Came in as a walk in because Ive heard good things about this place .No one acknowledged me when I first walked in .After waiting 3 hours with no update on when anyone can cut my hair I just decided to leave .I even watched one of the barbers not do anything for 45 minutes but eat grapes until his next head came in.Just unprofessionally first and last time .

The worst barbershop to even consider going to, if your not of a darker complexion. I walked in and wasn’t even looked at. I proceeded to ask the 1st barber who actual turned around when I asked what the wait time is. The answer I was given was. When you see all these people leave then you go “in a joking manner” mind you I was just walking in without an apt, that said most usual customers have a preferred barber to wait on, so my next question was”is everyone waiting as a walk in or for a specific barber,because I don’t mind who cuts my hair seeing as it was my 1st time there. the reply I received es well I don’t know what to tell you because as you can see I don’t know who’s going to cut YOUR (with an effusive on the your) hair... the most disrespectful encounter with a barber I’ve had.

Professional and friendly barbers who give great customer service. You can take your kids to this barber shop and never have to worry. Marcos or Snipes or any of the other great barbers will take good care of you and your hair.I have used them for over 2 years and highly recommend Masterpiece Barber Shop!
