The very best car wash that I have had. The interior gleams as though its new. Excellent service. The fellows work so hard and deserve the largest tip you can give.

Their online prices were much cheaper than when I actually got there! The “detailer” didn’t have the regular tools for cleaning so it to longer to finish. However when completed, I was good with the cleanliness of my vehicle.

The guy finishing the detail left alot to be desired i finished myself when I got home bugs on the windshield, doors. Etc... thought a $15 tip i gave him before he started he would have worked harder for what I paid I could have had someone come to the house that gives a sh..

I went there about 2 months ago. They did a pretty good job on washing my car, but I accidentally left my wallet in my car and the guy who was servicing my vehicle decided to take pictures of my debit card and ordered over $60 worth of pizza from a Pizza Hut. Even after I canceled that card and got my $ back, he’s still trying to use that card. He just tried 2 weeks to charge over $20 at a Panda Express

Took my truck here and purchased Package #4. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the quality of service a 10. I received exceptional service here and I have to say, these guys working at this location do an out of this world awesome job. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Very convenient. Service I received was done in a timely fashion and thorough. These guys are professional and do not cut corners. In my opinion this is among the best wash & detail establishments in the area for miles. I will definitely be returning for service in the near future. Tires were overlooked.

The staff was friendly but my car wasnt properly cleaned on the outside and the left the chemical liquid they use to clean the interior all over my center console.

I went to have my BMW cleaned. I pulled up and honestly it was like junkie central, or if I had pulled in to a jail. The first guy I pulled up to was detailing a car with his hat tilted on his head short, white guy and he told me that the price for a detail was 175.00... but if I waited until he got off, he could do it for 100.00 and it would take 2 to 3 hours. His side kick another white guy looking like shaggy keep telling thati needed to get the my car cleaned and something else incoherently. I inquired about a regular wash, he recommended the gold service based on what I was looking for, which was 30.00. I drove through the wash, which is one of those filthy mop things that hangs from some apparatus in the ceiling. I noticed that my driver side mirror was moved somehow during the wash. I hit the automatic button and it went back to its normal position. After pulling out, a guy used one dirty towel to get all of the remaining water off.Next I pulled in to a stall where another very nice and respectful guy was waiting to do the next part of the service. He opened the door, asked for the keys and off I went. Twenty minutes later I was approached by the same guy with the tattoo on his head saying that the car was done. Upon inspection I noticed the back seat wasnt done, I still had lots of dog hair there, the main reason for getting a wash. I pointed it out to him, he went back in, and basically left it in the same condition. After Shaggy saunters over telling him that he needed to work harder for those tips. Overall quality of work was less than desired. Lots of armor oil slopped everywhere, inside windshield wasnt touched, or rear view mirror wasnt touched, vents still had dust in them, door jambs werent touched. Dust still in the ash tray, dirt in places where just paying a little bit of attention to someone would notice. I understand its hot, they are all probably getting a second chance but for the paying customer, 30 dollars for a job half done because someone is lazy, or tired, or doesnt take pride in their work isnt cool. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Im glad that I tested them for 30.00 instead of paying for a full detail. If you cant get it right for 30.00 how could you expect 175.00? Meanwhile sitting inside the lobby, there was a lady who paid 85.00 for a detail, and the guy was done faster with her car. She was outraged, spoke to someone and he was told to pay better attention to the job. I wont be returning. I hope this helps someone else make a better decision.

Ive routinely brought my vehicle here for washes and have always been satisfied. Prices are reasonable, they have a frequent buyer punch card, and Ive even had a chip in my windshield fixed while I waited. A staff member took my insurance (who covers chips so it was free), called and worked everything out in no time. Not sure if they still do that service but it was very convenient.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. They don’t clean your car right and turn you away when you tell them about their shortfalls. My car ended up dirtier somehow. There’s a bunch of other car wash places on the same street, save yourself the time and money and go to the one across the street. It’s a few dollars more but worth it. Also a bunch of junkies work here and don’t know what they’re doing.

