Paid for remodeling of our master restroom in May. Work was to start in July. Called and told the work will start a week after the original start date as to “be able to finish the job without delays.” We were told 4 to 6 weeks to complete by a supervisor at our house at Hthe start of the job. That was late July. It’s September 15. In that time 10 days there was no one at our home working. And, on a couple occasions the workers left for a few hours to “fix” a issue on another job. Yes, 2 full weeks and NO communication or work. Not consecutively but total. We call and in maybe a day or two we get a call back. The quality of work is good but does not hardly make up for the frustrations that goes with doing business with this company. Absolutely horrible customer service! I don’t recommend. To the owner. What does “15 weeks in Loughlin” have to do with us? Finish our bathroom! Now it’s Friday September 17th @ 7:30AM and the plumber just left unable to install the hardware. See picture below. According to him the quarts on the front should not have been installed. Now another delay until that’s scheduled to be removed. Who are we, figure it out or do you have so many complaints you can’t keep them in order.

They just started last week and I’am very impressed by the the workers Jim and Jeremy.. The field supervisor Mathew is amazing as well… So are Ashley and Wes. Kudos to everybody. I know my kitchen remodel is in great hands I can’t wait to see it when it’s done….

Michelle was friendly. She came to our house to take measurements & photos of the kitchen. Visited the store to get ideas & see available products. Returned 2 weeks later to the store for design review. She was very thorough on explaining the design & company information.

We had our master bathroom remodeled and we love the results. All of the workers were very professional and great craftsmen. The company foreman kept us informed of the various projects and when they would be completed. We are very satisfied with our remodeled bathroom and would highly recommend Las Vegas Kitchens and Baths.

I asked Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath to remodel my kitchen and I couldnt be happier with the result. An expectedly difficult process was made easy. The salesperson was professional and listened to my needs, incorporating them into the design. The choices for cabinets, counters and backsplash were wonderful and they helped me with my selections. The price was fair, but the customer service and quality of the products are what really stood out. The workers were friendly and professional as well. The kitchen looks great! I could not give a higher recommendation.

The worst customer service on the planet. Do not waste your time with this company. The owner, Paul, is horrible. All they want to do is take your money and run. They could care less about anything other than how much money they will make off your project. Rude people. Treated my wife and I awful. Go anywhere but here if you want to be treated with respect. We ended up going with another Kitchen Remodel company and were SO happy. Run for the hills with this place.

They are professional, efficient, skilled workers with a magnificent work ethic. They are also perfectionist, which was appreciated immensely. The outcome is not just beautiful - it was done correctly. They cleaned up daily too. They have our highest recommendations.

The job took a little longer than we expected, it does look good, however we had ordered the Shaker style (and if you watch the flip programs on TV you know you get the shaker on doors and drawers) sadly we only got it on the doors of the cupboards and not on the drawers, so it does look a little incomplete. We were not told that the shaker pattern was only on the cupboard doors, so came as a complete surprise to us when we saw them, as we were not told that we would only get a partial pattern. If they had told us that the shaker was only on the doors we would not have gone with them.

Their supervisor, Wes, was always on top of the process, and had the appropriate tradesmen scheduled so that everything proceeded promptly. They earned gold stars for all aspects of our remodel. I would very, very highly recommend them for your project.

We are VERY pleased with our bathroom remodel. Mark made a fabulous first impression. He was a great listener and offered lots of ideas and options to meet our budget. Demolition and construction went smoothly and with great care. The entire team was fabulous and kind. Our project included removing an old window and replacing with something very custom. The exterior stucco work looks incredible. You would never guess that the wall and been altered. We will absolutely use this team for our guest bathroom remodel.

We had Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath come out to give us some design ideas and an estimate. Paul was great in giving us some new ideas we hadnt thought of. The estimate was very fair. Once the cabinets came in the work by his crews was fast, clean and very professional. We had our kitchen back without too much inconvenient.I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done!

