This review is long over due. I used Rhinos Cleaning Service when I moved out of my last home a year ago. I was blown away by the service I received. They made that home sparkle. It was better than when I moved in! I highly recommend this service AND Im using them again for their deep clean and carpet cleaning in August 2021. I am also referring to my brother in law (single man) who lives in Henderson for a deep clean. They are fast, thorough and very attentive to detail. LOVE this service.

My husband and I are real estate agents and initially used Rhino’s for a few of our client’s move-out deep cleans. They always did a great job.Since then, we’ve started using them for bi-weekly cleaning at our personal home. This is seriously the best money we’ve ever spent. The cleaners always do a phenomenal job. They are polite and always go the extra mile. The crew came out wearing masks and gloves, which I loved considering everything that is going on right now. I was teaching virtually while the team was cleaning, and they were so great about doing the louder activities while I was able to be on mute. Results were fantastic, from my kitchen to the bathrooms that needed a lot of attention. They were also very patient and courteous with me when I asked a bunch of questions since I have only used a cleaning service once before. I am looking forward to the next time I can have another superb team from Rhino come out and help our home look its very best.

But the maids of the Rhino cleaning company wear masks and gloves to clean, so they are safe, and last year there was no doubt about the maids. Also, my family is more happy with the house that has become clean after they have cleaned it, and I especially thank the maids named Lydia. she knows exactly what I want and cleans it.

We used Rhinos cleaning to clean our new home before we moved in. They were incredibly responsive when scheduling a date/time, and were very communicative throughout the day of the cleaning. The house smelt amazing when we walked in after they cleaned it, and they got all of the grease, dirt and dust out of the house. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again!

Very responsive via email. Great price and great quality of work. I did not even have to be at my place when they did the work. It was a hassle free move out cleaning service that made things very easy and low stress for me.

I am currently 8 months pregnant and with limited mobility, my home desperately needed a refresh! I hired Rhino Maids for a deep clean, which was completed this Monday. They did absolutely WONDERFUL! I really appreciated the above and beyond work on the shower stains (how did you get those out?!) removing hard water spots off of glass and that awful dust build up behind the plantation shutters. We are SO grateful! We have scheduled a monthly service with Rhino Maids and know it is going to be a great de-stresser for our family.

The scheduling process was a hassle but the maids showed up at the time and day I requested. They did a good job and even fixed my clogged sink. So I was very grateful for that. However I think in the 90 minute time slot they cannot truly do a deep clean the way you expect. I noticed other companies do a 3-5 hour deep clean and I think that would have been better for me. For reference they were doing a move out deep clean for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.

Outstanding Service from phone contacts to cleaning team. Cant say enough good things about them. Marta and Carla left not one thing for me to have to wipe over. Usually there is at least a few items left not quite as spotless as I like but not with these two. My husband and I were both astounded with the professionalism and exceptional service provided. You hardly ever come across it these day so when you do youre amazed. We decided to try them with a deep clean to see how they would do and are planning to use them on a regular basis and will definitely request Martha and Carla again.

Terrible because 2 times in a row they were a no call no show. Anyone who makes an appt for house cleaning knows that we typically prepare for the service before time and look forward to a clean house. Well I scheduled and confirmed an 8am appt. I got an email confirmation as well. At 9:30am when no one showed up I called the company and was asked it I would take a 2pm appt for cleaning since no one showed up again. I am disappointed and upset that I rearranged my day and evening to accommodate the cleaning and STILL NO CALL NO SHOW. I AM SO ANGRY that I spent my entire day waiting on two sets of folks to come. All those that are giving rave reviews, I guess its hit or miss with them. I finally called close to 3pm and was told that the ladies would be coming soon. Now I dont know if I should say... the hell with it or keep on waiting. With all the craziness in the world I simply wanted to do something nice for myself but was only disappointed today. Such is life.. 2 thumbs down!

I have been using Rhinos Maids for 5 years. My house is always clean when they are done. My only issue is sometimes they clean so well I cant find things. I refer my friends and family all the time.

