Athens was fantastic! I came in to look at a suit and he helped me through the whole process, including fitting and shirts and ties to match the suits. I ended up buying three suits with accessories and it was a lot less cost than I thought it would be. I highly recommended them.

We went to Mastroianni’s 22 days before our wedding after many failed attempts of finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We walked in and a man name Jay approached us, and let me tell you… He saved the day for us! We have been struggling to find my fiancé a suit for our wedding for many months. We had horrible experiences at nearly every suit shop we went to until we came here! Jay was incredibly professional, kind, friendly, VERY knowledgeable and he gave us amazing deals on our 2 suits and even taught us how to tie “the perfect tie”The experience we had there was everything we’ve been looking to have for months!

Hard for a handicap person to get in. I am a big person but not that big but they still didnt have my size for anything I wanted. They only had one belt in my size at the Big and tall mens shop. They had no tennis shoes that I need it for work, I had to go to Skechers. You seriously need to carry more 14 wide shoes. Not to carry any tennis shoes in this size is not a good look for a big and tall mans shop. The service was good from the people that helped me its just your selection for big and tall people is poor. Not every person can wear dress shoes because of underlying health conditions. Im one of those people I have to have tennis shoes and you did not carry any in my side. Your story is big enough to carry these things.

A fantastic collection of classic and modern clothing! Its amazing to me some of the variety they have here. The big and tall shop is small, but has a pretty good selection. Great customer service, and some special deals to be found!

Ask for Athens. If you’re in Vegas and want to get a suit this is the place. They had a huge variety so you can prob find whatever style you’re after. We wanted fitted and modern and found several options along with belt, socks and nice shorts for underneath- they even had dressy jeans if you want to go that route and need those too.

Fantastic experience. We needed 8 suits in a pinch for a few upcoming events, one of which is Black Tie. Vasili and his team got us all decked out within budget, with quality suits and even managed to get the alterations done early so we had plenty of time to try everything on and make sure everything was perfect.Originally we were going to rent Tuxes for the Black Tie event but Mastroianni had an offer to skip the used, average rental and OWN a decent Tux instead for a competitive price. We quite literally were on the way to the Tux rental store. So glad I stopped in here first.I couldnt be more impressed with the styles, quality and prices. Kudos.

The only place my husband shop. The suits are amazing. Get ready to spend some money because they are far from cheap, however some of the quality in my opinion could be better. Oh and the shoes will have you in awe, but they will mess your feet up. My husband feet has become fd up from those shoes lol but seriously. Other than that this store is amazing.

Went here to look for a dress shirt for my husband and the man kept hovering over us as if we were going to steal. He kept offering help but we kept denying because well we really didnt need any help. They have a good variety of dress shirts and suits. Definitely a different style of fashion though.

They helped my husband find the double breasted suits he was looking for. Highly recommended. I bought a blazer shirt combo from their sister location in the Planet Hollywood mall for New Years Eve that got complimented consistently, left and right the three times I wore it. Unfortunately, the material at the elbow began to fray a bit so I took it to Mastroianni and brought it to their attention. Even though it was past the 30 day return policy they still gave me full store credit. Impeccable customer service and unmatched modern day styles.

Feels awkward walking in and every employee is just staring at you like fresh meat at feeding time. They do have nice suits, excellent deals and the staff is helpful without lots of pressure.

Not only did they have EXACT suit I was looking for in my size they were extremely helpful and there is a black gentleman that has a very keen eye for fashion and is always impeccably dress and wears a hat, Damn he looks sharp. I will never buy a suit anywhere else.

I usually buy my dress slacks from there because 80 is a decent price for a pair of slacks; but today was my worst experience hands down. The sales agent was very pushy and every time I would say this is too tight or uncomfortable he would give me an exaggerated exhale and say that looks good on you, no need to buy a suit separate. If something doesnt fit, or Im uncomfortable that means the customer needs a new size, not to complain about having to walk over to find me a new size. The next issue involved the tailor specifying that the extra fabric in the pants would only increase my waist size and not the leg size. The sales agent kept on insisting that once the waist was bigger the thigh size would be bigger. Overall, I believe me being 28 and looking like Im 24 led to my poor customer service experience. Prior to this, I had no problem paying more for a quality product, but after this experience I will never shop here again. Worst of all he never introduced himself.

I went in there to buy a new suite and asked for some help. I explained that I dont wear a suite for work, so almost never wear them... (2-3 times per year when going out for something special)... the 1st thing Im shown is $1,500 suite. Really??? I ended up buying a suite elsewhere... It looked just as nice.

Just amazing, Born and raised Las Vegas and I’ve not seen custom service like this in over 10 years. Now and days every customer feels as if they are owed something now so most people aren’t as friendly anymore. My family and I were greeted from the door to the very end making sure all aspects were covered. Dragan was the associate that assisted me and oh my I was shocked how great his customer service was. He attended to my family well being while picking a OUTSTADING suit for me. I was in the store for less then 30 minutes that’s how keen his eye was and that’s not even counting his attention to detail. Mastroianni also has their own line of suits made from the same fabrics as the big names that everyone desires, so why pay for the brand name, when you can have the same quality at a low price?Highly recommend shopping here. Mastoriannis has been in Las Vegas for years and is family owned and operated and now that I have finally been inside i will never go anywhere else.My story: I had purchased a blazer from KingSize Direct a big and tall company. I ordered a 50 big and when my boyfriend tried it on we felt it was to small in the sleeves. To make the story short i wanted to exchange it and the company was going to make me repurchase it before i could exchange it and im on a deadline so i started to panic.I took the blazer to Mastoriannis in hopes that we could tailor it and adjust the sleeves an inch. They reassured me with their experts it is in fact the right length! Thank god for that. They also have the LARGEST selection of FINE italian made shoes and ties ive ever seen in this entire city and I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I will never buy mens dress attire from an online retailer again . We bought a nice size 14 dress shoe and a tie, they offer layaway plans and treat you JUST LIKE FAMILY.
