I shouldve been using these guys a long time ago!! Professional, on time, careful not to run into doorways and walls, actually wraps up your furniture and lays down enough runners as promised. No dirty blankets here with them! Super helpful and friendly guys that helped us move. Theyre very efficient but theyre not rushing to load up and unload stuff. Easy to communicate with too. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We used Red Carpet for both packing and moving. We moved out-of-state. They did a great job on both jobs. They had a person who specialized in packing our fragile and breakable items. Nothing was broken. We were very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I had contractors at the destination and they were impressed too! I recommend Red Carpet for your moving needs. The entire team ... from the office to the packers to the movers to the box pick-up ... was just excellent. Everyone was very professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. I was referred to Red Carpet by a friend who was happy with their moving services. Red Carpet was not available on the date of my move, so they recommended Umbrella Movers, the worst moving company I have ever hired. When I called back Red Carpet to let them know about my terrible experience with their recommended alternate mover, they did not answer the phone and they never called back.

We had a new mattress delivery plus the bed foundation, and to my relief it went well, fast and without any supplement troubles for me. The guys came sharp at 11, and the window did not seem convenient at first 11am-4pm. So great job, thank you, would recommend to use them for oversize items!

My SAATVA Mattress was delivered this morning 5/13/21. My window to wait was between 7:30 and 9:30. The guys called at 7:50 and at my front door at 8:15. They first brought upstairs the adjustable lineal bases (Split Cal), and the two Twin XL mattresses. They put the bases together, made sure they both operate with the remote controls and showed me how to work it. They gently placed the mattresses and air-filled them up using their individual controls. Again I was shown how to use it.Both were respectful of the home and people. They wore their face masks and removed their shoes prior to entering. No accidental bumps on the walls. They took with them all the plastics and cartons, so no mess was left behind.I am sorry I do not recall their names. The head of the two told me his name but I do not recall. I was so pleased with their professionalism, job knowledge, respect for the furniture delivered, and courtesy. They were timely and called first before they came. The job was done by 9:30am.I was so pleased that I wrote them a check for a tip since I carry no cash. So extend my appreciation to these 2 gentlemen, I hope you can find out who they are. This is the company used by Restoration Hardware for their furniture moves out in Vegas.We had one delivery in mid- December of around half a house lot of furnishings from RH to our multi million dollar newly remodeled home. We later discovered a number of scratches to the newly refinished Saltillo tile and later still discovered damage to a door and stained trim work around another door in a passageway,I actually had the manager or RH over a couple of days after the first lot of furniture arrived and pointed out to her some of the floor scratches. Dining chairs (without felt on the feet and which we were told would have pads placed before setting down, had been dragged back and forth scratching up the saltillo tile floor.Damage to a custom dining door and trim woodwork will have to be repaired, stained and recoated with clear.On the second visit this week the guys left a nine ft long scratch on the floor behind the sofa they were installing and although I called them out on it immediately they denied doing it.They also broke a mounting arm on the upper part of a tall metal desk that was being installed and simply pushed it back against the wall and left. I only noticed because the upper bookcase part of desk was wobbly.The owner of Red Carpet called following my complaint to RH. He had been given photos by RH that I had provided.After discussing politely for a few minutes the owner of Red Carpet asked what I expected from him. I suggested some compensation for my guys to fix these things (they are staff and I do this for a living ) and something toward resurfacing the floor which we will now have to sand and seal again.Well, according to Jon the owner of Red Carpet his guys were 1000 percent sure they didnt damage anything and either it must be my builder ( who would obviously fix something he broke ad hes on salary anyway ) or I must be a liar. Really? Id go to all that trouble to complain for a few dollars on a project this size?Beware, if these guys cant be careful and respectful with a $150k delivery of high end furnishings, what will they do with your things?If they wont own up to damaging things, the owner wont accept any responsibility or attempt to work with you to fix it then Im sorry but I cant deal with people like this or recommend them to anyone.Great response from the owner Jon.Immediately the issue of money came up he became belligerent and rude. I dont appreciate being called a liar or my staff being called dishonest. We had two highly skilled professional staff ( not contractors) on site who can verify what Im saying. In his shoes Id be over to the site like a shot to what I could do to help. But then Im used to running professional organizations.But apparently his $25 an hour moving help can do no wrong where as my highly paid experienced finishing carpenter is apparently a clumsy dishonest liar.So after telling him I wont be using him again I hung up before I stooped up his level and got really offensive back.

Sisco and his crew did a fantastic job. They didn’t waste any time. They were right on time, straight to work. Very fast and efficient. Also they give a quote that has an maximum amount you pay. Even the actual time is long than that, you only pay the maximum amount on the quote. It’s worth every dollar. Will use them again next time and request the same crew.

The only issue I had was a few items got damaged, including a dresser leg was cracked, nightstand drawer is jammed shut and a piece of slate broke off our fire pit table. It can all be fixed. We saw all great ratings on-line so we wanted to use them. I am sorry to be the one who had a bad experience. I would not have even done a review until I found out that they are only going to reimburse us $30 for a huge mirror that I paid $80 for and I emailed them the receipt too. I bought 2 of the mirrors and had them above both bedside tables in our bedroom. I had shopped for a year for those mirrors. Now I only have one. So I need to find 2 new matching mirrors for our bedroom with the $30 they said they will reimburse me.We were quoted a 3 man crew with an estimate of 4 hours. Only 2 guys showed up and it took them 9.5 hours to move our 1000 square foot apartment to our new apartment 20 minutes away. They knocked off $30/hour because it was a 2 man crew but we ended up paying twice what we were quoted.In addition, the movers broke a light fixture in the stairwell at our apartment when they were taking our couch downstairs. There were fresh pieces of broken plastic on the stairs that werent there when I had walked downstairs before they brought the couch down. When I asked them if they broke it, they lied and said no. They also got our couch really dirty and one of our mattress covers really dirty. I would not recommend this company considering their lack of responsibility when it comes to breaking things. We gave each of the 2 movers a good tip because they had worked very hard but didnt seem to care about our furniture. I was going to let it slide until we found out that they are reimbursing us less than half of what I paid for the mirror they broke.

