Professional, thorough, and reasonable. Hadnt cut my hair in a year, Bryd HOOKED IT UP! Called last minute, and got an early appt. The shop is CLEAN, music is on point, and cost is about what I expected. It was nice to safely, and quickly get my hair cut, and chop it up with good people. Wore a mask, and sanitized EVERYTHING, as well as after all said and done. CAN NOT go wrong with Iced Out! Appreciate you Byrd man!!

My wife went in to get a undercut design but was laughed at and skipped over when she told the barber what she wanted. This is a poor excuse of a business.

The best barber shop in Las Vegas! This is Floyd Mayweathers shop with two locations - very clean and prompt service. I’ve been coming here for a few months and have been to both locations off Durango and MLK. Ask for my man Leo for the best fade in the city! Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment so you don’t have to wait for a chair to open - they are a hot commodity!

During COVID19 they are only doing Appointments only. They are requesting you wait in your vehicle if you can while waiting. There are only 3 chairs in the waiting area. I watched the barber wash his hands & request that the client use hand sanitizer. After the haircut I watched him spray and wipe his chair down before the next client. He sanitized his barber tools and washed his hands again. The proficiency and sense of urgency and cleanliness and attention to detail was incredible and pretty dope and as a client I appreciated that. My hair cut was A1! It’s been the best cut and barbershop experience I’ve had in a long time. The precision of my cut was perfect. The hot rag- massage on my face before the razor was the best part of it. I highly recommend this establishment.

Brother Keith at the S.Durango location was Professional and on point with taking care of business. Ill return and send referrals especially if they need a good beard connect. Many Barber shops claim to do beards,but fall short after the cut is completed. Ive been in Vegas 22 years and always had trouble finding a reliable barbershop that cut beards well. Now this issue has been resolved. Thanks to Kool Keith.

They deserve ZERO stars. These people are rude, and do not greet new customers. We came in from out of town, and waited over 45 minutes with my husband for a cut. Finally got to be about 15 minutes before closing time and my husband asked when he could get in and they all said they were done for the day. They continued looking at us and not saying anything so they were just gonna let us sit there until they closed and ask us to leave. They asked another barber at the back of the shop to cut his hair and he agreed to, thankfully. But WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. They need some serious customer service training.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and getting a cut from the manager Jamal Williams. If you want consistency I highly recommend this shop/barber Ive tried different barbers in this city and they have no consistency.

I just moved to Vegas, needed to get myself together and dont like meeting new barbers... They seemed cool, got me right in a chair and Dre blessed me with that🔥cut!

My husband and I took our 3boys to get hair cuts here including my husband himself. We had never been here so when we walked in the workers just stared at us and weren’t welcoming. Also it took 50min to cut my 7yr old sons hair, which he started to cry at the end cause he was emotionally spent of sitting so long. The guy stepped back and was irritated. I went up to explain that he has special needs but this cut has taken way to long. I persuaded my 7yr to sit another 5min. My husband and other boys were done before him! They made no apologies, we all felt out of place and unwelcome here. We will never be back here nor recommend this barber.

Abosulte hack job on my beard. Cut the chin and left the cheeks. Had to go buy a kit and fix it myself. The worst cut I’ve ever had and it cost me $40. Will never go back. I have no barber training and I could cut my own hair better blindfolded.

Called to make an appointment, they said there was no point cause its completely empty got there and waited an hour and a half while people came in and went ahead of me before having to leave. They dont have any sense of customer service or concerns for other peoples time.

This place needed a receptionist I guess if you don’t know a barber you can’t get a cut . It seem like wAlk ins are not welcome I asked for a barber that cut me 1 time previously and was told he’ll be gone for 2 week . Ok bro hook me up with someone else he didn’t even offer a solution terrible customer service it was money on the phone bro I guess u don’t need it . I will never ever ever again try this shop

ZERO STARS!!!! Their customer service is none existent. Im a 3 strikes guy, and so I subsequently went 3 different times over the course of when they first opened until now and I must say, each time after waiting for more than 2 hours without someone saying as much as hello before leaving and just shaving all my hair off at home I will never, ever go there again. It is a joke at a minimum.

Save your money, unless u have a barber there good luck. Came in with 3 heads to get cut. On the first cut the barber missed a spot we pointed out after that he packed up and left? Another guy had a appointment walk in then leave and not return before we finally left still without a cut.
