Got my haircut here while I came out for my wedding from NY. Took over an hour but well worth it. They take their time to make sure you get the hair cut you ask for and want. Next time I’m out there, hopefully soon, I’ll go back for sure.

Been going here off and on since I was 15 ( 6 years) NOBODY in the valley cuts & lines me up like GQ. Make me feel like I belong on the cover of GQ magazine. Most barbers who cut good dont do crisp line ups, most barbers also tell me IvE nEveR cUt hAiR liKe yOurS beForE, sO maNy diReCtioNs and mess me up. If you want a good quality hair cut come to GQ, not Susan down the street or your homie in the neighborhood, GQ! Plan to bring my son here soon get this baby lined up! OG Mr.brown, C, & BigMomma ( mr.brown & big momma is not their name, just nicknames I came up with) have been there forever! They rotate some of the other barbers but the newbies are handy with the clippers too. 10/10, 100/100 would recommend

I always forget to ask the ladys name who has the chair upfront but she is very nice always greets everyone. My son has seen at least 3 different barbers there and is cut is perfect every time, I definitely recommend them.

I went to this shop as a friend had referred me to a salon across the street (Color Salon) and I went to this place by mistake. I left feeling annoyed and ripped off! Here’s why: Salon haircut who I was referred to cost $9 and this place cost $15. Oops! The African American guy with yellow highlights cutting my hair kept singing the urban rap songs in my ear while he was cutting my hair. Very annoying! Since I had never been here before I didn’t know this place does not accept credit cards and only cash. I pulled out my credit card and was immediately referred to the convenient ATM in the barber shop. Of course it charged a $2.99 convenience fee. All I had was twenty dollar bills. I gave the guy with yellow highlights my $20 hoping to get back Five$1 bills but as soon as I gave him my $20 bill he said “thank you” as a semi aggressive way to get a $5 tip. I was hoping to get $5 back so I could give him a 20% tip at $3. I have a feeling this is a scam they pull to get an extra $2 out of each customer. First no credit card and then suck what ever extra cash they can get out of you! I felt the hair cut was adequate but the underlying way to get more money out of me was a scam! I will never come back here because of this. So just be aware!

Ive gone here three times now, because its minutes away from where I live, but wont be going back to risk a fourth cut.My first haircut was decent aside from it taking over 90 minutes and the botched relaxer job... My second haircut was perfectly normal.My third haircut was my worst experience at this shop. The barber took the first 10 or so minutes discussing sports and predictions with another barber. Another customer even commented on it.The haircut took a while but the shape up was decent. Unfortunately the edge up was easily the worse Ive ever gotten. It wasnt even symmetrical (one side was sharp the other rounded/curved). Im surprised he charged me, but itll be the last time I go there.

I came from oakland Ca and I’ve been getting my hair cut by the same person for years and I was referred by someone to come to GQ. Best experience ever. I absolutely love my hair cut and I will coming back for sure.

I wish I could remember the barber name that cut my hair. I know hes from Houston and rides a motorcycle. This guy was outstanding. He took pride in his craft; its hard to impress me because I come from a family of barbers and beauticians. The rest of the barbers dsee to friendly towards walk ins; so I suggest you make a appointment.I would return again.

Was super nervous finding a cut away from my regular barber but I needed one so I didnt have to wear a hat the the whole trip. Place was great welcomed warmly and joked around with some of the barbers. Travis killed my cut and was great to talk to

Jairo is amazing, been using him for 3 years and his cuts are always consistent of how you like it. He performs an amazing skin fade, and is able to cut all hair types from straight to curly. I highly recommend Jairo for an all star cut!!

Do not let Marcus cut your hair. He’s the worst barber ever. I told him that I want to keep my full beard so I told him to follow the old line on my beard when lining me up. Instead this guy was soo busy trying to watch the basketball game and place a bet while lining me up that he completely cut off my mustache and he took an extra inch off my beard line. The full beard I wanted to keep looks more like a chin strap now. He had to have stopped about 15 times while lining me up just to watch the game and hop on his mobile phone to place a bet. He’s really got a bad gambling problem but he shouldn’t be playing with peoples hair like that. I had to cut off my entire beard to regrow it because he messed up soo bad. He’s a mess. There are better barbers in that shop. Find one that isn’t going to make sports betting a priority over doing his job. Don’t let Marcus destroy your hair cut like he did to me.

ROBERT always cuts hair very well. He is very personable to each customer. He is very good with kids as well.

Overly priced! Came here to visit from Atlanta and I actually paid for a haircut for someone else who was in need a simple haircut, the guy charged $30 ridiculous absolutely ridiculous smh!$25 would’ve been pushing it, but $30 is just ridiculous for a haircut that’s half good! Never again and I mean never!

This place is trash!!!!! Don’t go save ur money and hairline. They are so dirty the place is unkept and they never spray or clean any of there clippers or blades they don’t even use towels he was wiping it on his dirty apron and when I said he’s irritating my skin he used his finger then wiped it on his apron n he shaved my beard off n how do u mess up a taper in the back!!?????

They take too long to cut hair because most the time theyre talking to friends or other people...twice Ive went and it took an hour for a cut... and that was because the person doing it was talking and eating at the same time while cutting hair...wont be going back a 3rd time...

Straight trash, they got my hairline pushed back further than LeBron, the pushed all the way back to the negative 10 yard line,im not joking very disappointed, dont expect a professional experience from this dump...
