Amazing company! Very kind, very cooperative, very polite, very calm (especially when I was panicking!!!). They deserve 100 stars for promptness, kindness, and consideration. They got the equipment in right away. They were in contact and took my personal situation in to consideration with heart. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Special kudos to Dayna, Tammy, and Francisco! Very nice friendly people. But beware of the pricing and the communication. Unfortunately I had water damage from an upstairs unit. They came and did an estimate and the pricing was easily 20-30 percent higher than other contractors after all said and done. They also don’t communicate very well. I’m the one that kept calling them to see the exact date and times for the work to be done. If you are going to use them just make sure you get s few other bids and look into the detail.

Okay, this is going to be short, and sweet. Rarely do I do business with an organization that I have nothing to complain about. But Advanced Pro Restoration was perfect. Brunston, Koa and Tammy managed the water damage remediation and reconstruction perfectly. The crew was strong, energetic, cheerful, very polite, and performed their work flawlessly. A well deserved five stars. What more can I say?

I had the best expectations for these guys, look at all these great reviews. Due to selling my home I had one or two good sized jobs and two little ones that had to be done from my seller repair order: I had a kitchen island that needed to be rebuilt due to water damage and inspected for mold, I had a potential water leak I needed investigated (and mold investigation), and I had baseboards in two separate rooms that needed repaired (and investigated for mold).I understand that the baseboards arent big jobs, but the kitchen island was at least. And if wed found mold under anything it wouldve been a sizeable amount of business. Brunston came out and from the word go I could tell he didnt want the job. Especially after I told him I already had a bid from another company; I never even told him their bid or asked him to price match. He kept telling me they were too busy and then he passed on the whole job.I had told the woman when I reserved exactly what I was looking for, and if APR is turning down jobs for being too small it wouldve been nice and I wouldnt have wasted my time. That aside she was super charming literally the nicest person to take an appointment in memory. That was the one bright spot in all this.The other contractors I had out gave me a much better experience. So if you are getting multiple bids, arent having the White House renovated, and need anything to do with mold probably look elsewhere, these guys are too busy for us little people.

Advanced Pro Restoration is a wonderful company. They are very professional, efficient, clean, courteous and responded to my copper pipe leak within a few hours of my call. Everyone from this company involved in my water restoration was wonderful. Starting with the initial call with the coordinator Dayna who was quick to respond, kind and accommodating to Victor the technical supervisor who came out to complete the work in a timely and very professional manner. They also sent Keith from Pirate Plumbing who came out very quickly to fix my leak and did a great job. Doug the estimator was very thorough and explained the process very well and Brad the senior project coordinator was very detail oriented and came out to help walk me through the plans for the repair and rebuild process. I highly recommend this awesome company for anyone who has any water restoration, mold remediation and also construction/rebuild needs. I have used other companies in the past who have left me frustrated, were slow, dragged out the processes unnecessarily and left the work area dusty and dirty. From now on if I ever have a leak or any kind of water damage I’ll only call Advanced Pro Restoration!!!

They did an excellent job. They handled both the initial mitigation and the end repairs. Everything was great but the communication on the end repairs was a different crew and could have been better.

I have only good things to say about Advanced Pro. They were professional and took care of us during a stressful time. They provided everything we needed and made the process as smooth as possible. Everyone that I interacted with was great and their work was excellent. I highly recommend them!

They have very proactive and professional teams. They know what are they doing and always on top of it. Team leader will explain before the task. They never left things behind and clean up very well. Thats why I had been using Advanced Pro since 2012.

From start to finish, overall great job. They were able to get my house back to normal after water damage from a 2nd floor washing machine leak. They quickly addressed any concerns I had and would not hesitate to use them again. Hopefully I won’t have to, but you get the idea. Thanks!

My personal experience with Advanced Pro was a very positive one despite being in such a terrible situation. Having your home flood is a terrifying event! They responded to my emergency at my property promptly. They explained the process and what I can expect, alleviating a massive amount of stress on my part. I was walked through the process of filing a claim with my insurance. Every person I have dealt with through the process has been professional and courteous, from Dana and Maria in the office, answering all of my questions, silly to serious, to Brittany helping me understand the process to Shandra assisting me with getting payment from my Insurance. Then they even sent Amy, the runner, to me to pick up payment so I didn’t have to drive across town. I cannot express my gratitude for how much they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my home. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service in a heartbeat! I recommend them completely but I also suggest reading ALL of their reviews. Do your homework! This is a great company!

