Clean and professional service. My iPhone XS had water damage and the screen become un-responsive. They were able to come to my hotel at Aria with a small fee and replace my screen within 15-20mins. I had an extremely niche repair that nearly every other shop in town had rejected to even look at. There are many repair shops in Vegas that are glorified re-assembly lines, primarily specializing in ordering and installing entire replacement parts into devices, rather than actually repairing the defective pieces. Most of these shops in Vegas are lacking in any real tools or expertise to actually repair your device. - Smart Fix was the exception.Smart Fix has all of the requisite tools and professional, knowledgable staff necessary to tackle actual electronic and device repair. They took the time to look over the device with me and find not only one suitable repair option- but also a plan-B if that repair was not possible. The technician that helped me was extremely patient while I explained the damage and eager to help me find a resolution to my issue.They were able to put my display board under the microscope and re-solder the Thunderbolt 3 plug and all of its 20 or so tiny tiny pins back onto the board, and then re-assemble the port by hand. These guys saved me $1500 and I cannot thank them enough. As long as I live in Vegas- I will not go ANYWHERE else but here for any repair no matter how big or small. I cannot recommend them enough.

Can someone help me? I am going to get a repair done on either Sunday or Monday, but I was wondering how does fixing the screen work? I am scared that all my data will be lost. I know my Apple ID and everything, and I also backed up a few important things but Im not entirely sure how this works. Will they power off my screen? Will they factory reset it?( I dont want that). Awesome service! I went into the store to replace my screen. Another place that I checked at I was quoted $245 plus tax for a screen, glass protector and a phone case. They stated that I needed to leave my phone there at 11:00am and that I would be able to pick it up by 5pm that evening. However when I searched on Google I came across this store location Smart fix. They honestly had the best costumer service and FAST. I was out of the store within 15-20mins. Also I was able to purchase a placement for my screen, glass protector AND a phone case for $135.00 WAY LOWER THEN WHAT I WAS QUOTED AT THE OTHER COMPANY.

Brought my iPhone X with cracked glass and the Technician was extremely nice and helpful. He said it would be done in 10-15 minutes and i believe he did it even faster that that! Smart Fix is great! I had some pretty nasty cracks and chips on my screen and wasn’t expecting them to be able to fix it. Not only did they make my screen look perfect, they were done in about 30 minutes! Diana helped me and was very professional and nice, their lobby was clean and location is also very convenient. I came in to replace my screen of my iPhone 8 Plus. Everything is functioning well but only screen is cracked. After his work I found there are large area of screen has pixels missing, so I tell him and he returned and fix it, then I found my home button doesn’t work anymore after his work, so I asked him to be responsible for it, but he continuously claimed he never broke anything because of 10 years experience he had, and I should take this responsibility.Since things has happened so I am thinking it is ok if he could give some discount for new screen, but he DECLINED, and tell me he gonna give back my cracked screen. And he showed me how quickly he can replace it. To be honest, I didn’t care how quickly you can I care the quality, but this guy is bad, not only his skills, but also his attitude.So finally I end up with a cracked and bad home button phone.

My Fiance and I were on vacataion in Vegas from Wisconsin, and I dropped my phone and shattered the screen and the LED part underneath on the very first night. Everywhere else that repaired phones near the strip seemed like they wanted to take my entire life savings just to fix it, but this place had a very reasonable price! The guy working there was also extremely nice and helpful, and never pushed us into anything. It only took a day, and the screen on my phone even seems like it is better quality now! The best place to go. I called first to get an estimate and when I brought my laptop in the final price was less than half of what i was quoted. Bought my tablet in the store to have my charging port replaced. Was quoted a good price and left it there for them to repair. A few days later they called to pick it up the tablet it was repaired. Took it home and it wont charge. Brought it back in and they handle the problem with no argument, took one day to fix the problem and it was solved.
