Apparently they come in and do shotty work and then send you a bill and put a lien against your home.I was just going to make a phone call to them this Thursday and thank God, Channel 13 News showed a piece on them. How they go in and start work, stop and then put liens against a home for THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars. How shameful. Luckily after the piece was aired, Volker cancelled the 40+ liens they had against customersDisgusting behavior.
Horrible company, have a friend that has had there life ruined by this company. Lets boot this crook out of Nevada.
I dont know how BOLMER got all negative reviews deleted, let me repost mine here:They told me (uninsured) to get insurance for zero out-of-pocket repair solution and potentially a FREE bath renovation because they can put ANY date on the plumbers report. They overdo the removal/tearing down the property, promising the customer that the insurance would cover it - the more overstated, the more thorough the renovation could be done. If the insurance declines it (mostly likely), they charge 16 x times more than the actual cost (according to their former employees testimony interviewed by KNTV Channel 13 ) and bill all to the customer and file a lien under the property - they do not give a detailed invoice but directly a lien notice. They spent more time in litigation than the actual plumbing work - they filed around 100+ liens every year at the frequency of about every other business day (according to the public filed lien records) to rob home owners.
Stay away from them they will rob you and they will destroy your house.
