We hired LIA Construction to do a total remodel of our kitchen. It included the demolition of the old cabinets, flooring and a wall. They installed new custom built cabinets, an island, quartz countertops. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the cooperative professional nature of the project personal and craftsmen. We highly recommend LIA Construction and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Remodeled our kitchen, including refacing cabinets, new back splash, new counter tops and sink. The results were better than we could have hoped for.Dror came out and gave us a quote, which was by far best price and gave us most confidence in doing a great job.Dror and his team team helped us throughout the process, with suggesting materials, where to look/select items, color schemes, and best practices.They kept in touch daily and met all their schedules. Wife and I couldnt be happier with the results and value for money!

Having remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, I can truthfully say working with Eric Mizrahi at LIA Construction has gone more smoothly and less painlessly than any of the other remodel project we have ever done in the past.  Eric has a great eye for detail and design and is quick to make suggestions that achieve a high-end effect by less expensive means.  He vets his staff carefully, and every single person he has used in our project or recommended for other issues that have cropped up has been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful.  Our living room stone project, in particular, morphed into a much larger project than originally planned with expensive exotic granite, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art.  Stonemaster Arbey was so meticulous and artistic about placing each part of each slab that it resulted in a true work of art that has exceeded our wildest expectations.  Eric stays on top of everything and is very accommodating, patient, and flexible as smaller related projects crop up along the process.   He also has all kinds of good resources for other needs like housecleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet makers, etc.  As relative newcomers to Las Vegas, Eric has saved us a lot of time and headache by pointing us in the direction of other service professionals who he has already vetted, and each person he has recommended has turned out to be a winner.   Eric is “good people,” and he uses only “good people” on his projects, and the end result of our project is a beautiful new home.   Thank you, Eric and LIA Construction for a job extremely well done.Mark Hashemi

Awesome work! Looking forward to our next project with LIA. Just a reminder for any project, drawings with numbers. Even though there were miscommunications, they went above and beyond what was required to please us.

We planned to remodel our master bathroom with LIA and upon signing our agreement and providing our $4K deposit, went to the office to start discussing plans. The woman we worked with, Amelia, sent us our first set of plans which we assumed would need some revision. We followed up and never received a reply. After a few attempts through email, we also called and the office numerous times - no one got back to us. After 5 weeks with no reply from anyone, we left a message asking to cancel our agreement, and it was at that time, that we finally received a call back. The owner, Dror, came out and apologized saying he never received our messages. He promised he would stay on top of the job first hand and asked for a second chance, which we agreed to. The week following, we started discussing plans again and within about 5 days of that, the same thing happened again. No calls were returned, no emails, no texts- nothing. We even had Drors cell number and he would not get back to us. After 4 weeks of attempting contact with ZERO replies, we informed the company we would be canceling the contract. We met with Dror, who acted smug and condescending, and he said that he would refund only $1,000 of the $4,000 we gave them. He even said that $2,500 went to pay the sales commission of the person who came out to initially meet with us.We have absolutely NOTHING to show for the money we gave them in good faith 5 months after we gave them the check. We have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional by a company. Now, we are left with no other option than to pursue legal action. We started looking into the company more since this has all happened and there are numerous complaints all over the internet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO INTEGRITY.

I had the pleasure to consult with Lias designer about my kitchens remodeling. Wasnt sure which design style Ive wanted or which colors to go with... Their designer helped me building a plan for my new kitchen, which I hope to carry out soon.

This company met our standards in all of the above categories. The quality of the materials for our bathroom remodel is excellent. We left the decision about which cabinets, fixtures etc. to use to the project manager Eric, subject to our approval. Everything is convenient, stylish and functional.Since we are not “do it yourselfers”, responsiveness and professionalism are top priorities in the choice of a contractor. Eric returned phone calls promptly and apprised us of any changes in schedule in a timely way. The various crews who completed the work were outstanding in their courtesy, friendliness and even went beyond the order to install an extra grab bar! They were careful and cleaned up after the work sessions.Our next project will be entrusted to LIA Construction!Jack and Marge Deppong