I’ve had some water damage in our home and Advanced Pro Remediation was called to the scene. I was clueless on how everything works then after speaking with Dayna Fualaau things went so smoothly. She is the BEST! Dayna always followed up with me every step of the way, she went above and beyond even reaching out to my adjuster to get the ball rolling. We had some damage so we called this company. They immediately showed up and had claims of being able to finish the job. They showed up, ripped out some dry wall and then never showed up again. I left several voice mails with Shawn the owner, no call back. Then we get a massive bill which contains several elements of blatant fraud which we plan on taking to court immediately. We are going to sue this company for many things including discrimination. The tenant is a a retired veteran and on a fixed income. We believe he was taken advantage of due to his race and economic status. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

My mother’s water heater broke and caused extensive water damage throughout her house. The insurance company recommended Advanced Pro for the water remediation work, so I called them and had them start the water clean up process.When I tried calling to schedule the re-build (this was after the insurance company gave the ok), Advanced Pro wouldn’t return my call for a week, it wasn’t until I threatened to file a lawsuit that they returned my call.They then said that that they didnt receive the voicemails that I left on the company line and only received the voicemail that I left on the cell phone the morning they called me back. Furthermore, they said that they didn’t really want the job out of the fear of being sued and if they were to take the job, they were 3 weeks out from the start date due to their busy schedule. This left me scrambling to find another contractor to finish up the job.In a nutshell, Advanced Pro Remediation was very unprofessional, they left my mother in a torn up house for weeks and did not want to take responsibility for returning calls or finishing up their work. I would highly recommend using another company.

Advanced Pro was very dishonest with me and i was very disappointed that they are not very true to their word. I will not be a returning client and i will not be referring others. If you claim to be an honest company then that is what you should be!! You lied and betrayed your word and left my house a disaster and i am not thank you!

Too expensive not worth the price

My experience with Advanced Pro was an extremely positive one. My home flooded from a 2nd floor restroom and caused extensive damage to both the 1st and 2nd floor.From my very first phone call, the voice on the other end (Sarah) was very calming and put me at ease. Within 1 hour they had a full crew at my home working on mitigation to ensure everything was dried out to avoid further damage from mold or other factors. Brunson was my main point of contact and he did a wonderful job communicating the progress being made on the home. Anytime someone entered my home he sent me a message and when they left my home he sent me a message with a detailed summary of what was done. After the mitigation was complete my husband and I had some questions and he graciously met us back at the property to answer our questions and we left with confidence knowing our home was 100% good.Because I was so happy with the work that was done on the mitigation we decided to get a quote from Advanced Pros for the repairs that needed to be done to our home. We were assigned Rod to go out to the home to give a detailed estimate from room to room of what needed to be done and the cost for each repair. Brunson met Rod at the property to ensure everything was included in the estimate. Rod worked very closely with my insurance company and had a nice/professional relationship with the adjustor to ensure our home was put back together correctly and was fair for all involved. During this process we were also in touch with Shawn, the owner who was always available to us and answered any questions we had.Due to the professionalism we experienced up to this point we decided to have advanced pro complete the repairs of our home. We were assigned John Curry as our project manager. John’s customer service is unbelievable! He was a complete joy to work with and was extremely patient with the many questions my husband and I had. Throughout the entire process he kept us updated. If we had an appointment he showed up on time, if I called him 99% of the time he answered the phone and if he was unable to answer the phone and I left a message he called me back in a timely fashion. John and Rod worked closely together during this process and worked with us with the few upgrades we requested to have done outside of the original scope of work. John had a regular team working on our home and came by frequently to check on the progress., two of the men working on our home on a regular basis were Juan and Luiz and they definitely took pride in the work they did.From an administrative stand point Dayna and Mich at the office were wonderful and anytime we requested information they were right on it!Overall, if ever faced with this situation again or if I have future constructions needs I will without a doubt call Advanced Pro again. The teamwork within this company is by far the best I’ve ever seen! The excellent service starts at the top with the owners Shawn & Raquel and I love that the people who work for them have such positive things to say about them. But more importantly I love that their excellent service is shown within their entire company!