The salesman Mark Albertsen was not high-pressure and helped us pick out the materials for our bathroom makeover. He even checked out the work when it was completed. The project coordinator Wes Clark was very quick to respond to questions. All of the tradesmen were perfectionists who can work on my house any time. They were also professional and very courteous. I wish I had more bathrooms for this company to work on.

Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath Remodeling did an outstanding job on our Master Bath Remodel. Each individual who worked on our bathroom project was respectful and hard working. The main contractor for our project was a kind gentleman by the name of Brandon. Brandon is a true professional. Brandon welcomed my input and was not intimidating to work with. In addition, the tile crew did some masterful work on our endless wall and floor tile. Lastly, Paul was very patient with me throughout the project as I had many questions and requests. Paul did a great job coordinating the crews that transformed our very dated bathroom into an absolute gorgeous retreat. Thank you!

From beginning to end this company, Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath, deserve 10 stars. The crew not only had professionalism but personality too. The clean up was great and the entire affair was above expectations. Would gladly recommend.

Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath Remodeling LLC, Henderson, NVWe contracted with Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath Remodeling LLC for a fairly small remodel project in March 2019. Work was eventually scheduled to begin on July 1, 2019. Demolition occurred on this date. Sinks, countertops, faucets and cabinets were removed from the master and guest bath. Built in cabinets in family room were removed. Eleven cabinets and 1 drawer unit had been received. Only 4 of the 12 items were correct.Replacement cabinets were received on August 17, Day 47 post demolition. Drawer fronts for family room built ins were still incorrect.Per our quote, the company would “supply and install new cabinets per homeowners approved plans and layout”. We were never given plans or layouts to approve. One consequence of this was that 42” cabinets were taken out of the master bath and replaced with 39” cabinets and 3” fillers. We lost 6” of storage space.The family room built ins were completed on September 5, Day 66.Bathrooms were functional on September 19, Day 80. We needed touch up paint for a chip in the bathroom drawer. This didn’t show up until 0ctober 4, Day 95.Communication was non-existent. We had to contact them for information. It seemed that they only provided service if we called.Bottom line, communication wasn’t there, we didn’t get exactly what we wanted and the time line was ridiculous.

We had a great experience! They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves before they left each day. And the time frame they gave was pretty much how the project flowed and the whole project was on time!

I have recently used Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath Remodeling to remodel my master bedroom and bathroom and theyre currently remodeling my living room as i type this review. Before I picked Las Vegas kitchen & Bath Remodeling i shopped around with four other companies. The reason I picking Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath remodeling was based off of price, experience and just over all feel for the owner/contractor. in my case Paul Corkin who is the owner came out on time and priced the job right in the middle of my overall budget which i thought was fare. All of his work turned out great and Paul makes sure that youre happy with the finished project. Paul will defiantly make it right if theres anything youre not happy with. Its very hard now days to find someone who takes pride and stands behind their company and Paul for sure does. Also Paul completed all of my remodel while i was working out of town and kept me in the loop with pics, text, emails and phone calls. When I got home there where a few minor adjustments i wanted made, Paul was out the next day to fix and make the adjustments. If you are in the market for a great company to remodel i would highly recommend Pauls company Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath remodeling.

Poor communication (not kept informed of days workers were coming--workers came early in the morning on my day off without advanced notice), many mistakes (ordered wrong products/not enough material), did not oversee the job properly and blamed his workers... a job that took almost 3 times as long as was estimated. Not recommended...Updated 7/29/20:After dealing with horrible contractors here in Florida, these guys are a dream. Dont hesitate to hire them. There are always hiccups, but I was happy in the end.

We hired this company to remodel one small bathroom in our house that took them WAY past the original time they quoted. They never called to let us know when they would show up for work. They never knew when or if someone was showing up at all because they never communicated with eachother as an organization.

Easy to work with. Quality work at a fair price.

They took 9 weeks to do a job that they sold to me would take 2 weeks . 9 weeks for a single bathroom. Pricing was middle of the road so they werent chosen because they were a bargain.....
