Our home had a water leak in August 29, 2020 (yes 2020!) that flooded every room in our one story home except one. Todd came out to give us our 1st quote for repairs. He was amazing, walked us through everything and explained in detail what they were going to do. We instantly felt at ease and knew we found the company we wanted to go with. Todd assured us we would be back in our home by Thanksgiving- and we were back in before Halloween! The crews didn’t leave the job until it was completed, and some asked if they could work on the weekends to get us in faster which we appreciated tremendously. Dennis was in constant contact with us through every phase and we never once were left wondering what was next. It’s been almost a year and we have not had one issue with any of the work that was done (cabinets, trim, drywall, paint & carpets all replaced). If anything needs to be done in our home Elite Brothers will be the first ones we call!
