Wonderful experience!! Huge selection of flooring materials but selection made easy with the excellent help of Patricia Ronquilla. Also given a great reference for flooring installer. Couldnt be happier with the outcome. Plan to get my kitchen cabinets and countertop there as well.

Absolutely blown away with the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I paid for a carpet 4 WEEKS AGO, June 30th, that was picked up by my contractor because the orders matched. Thus the wrong carpet was installed at my house.Turns out the rep at ProSource named Rhiannon S. ordered the WRONG carpet to start with and I HAVENT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM HER OR ANYONE AT PROSOURCE ABOUT ANY OF THIS!!!! Unbelievable the rep is so tactless and unprofessional that she can‘t even CALL me (or answer my calls) to tell me personally what happened or what the resolution is going to be. (All she said is the right carpet’s been ordered and she’s trying to track down her manager to get more information??? Yeah right.) I only get a few text messages from her Konday, June 12th, 2 days after the wrong carpet install, and then she literally avoids my texts and phone calls thereafter. Attaching first and last text message from Rhiannon S. on June 12thLast time I called Rhiannon was about 10 days ago, and I’ve still been left hanging. She even ignored my contractor’s phone calls. He ended up jumping over her to talk to someone at ProSource who can actually help, at least so I heard.Then I have to hear 2nd hand from him that the new carpet will take about a week to get in and that PROSOURCE is seeking someone to install it????? It’s now 2.5 weeks later and not a word from ANYONE at the actual company I’ve already paid 3K to.Here I am without a carpet installed in my home, and it’s cost me money and time in my life. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RESPONSIBILITY owned by ProSource. I even still have the sample carpet swatch sitting in my house for proof. BLOWN AWAY by their unprofessional behavior. I’ve tried being patient and understanding that this sort of thing happens sometimes, but when the customer service is so lacking I have to speak up. I’m the client who deserves some respect in a professional transaction.

They loaded my customers order without any hassle. This cant be said for all warehouse places. Very organized good customer service

Although I didnt visit their location, I was referred to them through my contractor. I did work with Luis and he did an amazing job to help get the granite slabs my wife and I wanted. Highly recommend!

Overall pretty terrible experience. We were told they had the best prices that ended up not being the case. They will price match but so we ended up having to get refund on everything since they where over priced. We where told our order would be there on a certain day. None of it came in and it postponed our project an extra week. Their follow up was the absolute worst. I was told by three different people they would check on my order then call me back, no one did. Then not all of my order came in on the next date they gave me some of the order was wrong. And one item was even sent to a completely random location. It wasted our time our contractors time and was overall terrible. We will not use their them again for any other projects and will make sure we give warning to our friends and family looking for their next renovation needs.

Update: After posting my review, I now notice that the company has responded and offered to take care of the issue. As a result, I raised the rating by a few stars. At this point though, I have already purchased flooring from another company. That being said, its possible that the Prosource online quote request and email service has been non-functional for an extended amount of time.I had good luck with ProSource a few years ago, so I attempted to contact them for a new flooring project. Unlike my previous experience, youre now required to register prior to contacting them. I registered and was assigned an account manager as well as a supposed link to the store manager. Since the showroom is now apparently by appointment only, I sent a number of email inquires and quote requests through their website. With each request, I received an automated response stating that someone would get back to me shortly (which never occurred). After two weeks ProSource has repeatedly failed to respond, so Ive given up. Maybe this has something to do with the virus, but a simple email or call would not take much of their time.

Terrible, needed new cabinets and tile flooring for a 3k sq ft home. Called Sat when they open to come in and get this project started. Said sorry no appointment openings today. Try us next week.No worries, plenty of other companies that will be happy to help me.

I had a great experience! I flew in from out of town, so I did not have a lot of time. I brought a small color sample with me and knew my approximate budget. My Michael Palakovich took me around the showroom, and was able to quickly locate items that matched my criterion. I was in and out in an hour. He followed-up with samples to my address in Chicago. Everything worked out perfectly!

You cant come here without a professional so, do yourself a favor and make sure your contractor / interior designer has access with them. You do not want to go anywhere else. Their selection is unmatched and their customer service is top notch. Nick was a total pro and hooked us up with Luis to guide us along our journey. Luis is very knowledgeable on all their products and has the patience of a Saint. Hes a great listener and right about the time you finish your sentence describing what your looking for he magically makes it appear right in front of you. Absolute pleasure!!

Made an appointment with an account manager to look at hardwood and tile flooring. Patty listened to what we wanted and showed us a lot of options. She ordered samples for us to take home. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Let me say I have posted less than 5 reviews in my life, but this had to be one of them. I have not yet purchased a product from ProSource and already my expectations have been exceeded for customer service. I am replacing my kitchen sink and its been a headache trying to find a sink to match the appropriate size of my counter top. I had the privilege to be helped by Larry over the phone and let me tell you, he went above and beyond to assist me in my quest for my new sink. He gave me suggestions, educated me about sink sizes, did research to see what type of sink may fit my needs, and even sent links to my email about possibilities of different brand sinks. He did all of this knowing that I may not purchase from his company being that I needed a kitchen sink immediately and might not have time to wait and order one. Even still he went out of his way to assist me and I cant thank him enough. Even if I dont buy my kitchen sink with ProSource, I am doing many renovations to my home and they will certainly get my business from now on.

Efficient, good customer service

Stood in there for 30 mins looking at samples waiting to be helped, meanwhile there was a couple also looking around. They were politely asked if anyone had helped them, they responded no, 2 mins later someone was there to help. I not only must have been invincible but, not the prototypical customer. What a shame!!!

I spend 2hrs waiting for them to tell me the material wasnt reaady.

We bought 2 kitchens. 1 really expensive kitchen (50K) and a cheaper kitchen (6). Both were not good. The 6K one had problems. Pro Source said they would replace it but then they went back on that and changed their minds.They sent a few doors and some hinges and that was it. Cheap kitchens made of particle wood/MDF and some solid stuff, and the bit of solid wood there is thin like 1/8th of inch.The 50k is made out of ply wood, the bottoms of the cabinets show the unfinished ply. The hardware doesnt close all that well. There is exposed wood on the bottoms of cabinets. The doors feel like they are made out of Balsa wood (really light). The kitchen came in warped - getting that corrected took some time.We did about 60 k in business with pro source and its been disappointing. Dont be fooled by the beautiful displays and the prices.If I could do it all over again I would just go to Home Depot for their brand name product.If you go to pro source you might end up like me. In trouble. They let me down and cost me a fortune!The Yelp reviews for this company are worth looking at too.The 6k kitchen feels about the same quality as the 50k kitchen only the 50K one is made of sort of wood.Buyer beware. Email me if you want more detail about the PROsource in Las Vegas. I dont get it.
