Spoke to Bruce. He was negative, unhelpful and defensive when I raised concerned and asked him to clarify his vague answers as to why he was telling me that none of his available providers take my insurance (Aetna). It was like pulling teeth to get a cash price ( he assumed I couldnt afford it which is why he was hesitant). I get it, they are busy. Everyone is busy. But, you would think, the whole point of your JOB...the while point if your facility is to deal with people that have mental issues or going through very tough grief process, that people that work there would be more patient and less condescending. Im sure there are plenty people that need jobs right now that can replace Bruce if he cant be a little more compassionate in his role.

I made an appointment that never happened. Nobody answers the phone and they dont call you back.... Life is already hard enough and when you need help this happens 😔

My experience was great at this office location. Friendly staff. No waiting. Easy to access. Great therapist.

Its really hard to see a therapist when the front desk is rude. I spoke to a Jackie, no good morning, no thank you for calling Oasis Counseling, just rude right off the bat. I was trying to reschedule an appointment for my son and this unfriendly unwelcoming wench just turned me way off. I will not tolerate rudeness. If you hate your job then quit!!! I will not be going back there. Too bad because the therapist Joseph Caldwell was really good. Check your staff Oasis.

Helen Is a great therapist with wonderful insight. I actually enjoy going here as other places pill push and do not try to get to the root of the problem. I recommend her because she is very forth coming and I look forward to our sessions every week. the front desk is great too!! makes you feel comfortable about getting the professional help you are seeking.

The woman behind the counter seemed like she was on a personal phone call when I was trying to get my follow-up appointment and she kept me waiting. She seemed very bothered by having to do her job. But I could have been wrong. When someone is coming in to seek help we tend to be nervous about this process and a kind person behind the counter can make the whole experience better. But the counselor I met with was great!

I made an appointment for my daughter last week for today with this company. At the appointment time I was told that they could not verify my insurance and they are sorry that they did not call me and let me know this in advance. Shelly at the reception is not capable of customer service. Horrible place to deal with. Look else where, there are better companies in the city.

Rita is the meanest, nastiest lady Ive ever met! She made me CRY three times and that was just the assessment! She told me I will NEVER get out of fast food, and I cant remember anything, and I am wasting my time, I need all her help! Wow sounds like a salesman. I do NOT cry easily! Her behavior left me needing a therapist more than when I came in!

Called and cancelled on both my kids 4 times in a row saying the counceler had an emergency the thing is we have 2 different counselors. It got so bad the last time they called I told the kids mom before we even picked up the phone oasis is calling to cancel again and I was right. We are finding a new counsoler I do not recomend them at all its like hitting the lottery getting them to follow threw with an appointment.

The counselor I have worked with is professional, insightful, and has assisted me in making positive changes.

Agree about Shelly and Aprils bad discouraging costumer service. Their psychologist David Schroeder was also mean, unprofessional and seemed like under the influence of something. Got more hurt than helped there!

Great therapist but scheduling is often challenging.

I have been looking for mental health services for a while in the last two days i have called five times, no one has answered my calls, this place was reccomanded by a friend, just because of the poor customer service i will not be contacting them for help anymore.
