I really wanted to like this place and continue their services. Everyone is so kind there and really go out of their way for their patients. They also have a social worker onsite, which I think is wonderful. But, when it came to the therapy part, unfortunately thats where they fall short. I think it may be because the therapists are mostly interns who come and go. My therapist disappeared on me. There was a male therapist who I had an intake with that I really clicked with who left too. Finally when I thought I had someone experienced and at a high position, it turned out that she too was new to all this. Maybe if I talked to them about it I could have learned that I was wrong, but I didnt even bother. I just didnt have anymore time to spare, I really needed a lot of help. Instead I just decided to seek wisdom on my own, I think its really the best thing you can do, because Psychology in general hasnt yet revolutionized and although Bridge Counseling had therapists with little experience, how many others can really say that they have the cure for human suffering? And, how many have practiced what they preach with success? My advice for anyone who has found no success here or anywhere is that the best wisdom comes from those those who have truly suffered greatly and found true happiness. Learn from them. And if youre wondering why I am giving this place 5 stars, its because of the things I said at the beginning of this review and also I believe that with time, things can improve so long as human behavior continues to be studied and that can only happen if Psychology is given a chance. So, even if things didnt work for me, please still give them try.

I am an survivor of the 1 October mass shooting. Referred by Vegas Resiliency. Appointment was at 4pm. Told to come early for paper work. Lots of questions. None related to the shooting. Mostly drug addictions and alcoholics. Waited from 3:30 pm th o 4:40, no call. Approached window inquired what happened. They said when your therapist call ask her. The therapist was an old lady looked like recovering alcoholic. I told them forget it. They wanted to make another appointment. Are you kidding? 40 minutes later I get a voice mail real rude telling me to call back. That was Monday on Friday I get a call from manager asking, give us another chance. I hung up. Called back and told me, you need help, please call another counselor. My message is to Vegas resiliency. PLEASE CHECK THESE PEOPLE BEFORE YOU REFER PEOPLE.

Was a waste of time. Needed documentation to present to a court and was advised that they have a policy not to get involved with the justice system. Yet, they will accept their money. Otherwise friendly staff... Just dont expect any help, only internalization or coping methods.

Counselors are hard to get ahold of constantly unavailable or straight to their voicemail .
