I was just mortified when I seen the kid in front of my son getting his hair chopped to piece. No good. Needless to say we literally just walked out!If you are working on kids hair have the knowledge behind it.Lmao, what feels off base. That I physically watched with my eyes what was happening. You cant just pull out a eraser and fix gouges that was taken out of the poor boys hair. Facts are facts. Regardless of how you feel Im informing the public that what I seen wasnt substantial for a first hair cut. Dont get mad over constructive criticism. Step the hair cutting game up or find a new profession.

We came in at 4, our wait time was short and same day appointment which we were very thankful for. Both employees were very nice. We asked for a longer cut, and his hair is much shorter than what we asked for. My son was a challenge in the first half, but his hair looks absolutely terrible. She did not put a cover on him and he was covered in hair ( he had A LOT ). Our first cookie cutters experience was good at the other location, but will not return to this one.

I did the baby’s 1st haircut package. Not only was the stylist quick and did an amazing job, to my surprise I got the cutest certificate with a keepsake of hair. It was so cute and included my son’s picture. I seriously love how well his hair is blended and cut. She faded the sides to match his fine long hairs on top and it was perfect.

Ive taken my son here about 4 times. Weve had great experiences each time. The last time, my 2 year old had a total melt down before the haircut started. Jennifer and Michelle were so calm and sweet. We went on with the haircut, It was the best it could had been because he was crying and wanted to leave. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Im terrible remembering names, but the two ladies there on Monday April 26th were fantastic! We were able to book quick appointments and walk right in at our time. The lady who cut my sons hair in particular was exceptional as it is rather difficult to keep him still. She was patient and did a fine job.The atmosphere was also very fun and creative. Kept the kids interested the whole time and has them already wanting to go back. Will certainly return again.

The receptionist gave me an attitude and a very rude response when I called on my way to our appointment to let them know that I will be 7 minutes late. She told me that they will not accommodate us and take my child because they will take the next appointment.Okay, you cut babies hair! Does this mean that you rush your haircuts for kids so you can take more clients to the extinct that 7 minutes makes I huge deal!Parents, take your kids to a better place that understands that life happens and especially with kids families might need this extra little time to be there!

Wonderful experience for my daughters first haircut with Jennifer. I was a bit nervous bringing my 16month old out but I read such great things about them being safe and they were! We were the only ones there. Everything was clean and we felt safe. Jennifer was soft spoken and very friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future!

We went here to get three haircuts for our three kids, I have one child who has extremely bashful and timid especially when it comes to haircuts.... Brandy was incredibly impatient and even a little aggressive verbally towards him, it kind of ticked me off... she did get the haircuts done extremely quickly and at first glance it looked like a good job, then when we got home we could see the uneven lines choppy haircuts and missing cuts of hair everywhere..... no need for us to ever come back here, the prices were not horrible, the haircuts were horrible... did not care for brandys impatient rude demeanor towards my kids

My son does not like having his hair cut and it took his father and I to both hold him down and in place while he cried bloody murder. This amazing women cutting his hair switched out her blades like a ninja 🥷 and honestly was so fast and precise, I have no idea how she did it. Like talk about God sent! He looks amazing! I don’t know how she did it, but she’s a beast and we will be back to her forever!!!!!

My son had his haircut by Michelle, my son’s hair grows kinda funky because he is mixed race. So, of course I was nervous. She did an amazing job! His curly hair was great for our holiday pictures. My so who normally doesn’t like to get his hair cut said he was happy that she’d be doing his hair from now on.

Cookie Cutters is great. The stylists always great us in a friendly way. They ask how I want my kids’ hair done, do it, and then ask both me and my children how we like the cut. The kids look forward to the fun vehicle seats, watching a favorite show, and then getting a balloon. They miss the playground though (closed since Covid hit). Thank You!

Nice place for a kids haircut. Little play set when you walk in along with a table that has coloring books. Each station has its own tv for the kids to either play video games or watch there favorite show on Netflix. Friendly staff does a great job on the haircut. Would recommend this place. Was a walk in and had a 30 second wait on a Friday afternoon, cant beat that!

We took our two boys to get their first haircut (in December 2019). The hairstylists did wonderfully! Our boys were almost 2 and 4, and they were very comfortable. They played in the play area before their haircuts.They have a great first haircut package. That includes a haircut, a certificate with their photo, and a lock of hair. They even made two for us to share it with the boys mom.

It was my sons first ever haircut at 11 months old, while we were waiting we saw such professionalism with the kids already getting their haircut. Crying kids were treated with love and speed. They all did an amazing job with the haircuts. My son was no different we fussed, cried, smiled, she was so great with him. Very patient and kind. His hair looks great just in time for his first birthday. He got his certificate, for his first ever haircut, we got the first haircut package. As a brand new mom I definitely will be back.

Very terrible experience. It took forever for this lady to do my kids’ hair. My daughter asked for bangs and they left them absolutely botched...our regular place didn’t have any openings so we SETTLED for Cookie Cutters based on their reviews NEVER AGAIN. My daughters stylists at her regular spot Sharkey’s fixed up her bangs and honestly wished that he could talk to her himself because he could just not understand the who, what, when, where, or why of her decision making and how this lady even had her license to cut hair. If I could give this spot a 0-star rating I would. I paid an arm and a leg for something my own 8 year old daughter could have done by herself at home. If you guys really need a good spot, with quality service and top stylists who actually care go to Sharkey’s. 🙏🏼

We just moved here and we were looking for a place for my husband and son to get a clean cut. We could have not have been more pleased with our experience at Rhodes Ranch location. We love that it’s so close to our neighborhood and filled with talented and friendly people. I scheduled 2 hair appts for my boys with Ms Laura. We arrived on-time and she is ready for us rightaway. Super clean store and not accepting walk-in, we feel safe with their new procedure. Ms Laura is super patience with the boys hair cuts and took her time to make sure they feel comfortable with the buzzer and get them settle with their TV show of choice. Liz is amazing! This was my 2nd attempt in getting my son’s haircut. The first place did less than a fourth of his head before giving up. Liz was able to do his whole head in 15 mins and it looks great. I definitely will be back to see her again.

