I did a drop in tonight and got a great workout in. Coach Nick is great! Really helps get your form right! Ill be back for sure.

This place is awesome. Really feels like family here. All the coaches take their time with the classes and make sure youre doing things right and answer all your questions. Oh, and the workouts are killer. Always feel amazing walking out of this place.

Kaizen CrossFit is the place to be. When I moved here from small town Utah where there was 2 CrossFit boxes I was overwhelmed with how I would find a box that gave me the same feel I had at the one I started at. I did a lot of research and decided to go check Kaizen out. From the first time I showed up there I was treated like family and it has felt like a home ever since! The Owner and the Coaches are so friendly, very knowledgeable and very genuine people! I have improved tremendously in the last 2 months I have been attending. I cant thank them enough! If you are ever in Vegas and not sure which box to go to I highly recommend Kaizen CrossFit. You will immediately feel like part of the Kaizen Family!