Paid $35.00 for a car wash. Half a## job. Took it back to show my concerns and all Jason did was make excuses. Hatch was not even opened on my SUV so it wasnt vacuumed, door jams not wiped down. The windshield was was poorly done. Even the interior was poorly vacuumed. Will not be back

Probably the best car wash going. Especially like their triple foam and undercarriage spray. You are getting rust inhibition under neath your car where it counts, plus beats all hand washes; gets places you cant get by hand washing.The full service wash with interior vacuuming and prepping are top notch.

Today was my first time visiting. This was the best interior cleaning on my car in years. They did a thorough job vacuuming and cleaning out the small parts in the front where crumbs and dust tend to build up. Ill definitely be returning!

I wanted a full detail but they missed a lot of spots. I could of done a better job myself. They need to take a little bit more time to make sure they do a full detail.

I went in this last Thursday and got my auto cleaned as usual. This place always does an amazing job hot or cold out they are reliable! I know I can expect nothing but the perfect cleaning each time!NOT to mention on my last visit, we all know they vacuum under the floor mats and voila I left $180 under the mat from the prior evening. HE came immediately and returned it to me before the car was even finished. I thought wow I will ALWAYS come here. Honesty is the best policy!!

They are quick, thorough, and they dont steal stuff out of my car. More reasonably priced than other car washes imo.

As places like this go...One of the better but inconsistent.Sometimes very good...Sometimes mediocre.Of the biggest issues...windows are often smeared and streaked, spots and streaks on the chassis and tire shine is on the light side all of which have to be touched up at home.Just what you want to do!Express wash with tire shine generally OK for what it is.

I usually go to Oasis car wash on Pecos but thought l would try Country Spa. I purchased the Platinum wash and it cost $35. The interior of the car was well done. When I got home and parked in the sunlight, the exterior wash was horrible. There was dirt left on my car roof and on my car bumper....and the sides of the car were streaky. I will stick with Oasis....and their top wash is only $25.....and your car sparkles.

The first time I came here I paid for the $200 inside outside detailing of the car I was not too impressed with this. I did go back about a year later just to have the outside of the car cleaned with one of their premium washes and I also got my headlights restored. On that particular visit they did a great job I would come back here again but I would focus on the services for just washing the car. Do not get the full deal

Thought Id give this place a shot today.. everything was great until I got home and realized the gate remote to my apartment was missing.. looked around thinking maybe they just moved it to clean that specific area.. alas no.. long gone.. Now heres hoping they didnt look over my auto papers in glove box to try and get access.

Good, dependable business to come get your car washed. I like to come through here for the express wash. I dont want to get out of the car because often my dog is with me. The service is friendly and efficient.

The owner was running the register (hes the guy wearing a cowboy hat, caterpillar eyebrows, and a thick accent) and was extremely rude to the elder gentleman in front of me, who was only asking a simple question. When it came time to make my purchase, the owner was extremely rude, and seemed to be trying to rush me out of the store! Terrible customer service, and I will never go back. Two stars, only because I was promptly greeted at the carwash by a FRIENDLY employee.

Wait is kinda of long plus dont really clean out car good but you get what you pay for. Not the worst but not best neither. Its ok for what it is.

If I could give a zero rating I would. My car was dirtier when I left then before I paid for my 30 dollar car wash. What a joke they used dirty rags and watered down armoral....looked like a child was let loose with a dirty rag in my car. Its obvious these employees are under the influence. Had my car detailed here for the first time today. The detailer was kind and courteous, explained the menu thoroughly, AND did a fantastic job on my vehicle which now looks brand new. I would highly recommend this service, and I will not hesitate to use them again in the very near future.

Ive been taking my mustang to this car wash for the past year now and had no complaints on their quality service. Their car wash uses cloth on their machines so the vehicle wont have any swirls or cracks plus the workers are very meticulous on hand drying the exterior and vacuuming the interior.

Spent 170 on a detail. The Interior looked amazing. But I had to take it back the next day to have the windows redone. Gabriel is the manager and made it right. Great customer service.