This cleaning company has seen better days. Now they hire anyone without training and the service went downhill fast. The last 3 times they were in my house, there were broken vases, stains on carpet, smudges on walls and doors and permanent damage to our bathroom counters. They answered the first 2 calls we made and told us a manager was going to follow up. Then, they ghosted us - never heard back from them at all, with all damages still needing to be fixed. This is how you lose a 5 start rating customer, by simply not giving a damn about your customers....

The team was sent with a area rug vacuum not a real vacuum . My home is wall to wall carpet and since I am handicap I need a real vacuum done on my home.

First time using Rhinos Cleaning Services. Was very happy. Both ladies showed up and time and did a good job in the bathrooms and kitchen. Very happy with their work. I forgot I have to request floor cleaning separately, otherwise, very happy and will use them again.

I found their ad in “home concepts” magazine offering a deep clean special for $199 for 3 hours. This service was to include the windows inside as well as the appliances in and out.I called & spoke with Caroline who was very nice & took the time to talk to me. I booked the appt a month in advance. Days before my appt, I received a text saying the service would be here about 8am but then received a call asking if 9am - 9:15am arrival time was ok. I said yes since I needed the service done & couldn’t reach another company on such short notice.The 2 ladies showed up right at the door at 9:15am.I thought 1 girl would work upstairs while the other worked downstairs. That didn’t happen. They both cleaned each room together & did more talking than cleaning which went on for the entire 4hrs.I then received a call from Caroline saying the staff had contacted her saying they needed more time since my home hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. I was not only insulted since we don’t even use many rooms in our home but mad. Although our home hadn’t been professionally cleaned for a few months, my husband & I do clean it frequently. I had even told the staff not to bother with the laundry room or cleaning the inside of the fridge which were both part of the ‘deep’ clean service.Needless to say I will never use this company again or recommend them despite how nice Caroline was.

Rhino Maid came to do a deep clean for the first time yesterday. I had Alma & Ellie & they were very thorough since we had just had new floors put down throughout the house & everything was very dusty. They did the insides of the windows, all of the blinds, picture frames, floors, etc. They worked a solid 3 hrs. Will definitely be requesting them again on a monthly basis.

Been a customer since November of last year. Am more impressed each time. They are so thorough and fast. Am always amazed how quickly they get so much done and with special little touches around. The house smells & feels so clean. I highly recommend them.

I have them come once every three months to deep clean areas I dont have time/patience to do.The little details like special folds on towels, toilet paper and Kleenex makes it worth while. I was very happy with my deep cleaning. They were efficient and thorough. They also squeezed me in last minute, which was amazing.

My husband and I used this service because we received a flyer in the mail and it seemed like a good deal. The maids did a pretty good job cleaning the house but an even better job cleaning us out. They took items from in our home -keep in mind we were moved out and still working inside the home to make it ready for showing, so the items left behind were considered trash, so they said. They took our shower rods, our paper towel holder and rugs. All items that would be of no use to people who were moving in or still working on the home. A rug would serve no purpose after having the carpets cleaned, right? And who really needs a shower rod when they first move in? I certainly dont shower after a long, sweaty day of moving. Who else would? The paper towels and holder (and soap too) would not be necessary should someone need to wash their hands after painting. I do like my cats and lick myself clean. So those items must All be trash. I would say these people are great at cleaning your home- just watch out for how good. Leave nothing behind. We were present at the cleaning and somehow they still walked off with these items. Good news is they returned them when we called the office to fill them in how detailed their maid service really is.

Rhino maids is very good. They are always able to accommodate day of or if I need to switch my appointment. The ladies try very hard. I have a huge house and quite a few long hair pets so i know its harder then the average home. Sometimes things are left behind but they get every area of the home as clean as they can with the time I purchased. Any time theres been an issue the office has been prompt and responded to me. Would recommend trying them out Ive tried out many places and for the price these ladies are the best.

