Waited on site for an hour waiting for online check ins to glide in ahead of me. Not a very efficient process and is always a long wait but decent haircut. Seems everything is a long wait in vegas now just the way it is.

Good customer service but really bad quality haircuts I ask for a simple skin fade and a lil trim off top I had an African American lady cut my hair couple things wrong let’s start with she was very aggressive and picked me a couple times, she did not take her time I normally have around 15 min hair cuts but she took 8 and it came out horrible no where near what I asked for, she didn’t ask if I wanted her to fix anything she just started chopping my hair shorter and shorter, lastly she didn’t bother making she my cap was on and she damn near strangled me with the paper around the neck WORST HAIR CUT EVER I WILL NEVER RETURN DO A FREAT CLIPS EVER

Ask for Kayla she did me up good. Products are a little on the high side but the MVP is the best. Ask for the tea tree shampoo. They also have military and veteran discounts.

COVID-19 update 2. Previously they would not allow my kids to stay with me. This visit my son and I both got haircuts and I was allowed to socially distance but still stay nearby to keep an eye on him. I appreciate them allowing us both to stay inside (rather than forcing him to wait outside while waiting for me). Service was great. Very clean.

Did not have a great experience. My 8 year old son was almost refused service. Staff was trying to take my sons temperature in order to comply with their company Covid policy. The sales associate kept trying to tell me that my son had a fever of 105 and that we would not be allowed in the store. I explained that if that was indeed the case he would be in a coma not jumping around. I suggested that she try to get a reading inside the front area of the store and not in direct sunlight on the asphalt. After some back and forth she agreed and miraculously my sons fever was gone! If you are going to implement a thermal scan you should really train your staff in how to use properly. Really felt uncomfortable dealing with them. I paid $17 for a kids haircut. Really should have went to great clips better pricing and service.

Gigi was amaze. I would travel all the way across the city to get my hair cut by Gigi again, no doubt.

Staff was really nice, establishment clean...they did a great job on the boys (teenagers) haircuts!!

You must download the app or make an appointment online. I tried to do both to no avail and they will NOT take you if you try to walk in. If youre going to be by appointment only, you should make it easier to make the appointment.

Came in around 5pm on 5/18/20. I had about 3” of hair on top of my head and asked the lady to trim the sides and leave the length on top. I left with a max of 1” of hair on some areas of my head and the right side of my head she chopped down to 1 centimeter. I’m 25 and I look like I’m balding down the right side of my head. Lol this really sucks... looks like we’re staying inside and wearing hats for the next month... thx lady...

Dont use. They cannot manage appointments & bump you for children. This is a recurring problem.

This is the only place I will get my hair cut. I use Kayla or Becca when I come here. They both do a great job, and are very professional. I have used other sports clips and have been less than impressed. This one is always clean, and well staffed. Great management.

I had a very good experience there. Friendly, professional, happy with my cut, relatively fast without compromising, reasonable price. I think they found the right balance. The company takes good care of their employees and it shows in their work.

After 3 visits (2 regular cuts, 1 free neck trim - each a different stylist) I am actually impressed with the girls that work here. Everyone has been very courteous. The atmosphere is always light. And they provide me a haircut which I am more than happy with (actually listening to how Id like it cut, which many places dont). If youre looking for a quick, proper, affordable cut, in a relaxed environment, this is one great spot for that! :)

The final results of my haircut were what I expected and I am glad it turned out well but the service I was given was terrible. The staff member that cut my hair was very aggressive with her tools and seemed to work at a pace that I have never seen before. I did not come in the store last second for the purpose to avoid lazy or quick work done by a staff member but I was wrong. I decided to purchase the Double MVP and was given a low effort massage on my face and a very quick scrub and rinse of my hair. Overall I am glad with my haircut but very disappointed in the location that I go to often. (Every 2 months)

Tiffany the Manager is fantastic, not only does she give a great haircut but she will remember you and also can think with how your hair is and what would make it look the best. I always get great compliments after I get a haircut from here. I though that since this was geared towards men it might not be as professional but my 4 haircuts from here so far are nothing less than impressive. Just go there! You will not be disappointed.

