I was looking for tile installation on two accent walls and a fireplace surround that I wanted to go to the top of my 20 ft ceiling. Definitely found the right company in A1 Design Stone and it’s owner Isaac. Everything was impeccably done and has completely transformed these rooms. Isaac and his workers were on time, hard working, and did such a fantastic job that I would highly recommend them for similar projects. Throughout the project they protected furniture and thoroughly cleaned when finished. I know Isaac does other things beyond tile and will certainly be using him in the future. I feel very lucky to have found a high quality and knowledgeable contractor like him.

About 15 years ago, I had a company to remodel my kitchen and bar. The did an excellent job and it was a very large job. Fast forward 15 years later after down sizing, I purchased a small town house and after living in the home for over two years, I really wanted to have a small job done. My neighbor was having lots of tile work done and when she praised the contractor highly, I asked if they did small jobs. She stated she would have the owner come over and he could review the job and let me know. A few days later, he came over and assured me the job was not too small and he would email me the proposal that afternoon. I was given his card and it looked familiar.Well after pulling the contract file for the large job 15 years ago, I realized it was the same company. I was thrilled and anxious to see if the quality of the workmanship was the same. After receiving the proposal, I asked him about one of his employees who have helped me with the large project years ago and he assured me she was great but no longer worked with his company after getting married. I tell you this because in Las Vegas, to have a company in business for this long and to find out that the quality of work is still far superior is amazing! On time, clean up after each days work, constant verbal or text communication daily, clean and professional!Even though it took only three days to complete the back splash and counter top, the same attention to quality and details was exceptional!I highly recommend A1 Design for any of the services they offer. Our project was constructing a shower in the space in our second floor bath that used to be a tub. We did demo ourselves, and Isaac and Louis along with another worker whose name I never caught came in to make the shower pan, put up backer board, pour the floor, and tile the entire thing.Pros: I went back and forth with Isaac over options as we demod for probably 4 months, and he was always prompt with a reply. We also didnt like any of the tile from his preferred vendor, and he was happy to give us square footage estimates so we could buy the tile ourselves. Isaac came by and checked almost every day of the work and answered any questions I had, and by the time they were done, they left zero mess in the house or outside.Cons: It might not be important to anyone who doesnt have to take time off work, but for those who do, it was just two guys doing the work, and it wasnt always planned out well, so it took 11 days to complete, some of them being just 2 hours of work in the morning that could have been done the day before and saved a trip out. The other worker managed to break a lamp and knock three pictures off the wall next to the stairs and never said a word, if I hadnt been there I suspect no one would have told me it happened. They threw out boxes from the tile as they used them, which was nice, but we ended up with multiple open partial boxes when they were done, thankfully Floor & Decor was willing to take back unboxed pieces.Overall, it looks amazing, and Isaac was always willing to make changes as we went when things didnt work out. I would definitely recommend them with the caveat of making sure you know how long they expect the project to take ahead of time!

A1 Design Stone came and remodeled my master bathroom. There wasnt much space to work with before and the area needed an update with the shower and floor. A1 Design came in and took care of everything. They were extremely responsible, clean, quick, respectful, and efficient. As you can see from the before and after photos, the area in my restroom is much more usable and appealing to the eyes.The stone work is beautiful and the shower is great! Love the colors, glass partition, and the bathroom floor tile looks great.I never had any issues with entrusting their team to have full reign of my house, even when I was away. Let me start by saying Isaac was the only person (out of several contractors) that actually showed interest and experience in handling my projects. While they were not the largest tasks he still showed the same amount of attention and care into them.I had both my master and guest bathrooms redone from their original builders quality from nearly 30 years ago. I had a lot of issues with them and they look good as new now thanks to him and his team. The level of attention and consideration for everything was top notch along with updates at every turn. The completion of the projects did not take long and didnt look as if they rushed a single portion.We had one problem during the installation (always expected with house work). Isaac has an army of go to professionals to help fix pretty much any problem at hand. Even weeks after the project was done, he was still a man of his word and made sure my problem was resolved. Issac and his guys did an amazing job in remodeling my master bathroom and shower. From the beginning Issac was there to help me with any questions I had and also steer me with advice, pertaining to the concept I had envisioned for our bathroom. The craftsmanship and attention to detail they showed was extraordinary. Issac and his crew did a shower remodel for our master bathroom. The attention to detail was excellent and A1 Design took the time to deliver a first rate product. Each tile was meticulously installed right down to the millimeter using a laser level. Surprisingly, the basket weave tile pattern on the drain was arranged to match the surrounding tile design. Wow! While only time will tell as to how long the shower will last, so far it looks great. Issac was very responsive and he takes great pride in his work.

Isaac’s company A-1 design removed my tub and Shower stall and replaced it with a walk-in Shower. He did an amazing job! Even better, he also started and finished the job ahead of schedule. I rate his work a 10 on a scale of 1-10 and I would definitely recommend him.I had several companies bid on this job, but Isaac provided the best design and at a fair price. He advised me through the selection of materials; after I had made initial selections of tile, he made a great suggestion for the shower pan tile, which I ultimately used. A1design stone has installed granite counter tops in two of my homes. I was so satisfied with their work several years ago that I contacted them again recently to install new counter tops in my current home. I could not be more satisfied ! Isaac just completed remodeling our Master Shower and tub, and it looks amazing. I wish I had more money to do the rest of the house. Issac did everything he said he would do plus more. He found water damage all throughout the shower, but made sure it was corrected and done right. All of his subcontractors were professional and also did a great job.

Needed to replace a large area of broken travertine tiles in a high rise condo. The broken tiles, underpayment and noise barrier materials was removed bucket by bucket. It was difficult working under the building management rules and finding the matching travertine stone. When all the hard work was finished the my new floor was perfect. I couldnt be more pleased. It match so well with the original stone you couldnt tell what was new and what was original.Additionally, A1Stone solved a problem I had with the dishwasher.The original tiles set in front of the dishwasher making it impossible to remove.Now the dishwasher is sitting on top of the new travertine floor. If the dishwasher needs service it can be removed with out ripping out the travertine floor or taking off the marbel counter top.This company knows how important it is to get the small details right. Being fussy about the their work is why my new floor look as great as it does. Thanks again for all your help. I now love my condo.
