount ready at the time they tried to pull out more. I am not happy with the manipulations and hidden fees. And to top things off, I can’t even find the number to a corporate office to speak with a person with actual authority to fix this.That said, a little about the club. It’s not very big, the few times I went it wasn’t overcrowded. Not very well ventilated. Smells like a gym. No showers. No locker room. I didn’t use the daycare nor bring a guest. Not open 24 hours. 5am to11pm, Mon-Fri. 7am to 8pm; weekends. One room for group classes. Earliest class is 8am. No Sunday classes.

I cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel my membership. Was charged $46.99 for what???? Theres no contract so why cant I get a hold of anyone? No contact email on their website either, very suspicious!!!

Very disappointed with Fitness 19 in 10660 Southern Highlands Pkwy, Las Vegas. All what they wants its your money. More than half treadmill machines dont have a sound. Very small variety of what you can do. I would advise everybody get membership in the Athletic club or anywhere else, dont put yourtime and money in something what is not worth it.

This gym is filthy. I dont think they even clean the place. Just look at the AC exposed duct work. Layers of dust on them. Place makes me sick every time i go. I stopped going

Has most workout equipment needed in a gym, from free weights to machines. Its not a big gym but it never seems crowded.

The gym is little small and overcrowded. The staffs are very friendly n provide 7 days pass before joining in.
