Buyer beware.  This is NOT a higher-end alternative to other full-service bathroom renovation companies. We finally decided to renovate our master bathroom, and sat down for the Re-Bath presentation in November 2020.  It took a little over 2 hours, but we chose the materials, liked the design, tub-to-shower conversion, and the idea of seamless, groutless walls.  Of course, there was some significant sticker shock, but that is to be expected with a bathroom renovation.  Our installation was scheduled for 4 days at the beginning of February.Initial installation went fine, although it did take 6 very long, loud, dusty days to get the job done.  Then, we needed to wait another 10 days for the custom glass.  We knew this would be inconvenient, but manageable.  Things seemed to be moving along, so at the end of the 6-day installation, we decided to pay our total balance. Big mistake. The check was cashed.  During the time before receiving the glass, we started noticing small flaws in the shower wall material--like bubbles from where it was heated and bent.  We also started noticing that there was damage to the laminate floor panels--like some of the panels had been sliced when they were being unpacked.  When I contacted Re-Bath, they told me that the materials could be replaced.  They sent someone out and took pictures, and told us that the shower wall material was now on backorder, blamed COVID, and told us they would let us know when it came in.Fast forward to mid-March.  An installer brought the shower materials, but had been given the wrong measurements.  He didn’t have enough of the material to replace the damaged portion.  He also didn’t seem to know anything about the sliced floor panels, so he took more pictures. A month, totally wasted. And yes, the materials were on back-order again. Now to April.  In early April, the floor panels were replaced, but still no usable shower.  When I called, the second set of replacement materials had “just come in,” and they were installed in the middle of the month.  The installers forgot to seal some corners, but I knew they would be able to finish that up during the glass installation.  When the truck pulled up with the glass, we were so excited.  When they opened the back of the truck, there was clearly a problem.  The bottom of the glass had shattered in the truck on the drive over.  It’s a good thing we paid so much extra for the thicker, shatter-proof glass, right?  No communication, but I waited another week before checking to see if new glass was on its way.  I got a one-sentence reply saying that it had been ordered and they were waiting for delivery.Finally, in late April, the glass was installed. The seams were sealed. After 12 weeks with no master shower and headache after headache, we were finally done.Working with Re-Bath was a monumental mistake.  Communication and care throughout this experience was absolutely terrible. I believe the only reason this project ever got finished was because I continued to insist that they correct all of their mistakes.  But, we had already paid.  The check was cashed.  We feel like absolute suckers. This is what you get for $31,000--and we still have to re-paint! Plus, since we converted to a walk-in shower, the expensive upgraded shower head sprays out onto the floor, so our gorgeous new laminate gets splattered and wet every time we shower?  Just plain bad design.July Update: After my initial review, I was contacted by the corporate Re-Bath customer service, who assured me that the local branch would reach out within a week. I was given the direct phone number for a customer service rep to follow up.  I never got a call from the local branch, so I called the corporate number.  I never got a call back from either of them.  Im not sure what Im hoping for here, except to make sure other potential customers are aware of how expensive of a mistake this can be, with no care or customer support at the end. If and WHEN something goes really wrong with this bathroom, I guess well see what happens with our warranty ...

ReBath replaced my bath tub with a walk-in shower. They did it within two days. They were very careful to keep the dust off my furniture. They put down non slip floor coverings before they started to work. The installers arrived on time and did excellent work. I was very happy with the finished shower. The bathroom looks brand new. I would recommend them.

Rebath did a excellent job of communicating the remodeling process and timeline. The installer was professional, prompt and polite. I would highly recommend them for bathroom remodels.

Celene was great to work with. She showed up on time, spent a long time listening to our needs and together we were able to figure out what we really wanted. She worked very diligently to meet our budget. The crew was always there when they said they would be, were very efficient and very clean. Once the shower was done, and Celene came over to inspect, we showed her that there was a small leak coming through the bottom of the glass and they were out there immediately to fix it. We hope to enjoy our new shower for many years.

The installation team did wonderful work. The job was completed earlier than expected. And I love the final result. The products are beautiful. This is the second time I have used Re-Bath and I highly recommend them.

Love the product. I had my shower and counter tops redone. There were a couple of bumps in the road but they were all taken care of. The men that come to work, work hard. They are friendly and always asked me to look at the work they had done. I would use Re-Bath of Las Vegas again.

SO, your asking yourself, How can I re-fresh my much used, showing - its - age bathroom? To some, the most important space inside ones home? AND, dont wanna hire a contractor that could take FOREVER, getting it done? ReBath is the answer to the all important time factor, and quality workmanship! I can verify they are the folks you want to get your project done with!

The install went quicker than scheduled (which was great!) and the product looks fantastic! The price was fair and you cant beat a lifetime warranty. Were so glad we chose ReBath!
