The owners of Red Rock Counseling are two of the most decent individuals in Southern Nevada. They both have extensive knowledge regarding the problems facing our community during these difficult times. They also have the expertise to understand what resources are available to their patients . While I cannot go into detail, Red Rock Counseling was willing to help a teen who suffered a traumatic event and had limited resources. They are committed advocates for their patients.

As the stress of the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to take its toll, it has made dealing with some of the everyday problems that much harder to deal with. Red Rock Counseling is everything youd want in a therapy practice: The owners, Adrienne and Susan, are two of the nicest people Ive met, and theyve surrounded themselves with an amazing group of mental health professionals. The office is so welcoming - its brand new with a client waiting area that has a coffee and charging station.

Hard as hell to find this place no signs of where this place is at nothing on the outside of the building that says red rock counseling. Took me 30 mins to even find this place driving around the parking lot over and over again

Went here and the therapist had forgotten she has booked the appointments. So double booked and then didn’t even try and fix the issue. Then went back to give it one more chance and then once again changed my appointment without contacting me or telling me the appointment was now for 2pm! As if i don’t have a life and schedule to keep. When I say that it is utterly unprofessional to constantly move patients around and not keeping a single original time don’t even get an apology about it. I was really looking forward to getting the help I needed for my mental health and this place completely dropped the ball. Terrible service and incapable of keeping a simple schedule! Moves patients around with absolutely no respect that they might have their own schedules to keep!