I emailed about 20 different cleaning companies before selecting Rhinos Maid Cleaning Services. They had the best pricing and were the most responsive. My husband and I work from home, so we were here the entire time our cleaners were working. They arrived on time, got right to work, were respectful, and very friendly. I checked around several things I expected to be missed after they were done, and I couldnt find anything. They actually went well above my expectations! Im happy I chose the right cleaning company!

They really did a very professional job cleaning one of our vacancies in preparation for new tenants to arrive. They were professional, self-directed, came with their own cleaning supplies and the office personnel were courteous and efficient in setting up the appointment and processing the payment, etc...The only downside was the price, although they are competitive with other companies offering similar services.I will definitely use Rhino’s Cleaning Services again in the future when the need arises. The service from Rhinos Maids was excellent! Amalia and Jessica showed up ready to clean and boy did they! My house is SPARKLING! The did everything from ceiling fans to baseboards. My shower doors were cleaned, inside of the windows done and my kitchen is spotless!! Request these two! Pricing was great too for a 3-4 hour deep clean.

Consistently great cleaning service! Weve been using them for a few years now and anytime we need to reschedule, switch schedules, or have an issue, they are so quick to work with us. Ive used other companies in the past and no one can even hold a candle to these guys. We used them for a deep clean prior to selling our former home (we sold it in 2 days), and weve used them bi-weekly since I started my new job 18 months ago. We did have to switch teams once, but it was easily done with a larger company like Rhinos Maid Service.I have always felt comfortable leaving to let them do their jobs. Unlike others Ive hired in the past, they work hard and use the time wisely. We just had a deep clean done for Winter and they knocked it out of the park. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Rhino Cleaning Service to do a deep clean after having some family stay with us. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were punctual which is very important to our family. They were extremely friendly and very thorough! Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!!

While the crews are very reliable they arent consistent in how they clean. Some crews do a good job while others just flat out miss some tasks. I feel like the service is overpriced and I dont mind paying more for a good job but its very far and few in between that I actually get a cleaning that Ive been satisfied with. Used them for roughly 2 months with cleanings every 2 weeks. So maybe 5 cleanings and 3 times I had to call the office back about something. I will say that when there was an issue the office did their best to give you a discount on the next service so they have that for them.Pic is right after they finished the downstairs and I swept. This was 2 visits in a row where I found that they were just wet wiping the dirt around my floors. They dont sweep before mopping and when they mop they dont do a great job as there are spots of dirt/juice still on the floors.

I have used Rhinos many times and they have always been great. I have 2 dogs that i enclose in our kitchen and never had any issues. I have been away during cleanings and just left payment and all has gone well. I have also given gift certificates to family for their services, which was a greatly appreciated Christmas gift😁.

I used them once and ever since they have auto charged me about $200 every month for the last 6 months. I had to call them every time they charged me for service they didn’t provide and ask for the refund. They said it was a mistake but I just found out they did it again. They have a serious problem with their system.

Terrible experience. Called for the special they were running on a vacant rental property I had. They said when a property is vacant it is a deep clean and it cost more. Then they called me while the people were there cleaning asking me to pay more because they didnt have enough time to clean the fridge? After I told them that I had already paid for the fridge and they were trying to get more money out of me they caved and finished the job. When I went there to check, there was still dust everywhere. I also had odor machines running which they unplugged and left unplugged when left (all night they remained off) thanks to this. Terrible company and experience.

This is a horrible company! We have used them for a few months now and they are constantly in a rush causing them to miss things and do a half ass job on everything else. If that isnt bad enough they have broken many of our decorations around the house. Out of all the times they have been out there have been more times they have broke stuff then not. They have broke antiques picture frames and other decorative items and there is no excuse for it. They are breaking things because they are rushing and not paying attention to what they are doing. When they break things the office calls to let you know what has happened and then they offer to pay for what they broke but they only offer you a few dollars which is ridiculous. Do not use this company there is much better out there for around the same price. This is a terrible company so avoid at all costs.