2 stars is probably too generous. Ive had my hair cut here half a dozen times now and only one lady did an even remotely acceptable job, the others left me with cuts I could have done myself. On top of that the wait times are always really long even when theyre not busy and the staff pushes their overpriced hair care products nonstop even if you say you arent interested.

Glad my husband doesnt go there anymore. The manager didnt listen to my husband because she was talking and flirting too much while cutting his hair. She cut it too short. It was at the blue diamond location. Most of the women there are too flirtatious and no respect.

My son gets his hair done by Paige. She has a way with kids and makes them feel soo comfortable. Also i have noticed that she always has multiple request which is a compliment in itself for any hairdresser. On top of giving great haircuts she is beautiful and has a great personality. I would HIGHLY recommend going to the blue diamond location and requesting Paige.

This place is the best. You can get a haircut anywhere, but you want it done by competent and HOT women? This is where you go. Melissa, the manager, has made this store one of the best in the valley. Even if she is a steagles fan. 😉 Seriously, this place us tops and this team of stylists are elite.

Today was my first trip to any sport clips, and Im glad I went to this one. Becca cut my hair and did a wonderful job, then trimmed my beard. Then I got the hot towel treatment and a shampoo and I feel like a new man! I will definitely be coming back.

Pro Tip: unless you already have a good hairdresser at this location, Id do somewhere else.As a new customer, youll get assigned to the next available, and not everyone here has the same skillet. Since the good ones are requested, theres even better odds youll get the one thats going to mess your hair up.Edited on 10/02/2019:My hair was cut by Heidi who struggled doing a fade and instead gave me a taper, then used thinning shears all over the top of my head. Its taken me months for my hair to get back to normal.The owner Lani Harrell reached out to me, offered to make this right by refunding my original cut and then having another stylist fix my the mess that Heidi did. I gave her my info on June 24, 2019 and never heard from her again.A place like this is only as good as its least experienced stylist. Avoid this place if youve got curly hair, and dont expect any resolution if you have any issues.My issue was finally fixed by Sin City Cutz 2 on Maryland Parkway and theyve done an amazing job getting my hair looking great again.

Typically this is a great place to get your hair cut and relax a little. I usually have a great experience, but during my last visit it didnt work out quite that way. The woman who cut my hair left it uneven. I think this the same one that was really rough a time before. I intend to keep going, but now I will ask for a different stylist.

I’ve been going here and one of the female stylists completely ignored me to the point that I had to walk out! I waited 40 minutes and she pretended to be busy. Then she started cleaning and completely avoided me. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Wouldn’t recommend going there for anyone. Felt disrespected and insulted.

My first time here I went to Melissa because of the great reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Very friendly and she knows what shes doing. She also told me shes doing a toy drive to donate to a childrens hospital. Awesome! Ill be going here from now on.

I went to different around many states in all the attention was so great but in this one i dont like, I request the MVP but I didnt get a massage in the face. I was disappointed. But after that the service is ok.

I had a good experience here. I had a great barber, cut my hair the exact way I wanted. Great conversation. And I like having the big TVs to watch sports so youre not just staring into a mirror the whole time.

Your gonna spend between 20 to 35 $ for the cut plus 10 to 15 for a tip when i go. I have been here numerous times and never really minded the prices because they do a good job Especially GIGI (best stylist there she should be manager) well today i check in at 9am and select my stylist....the wait time was 1 hour 10 mins.....Cool ran home fed the kids and wife come back with 10 min to spare and im right at the top of list waiting to go next.....my stylist comes over, selects another gentleman and adds 1 hr to my time .Bottom line ...you lost me and my 15 $ tips.off to Great Clips where its cheaper and they appreciate there customers and understand Simple Principle.

Friendly staff, good cuts, and that MVP experience is always a winner. Good location thats usually not terribly busy when going in after a standard work day.

Paige is the best. Now inknow everyone says that so and is the best, but Paige truly does an AMAZING job. I followed her here and will follow again should she leave.ive ran a business (large dealership) and she is one of the people that need to be on the top of the chain so she can train employees to operate as she does. Put her up there and your company will immediately see mass improvement in conquest, repeat, referral sales. Paige keep doing what you do, youre great at it!
