Everything was great but they forgot to give me one of the air fresheners for my car but the guy though Started my car wash was very good and very detail I loved very convenience

They have the new ceramic seal coating option. I like instead of wax as I had my Ceramic polish professionally.Plenty of stalls to vacuum for Free your interior. Save your recipe they offer a 48 rewash if it rains. From basic Wash to the GO BIG wash they got you covered.

Another incompetently run business. Hire a 10 yr old to manage your business. At least the child will know how to tell time. Open until 8pm??? Evidently not!!!!

Great fast car wash. They usually have a person at the pay gate to help you with the process even though it is a pretty simple task. You can even get your carpet mats done if you ask.

Not impressed. I understand its a cheap car wash option, but the windows were left streaky, not all the soap was rinsed off (side mirrors were still covered in soap), and then the vacuums hardly had any suction. Many people were switching stalls to use a differentvacuum.

Go way to vaccum your car. Staff always nice. Lines can be a long so early morning spots are better.

Favorite car wash. They really made this a nice car wash. Only bad thing is one day the guy was doing the entrance and washing down the cars it made the line long

Came in from a roadtrip and the first wash didnt clean the bugs well enough but the employees let me go in again and made sure the bugs came off. Recommended

$7 standard. Great car wash, simple payment, quick and easy. lots of soap, a worker even scrubs the windshields at the beginning. Still a little wet at the end but they have great vacuums, air blowers and they even free microfiber towels to use. Would recommend!

Fast, cheap, and easy. Just the way I like it. The first vacuum I tried barely worked. I changed spots and the next worked like a charm.

Got the $20 wash and it was great, but I didnt get a cloth or an air freshner.

I took my brand new truck to get washed tonight at this car wash and when I went to dry and vacuum, there is a really deep scratch on my passenger door and fender. I wish I can upload a picture but its not giving me the option to do it.

Excellent service. At the end of the car wash I still had soap on my vehicle. The young gentleman that I spoke with had me run the car back through & he adjusted the car wash sections that werent working.

Reasonable prices, does a good job of cleaning car even on just the basic $7. Free vacuum and air hose to clean your air vents or other little spots.

The vacuums really suck good and the wash was colorful and smelled great. The attendant was very helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend

I pay for a monthly membership ND the last 2 months in a row Ive come twice a werk... they never have air freshners an the vacuums are always clogged.

It was great. But we paid for tire shine but when we pulled up to get vacuum we notice that there wasnt any tire shine on it . Other than that it was great the workers helped us a lot.

Ive had this subscription for some time, since it changed to GO Carwash there are never towels available anymore and today i had to wait for a vaccum also, i guess they are only running half of them to cut costs. I cancelled my subscription

Be careful with this place they will overcharge you for the monthly subscription and is a hassle to unsubscribe. They dont follow covid 19 guidelines and let customers walk around without mask and they have no social distance.. and they dont sanitized the equipment in between uses .

Everything there works. The employees are nice enough. Dont think I got any towels to actually dry off my car this time around. They might have changed a bit you used to get a towel.

The two guys working tonight are low IQ. I will never visit this place with these employees there. Not professional or polite. Im thoroughly disgusted by both of them.

Employees were not wearing face masks and the ones that were not wearing it properly. I saw at least two employees not wearing face masks, including the employee helping customers at the car wash selection kiosk. This is very unsafe as the employee is less than 6 ft apart from the customer.

I had to cancel my membership because they quality of service is poor and I had to wait 20 mi for them to open and it was passed 8

I used to like this car wash but don’t ever get a membership paying monthly from this company! I moved 4 months ago I have tried calling multiple times finally got a voicemail from them and said if I wanted to cancel my membership to email them all these little details which I did. A month later still no response two more payments got taken out still and I’ve been trying to call them ago and ago no answer or call back yet. This is very frustrating. $71.80 this Company has taken from me and I don’t even live there anymore and been trying to cancel with them!!

Been washing my car here for at least 7 months; good price, drive through with parking spaces afterwards to wipe down & vacuum car (free) on both sides of your car. Efficient process & clean establishment. Friendly workers too!

The vacuums have almost no power to them. I tried 3 different stalls and all barely took. I did the passenger side for about a total of 10 minutes and it practically looks the same. If anything it just pushed all the debris around. When I held it to my hand, it had some suction but it’s just not doing the job. 100% disappointed. Guess that’s why the vacuums are free.

Reasonably priced. Perfect spot for people like me who prefer to detail their own car. Basic wash is only $6 and does a pretty solid job compare to some other basic car washes. The staff move with a sense of urgency when you pull up even when there isnt a line.

Did not remove dry pollen during wash. The 16 year old made it appear that the bad wash was my fault. Light at exit and some jets do not work.

This place is GREAT. Being in Vegas with all the dirt and dust you can get your car cleaned every day!!!!

Love this car wash. Get ur receipts, if it rains the nxt day after ur wash u get a free one. also not sure if this is something all car washes have butttt this one has air blowing guns so u can blow the hidden dust and dirt 😍comes in handy!

That company was apparently purchased by Go. I had a monthly unlimited car wash membership with the old company at 43$. The new company hijacked my payment card info (without notice or consent) and started billing me 70$. The District Manager (Manny) has been unresponsive to my many phone calls.I am going to call my bank and have them dispute and never go back ever. fraud fraud fraud business

I had signed up for the monthly pass not knowing that they had switched owners but I used to go there when it was Upper Image. I only paid for 1 month but decided that I would rather go to a carwash that is touchfree. My Chime bankcard has the ability to be switched off which I do almost daily and EVERY day after GO carwash tried to take money from my account. I went in yesterday and told them I didn’t want to pay anymore and to stop trying to charge my card. There was already another customer in there obviously very upset about the same issue. They told me I would not be charged anymore but when I wake up today low and behold 29.99 GO carwash charge! I will take this company to court for fraud and report them to the BBB they are messing with peoples money .

Without my authorization the Credit card was put on auto payment. after three month the manger advised that they will not charge for the next 3 month. Go car wash again charged the credit card.Not recommended.Do NOT use credit card.

(This kid is great... should have Mannys job!)Bottom line... I should find out Monday if I will be receiving a full refund from February... or Im going to have to pursue legal action... which will definitely include Credit Card fraud.

Great car wash. I got my keys locked in my car on accident along with my phone, wallet, everything. One of the attendants let me use his cell to call for help. So thank you, really nice. I will get a lanyard to avoid locking my keys in the car. ☺ overall great, my car is clean, place is very affordable so I go often now. My car is always fresh now.

Driver side still wet at the end and the wash didnt remove all dirty. Decent vacuum and pressure air . Not bad for the price

Beware these greedy, money hungry people will still charge your card after you have filled out the online cancellation form. They never answer the phone. I had to call my card company to dispute the charge as fraud and get a new card sent out because THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON AND THESE MFS STILL CHARGE ME AFTER I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP!!!

Clean and friendly. Theyve got powerful vacuums and a little air jet thing to get water from the corners of your car. I have and will continue giving this place my business.