Casey and Josh delivered a 10ft couch for me that I ordered from RH. They showed up on time and were very aware of not “touching” the couch because of Covid. They wore gloves and mask and when unpacking the couch they made sure not to touch with there own gloves but only touched the packaging around the couch. They were able to move this long couch with no issues and I highly recommend their service.

Chris and Josh of Red Carpet just delivered and set up our new bedroom set from Restoration Hardware. There was damage to one of the nightstands (not caused by them) and they immediately took pictures and took care of submitting the claim on our behalf. They wore their Covid 19 masks and put booties over their shoes. They were thorough in the setup, took all the packing materials with them, and quick. Highly recommended.

Well, the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE began in SEPT 2015. We moved out of VEER TOWERS at CityCenter on the strip and our household items went into their storage until it can be delivered to Los Angeles.February 2016, I contact Red Carpet to move the furniture from their Las Vegas warehouse to one of our homes in Los Angeles. It took 3 (three) months to get the item delivered.Upon arrival in Los Angeles, all pieces were deliverd EXCEPT all the hardware required to assemble our Ralph Lauren Bedroom set. AND to really ruin our experience with RED CARPET MOVING, our Ralph Lauren Suede Leather Sofa was missing! Instead, they brought from Las Vegas a sofa that belonged to someone else!Right there and then, I requested firmly that Red Carpet MOVING was to replace the bedroom hardware as soon as possible AND to please locate our leather sofa within their warehouse.It took another almost 3 (three) months before the bedroom hardware arrived AND they still could not locate our Ralph Lauren Suede Leather Sofa.A series of email between myself and Jon Powell with Mr. Powell promising expedited claim processing of our lost sofa. Remember, I said we had a series of emails AND telephone conversation and assurances from Mr. Powell that reimbursement claim for the missing sofa would be processed without delay.THREE (3) MONTHS later- November 14th, I called and asked why my email from a week before was not acknowledge. Instead of being connectted to Mr. Powell, I was re-routed to DIANE and at the beginning of the conversation she acknowledge that she was just sent a copy of the email. I asked Diane why the reimbursement claim is taking so long?DIANES RESPONSE WAS: We had not file a claim because you disputed with American Express the delivery charge which Amex reverse after weeks of NO RESPONSE as a merchant. Diane lectured me to say that until I pay the moving charge, she will not file a claim with their insurance company.FOLKS, you have to understand this baisc principal if you were in my shoes: I faithfully PAID the moving charges upon arrival and delivery of my household furnishings EVEN THOUGH valuable items were still missing. Of course after almost three (3) months of no action from Red Carpet Moving did I request a charge review by Amex. Diane proceeded to lecture me again that no claim will be filed until I re-pay the original moving charges. I told her NO, I WILL NOT and offered her to deduct the moving charges from the proceeds of the missing sofa from their insurance carrier. During the course of conversation, Diane IMPLIED this was NOT acceptable!I basically concluded the call this claim must be processed by Red Carpet before the end of the year or I will file legal papers here in Los Angeles to settle this dispute. I reminded Diane they will have to personally appear here in Los Angels and cannot be represented by a lawyer.Diane then proceeded to tell me that she will go ahead and file a claim.Please consider carefully of contracting with RED CARPET MOVING. They claim this and that, promise all and deliver nothing. You be the judge. How valuable are your household items to you? Can you risk damage or worse, lost items?FYI: After careful research with the State of California, Red Carpet Moving of Las Vegas IS NOT registered with the State of California for license or transact business for interstate moving even though the trucks are routinely delivering in the Los Angeles area.December 2016: NO RESPONSE from Red Carpet Moving.

We were told that Red Carpet Moving Company was the only company we should consider for our local move. Last week Red Carpet moved us and I have to say we were so pleased! The care that was taken to move us 2 miles was amazing! Two trucks, 4 professional courteous movers and attention to detail!!! They handled everything from breaking down bed sets and putting them back together at new location. The placement of furniture was important as they would check with us prior to finishing a room. I am not moving again, but If I did, it would be with Red Carpet!

I have used Red Carpet Moving for 2 of my moves here in Las Vegas. They have been amazing both times. This most recent move was exceptional as always! They took care in taking apart my furniture, wrapping it all, and transporting it to my new home. When we got to the new home they did an amazing job in putting all my furniture back together and making sure it was all sturdy and level! A lot of my furniture has been through two moves with them and it all still looks brand new! I highly recommend them! They work efficiently and know what they are doing. I will use them again in the future if need be.

When at the front door, Torry promptly asked if he should wear booties before entering. I was very appreciative of that since I have light carpet. Torry never complained about the amount of stairs (master bedroom furniture was delivered to the 3rd story). Honest and reliable. They always do an amazing job. There were times they could have told me something was wrong that wasnt and they did not. I have been extremely happy with them everytime. My family has tried other plumbers and they did a bad job. I hope next time they will ask me who I use since I have told them good things and they will go with Red Carpet plumbing. Honestly I wish I had more words for how amazing they are. I will not use another plumber.

Had the best 2day moving experience with Red Carpet. You will NEVER find better movers than Raul and Chris. I will recommend them for every person I know. They went above and beyond what I expected. So much better than all the rest.