My sons appointment was quick, almost seemed rushed. The top was cut way too short. Didn’t feel welcome when I entered establishment.

My 2 year been here 3 times. I love the fact it’s convenient to schedule an appointment online through google without calling and select a time. We have been with Jennifer my sons 2 year old hair stylist and she does exactly what I’m looking for. Jennifer is great with scissors (haven’t yet used the buzzer so not sure how she does with that) on my 2 year old and he sits in the chair without any issue with her. Laura is amazing ! I went in and my baby is only 9 months she had patience for him and did an amazing job working with him while he was moving. It was our first time giving him a hair cut and she definitely did a good job !

Brandi is amazing! She sees both my boys- has a ton of patience (theyre both toddlers) and they always come out looking great! They even usually get a lollipop and balloon... total win!Great place with fun vehicle chairs for the kiddos and individual little TVs.They also have a little playground to keep your little ones busy if they have to wait.

Weve taken our kids here every time for haircuts because they are really good with the kids and they do a great job.

I didn’t have an appointment but Jennifer was available. She handled my son with supreme class. He hates the clippers but she was able to quickly cut the sides and then use the scissors for the top. I like the reaction my wife has when she sees my son after his haircut. She states he looks so handsome and older. Thanks Jennifer for the nice haircut for my son.

My son is 2 and I wouldn’t dream of bringing him anywhere else. We’ve had Michelle cut his hair twice and she is the sweetest. The place is clean, well decorated, and fully stacked with cartoons and lollipops. It was the first time out of so many haircuts that he didn’t cry!

Great place I loved it. Customer service not good at all. Since it is only for kids I could hope for a welcoming smile and a little bit of smiling to kids just to create a good bonding experience. No, ladies look like theyre mad and act like robots. Did not like the hair cut at all. The two kids that had a hair cut before my son received a baloon and candy and my 2 year old didnt receive not even a smile. If I ever go back probably just to give the customer service a second change, because the place its great and looks fun, I would like to expect more professional people that enjoy working with kids.

Brought my daughter here for her first haircut, and it was amazing. Lisa was her stylist, and she was so great! My daughter was not happy to start her first haircut too say the least, but everyone was so friendly they waited while she calmed down and let us stand with her and brush her hair and relax her. Unfortunately this place have awesome reviews on google, however, when I took my child there in the beginning of this week for her first experience in a hair salon, she was poorly treated by the lady who was working there at that day.The lady was not friendly at ALL. She was not even friendly to me. She acted like she was doing us a unpleasant favor. She was extremely rude to me and my child.What an awful experience.

Took my daughter for a haircut this morning, its a cute little place. Lisa did a great job with my daughter, she was very kind & doubled checked with me before the initial cut, I really appreciated that. I love how they have a play area for the kids, my only complaint is that it was full of hair. My son went inside & came out covered of hair 😞. I understand its a salon, but a little cleaning before the day ends would go a long way. Other than that, a great place to get a quick kids cut.

A total success for my sons first haircut! As he got his hair done, my 5 year old daughter got her hair trimmed as well. Both of them loved the different chairs (cars and planes) and loved the little playground while they waited. We will definitely be coming back!

Horrible place dont go!! Took my son for his first hair cut! Completely shaved it with no regard or care. Side burns were uneven and hair was shaved so bad he had bald spots and they blamed it because my son was moving but come on the lady had the vibe of who cares how its done. Please parents dont come here!I was so upset I left crying... I should have asked for a refund honestly I was just done and all I can hope for is the money they got from me helped them buy food that would give them food poisoning.

We have never had a bad experience at Cookie Cutters. The stylists are friendly, pleasant and helpful. More than that they listen to what I want for my son’s hair. All of the stylists are really patient with and nice to my boys. Great place for kids cuts.

I should have written a review a long time ago but I have to say this place is awesome to bring your kids to get there hair cut. I took my son to a Fantastic Sams and wasnt impressed. The stylist new it was my sons 1st hair cut and didnt make it at all special for him. But thankfully I took him here a month later. Bring your kids if you want them to have a good time while getting trimmed! Im about to take my other son to get his 1st hair cut here soon.

My kids absolutely love getting their hair cut because of Cookie Cutters. The stylists are very patient, good with children and are amazing at getting my 2 year old to sit still. They have very cute cars and planes for the kids to sit in and a large variety of kid favorite shows to watch while their hair is cut. LOVE this location! Jennifer cuts my 18 month olds hair who absolutely HATES getting his haircut and moves like a tornado... but somehow she manages to always have him leaving stylin’ and smilin’!Amy cuts my 6 year old sons hair and not only is she fast but gives him an excellent cut! My son leaves feeling handsome and really likes her! She knows how to make him feel super comfortable while he’s sitting.You can tell that both of these stylists love what they do!! So, my recommendation is to ask for these particular stylists if you have the temperament my boys have.