I have used the car wash for over a year and it is my go to neighborhood wash. I have one complaint. Lately they overlook the windshield and my back window which collects water under the light. My last visit the attendant wiping my car actually ignored my gestures to point out the still wet windshield and take the tip. Good help is hard to find I guess. (this is the second time it happened) Otherwise, stellar service and attention to details on entering. They need to work on the exiting service though.

Very convenient location. The workers really do an excellent job on your car. I go their ohhh 2xmonth to get my truck washed. They also have Smog Check & a full auto detail center as well.

Had my car washed here and wasnt done very good. When they dried the car there were still water streaks all over the car. (Not the ones you get from a little water dripping from crevaces in the mirror and going down the door.) wet towels dont dry very well.Also the knocked the trim off of the seat. Rather than inform me they just placed it on the floor behind the driver seat. They just lost my business.

5 stars for the car wash and if I could do zero for the actual store and its extraordinarily unprofessional, rude and curt employee I would. Theres no way in hell Id keep any employee that acts the way this guy does. Its wholly unacceptable to treat customers like theyre in the way or berate them for needing to use the restroom. Ill take my $35 car wash somewhere else. This has been the only place Id get my car washed since it opened and I drive halfway across town to do it. I will never come back.

Awful. I went to get a smog check and one of the car wash workers would not leave me alone until I got a car wash. He sat and waited very creepily until my smog check was complete. I’m 19 and had my little sister and felt very uncomfortable with the approach of the worker. As far as the car wash they did an awful job. Little to no dirt was scrubbed off my car. When it came down to drying off the car they left so many water marks. As I was leaving the creepy worker decided to yank my door open and tell me he could repair my windshield because it had “cracks”. This made me even more uncomfortable because he would not let go of the door. I don’t recommend this place, save your time and go to Terrible Herbst.

This was HANDS DOWN THE WORST CARWASH I have ever paid for. Do not go here. Poor service. I went in on a slow day, no need to rush, which is exactly what they did. I had to have them redo the windows and finally just gave up and left.

Hadnt had my car interior detailed in over 4 years of owning it (with a young child and dog in that time.) It was a mess. It came out better than I expected... looked brand new.

The place is really cool. Owner had and upbeat attitude, but there is something off with there gas. Topped off my truck earlier, drove to cheyenne and 215. For some reason this is happening to all my vehicles. Drove the speed limit but the gas just dropped from a full tank to half. I think Im going to stick to maverik and chevron gas. Its cheaper at maverik but seems to be doing well for my vehicles. Chevron is a little bit more but its also doing well for my vehicles.

Some days they clean better than others.....a drag bcuz i spend the same amount of money each time. But when they do it right its worth the $25 including tip

Tried to convince my wife that there was cracks in my brand new jeeps window and she had to buy their service. I cant believe my side of town allows you to continue to do business there. Go back to Boulder Highway where you belong.

Scam! First time here for car wash. The guy states there are tiny chips on windshield which I cant see. He claims will fix with no cost to me, but he need my insurance info. I decided to call my insurance and found out that is insurance scam where car wash will claims insurance company, max out deductibles and later increases insurance premiums. What a dishonest business practice!

This place is a joke it has a arab running the show he fired all the american employees and replaced with his people from pakistan . They dont pay the employees good and you know those poor guys work hard. i do not recommend anyone to go there

Paid $30 for the Gold package and a $10 tip before driving through, unbelievable how bad they did. Front windshield was still dirty, they didnt touch the bac window or the area below it. Dash was still dirty, I could go on and on. Wish I could post pictures here.

They chipped my paint and when I told them about it, they essentially said I was SOL. Damn shame, they seemed like nice people before this incident.

The last 2 times Ive had my car washed there it has looked good when I left the place only to discover the next time I got out of my car you could see all kinds of smudge marks all over the car from the guy randomly wiping the car down all over which I thought was to get ride of any water spots I watched him doing it I assume the towels they are using arent getting cleaned properly or getting mixed up with the ones they use for the armor all really disappointing to pay $26 for the silver wash only to have it look like that the next time I get out and look aat it
