I’ve gone to this location a few times for repairs and they always do a great job. Today was no different. The manager Corey was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Another guy there, also named Cory, did my oil change. He came into the waiting area spoke to me for a minute, gave me an update on how much longer. He was very personable. These guys are fantastic! I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve come here a few times to get my car serviced here. They practically know me by car, which says a lot about the kind of TLC my car needs.With my last few services, my car has always come back to me as if it was running like new.My latest issue on my car was that my car had completely shut off and would not start even with a brand new battery, and had to tow it to the shop. Cory and the crew there were so helpful, nice and patient especially with me calling every hour. They were very thorough with their inspection of what was wrong with the car and treated me fairly with the service.I give them props for all their work especially since they’re all working to the bone in 117 degree weather. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in in between services.

Professional, communicative, and genuine. After a very small issue with scheduling, I was offered a discount right away after the inconvenience without even thinking to ask. I very much appreciate Loren and Corey for the help. They’re 100% about keeping their customers satisfied and happy. I was from out of the town at the time of repair. They diagnosed my car with multiple issues. They kept it cheap and affordable so I didn’t have to dish out a bunch of money. They repaired my car within hrs and didn’t try to add more issues to higher the bill. Would highly recommend.

Won’t come back, dropped vehicle off for 6 hours to get a $115 dollar oil change which was way more then the quote, alignment to not be done b/c he didn’t “have enough time”, was asked to just come back next week to get rest of work done. Not to mention all of the employees standing in garage not working first 30 min I was there trying to setup appt. too bad service is horrible, conveniently close to home. Not first time having issues here, tried to give another chance.

This place is a mixed bag - on the one hand, I personally really like the guys who work here. They are entertaining, funny, and I bet we’d get along really well if we hung out. They have a very laid back and laissez fair attitude. Unfortunately, that doesn’t translate to what I want from a business.They aren’t very polite, though they’ve always been nice to me I’ve seen them talk down and be rude to other customers. Additionally, they are really slow. I’ve left my car with them for two whole days and had them do absolutely nothing with it.So all in all - if you really just need something that is quick like an oil change, and you like those off the cuff type people - then this is a good place. But if your car has a problem or you prefer the smiles and sunshine customer service types - go somewhere else.

It’s hard to find car people you can trust. Loren, Cory, and Kyle were all great! Oil filters for my car aren’t always available. These guys helped me order one in and performed myOil change for me. They also noticed my cabin air filter was overdue for a change and recommended that as well. I could totally notice the difference (especially with allergies). I’m glad they said something! The price was competitive and everyone was super nice. Glad I found a reliable place for regular service.

This location can careless about your vehicle. I took my Tesla to get new tires because I had a nail in one of my older tires. I come back to new tires and scratched rims on all 4 rims. I take really good care of my car and it didn’t seem to matter to their technicians.One of my Perrelli tires keeps deflating after 1-2 weeks of driving. I went back and they said “too bad. You either wait and leave your car for a week for a new tire. Or you buy a new one. Sorry buddy”. That was what the manager told me.So now I spend $1 every 2 weeks for air on my 1 tire. And they also tried fixing the scratches they’re are not worst because they repainted my entire rims and the clear coat is cracking.See photos of damages.

I had made an appointment for differential fluid change. When I arrived, they did not have the gear oil for my car, nor a gasket. So I had to wait while they brought in some oil. They made their own gasket. They told me they would not accept OEM gear oil from the GM dealer. They charged me for two quarts. The owners manual says it needs only one quart.

This Meineke is outstanding, the staff will go above and beyond to satisfy its customers needs. Honest, straight answers, reliable work. Its a no brainer chose this location you cant go wrong.

Called and made an appointment for a brake job. They got me in the next day and diagnosed my brakes. Cory was super helpful and broke down what was needed with me. Came back the next day to new pads, rotors, and front tires. Appreciate it boys.

On Friday afternoon, my brakes started running while I was out running errands. After dinner with my wife at The Sparkings, our favorite Italian spot, the brakes started full-on grinding as we left the parking lot and this got worse as we ran a couple of errands on our way home. On Saturday morning, I woke up and began researching service providers on Yelp and Google. This place was reasonably close to our home and well rated. I found a couple of other spots that were better rated but they were further away and not able to fit me in for several days. When I spoke to them, they were definitely lower cost but I opted for this place based on timing and convenience. I probably paid around $100 more than I would have paid at one of the other places but they had me in and out same day and they were very friendly and helpful. Convenience is pretty valuable and these guys are super convenient.

The guys here are great. They were on time with my appointment, and very professional.

Loren handled everything so well in a calm manner throughout the whole process. Mention to him about the issue and managed to get me In as soon as they get a spot open. Then the next day to pick up my car even though he was handling calls and employees he made sure to keep me as top priority and that everything was all set. Even though they didn’t get the chance to do my oil change he told me that I can absolutely come in anytime on Monday to get it done and be out the door ASAP. In all I am very satisfied with my experience at this location knowing that if anything else happens to my car I know where to go now!😄😄

The guys inside seemed really nice and professional. However, they told me my oil was “black and sludgy” and that I would need a full engine pump. I took it to another place to change the oil, and they said it was totally clean.

The customer service was very disappointing. The two men who Checked me in were unfriendly and not welcoming. I would not feel comfortable sending my 18 year old daughter there to get work done. I also witnessed them treat another young lady very rudely while I was there. They took three hours to complete a routine oil change. I scheduled the appointment at 830 am and had my car dropped off at 825am. I didn’t receive a call to inform me my car was finished until 1130am. The worst part was that I requested to have my cabin air filter changed along with my oil change and they didn’t do it. When I mentioned it the associate said “ oh, we’re we supposed to do that?”and just shrugged his shoulders and informed me that he was the one who did the oil change and was never told about the air filter. He never made eye contact or offered to correct the issue. He was very dismissive and apathetic to the fact that it wasn’t done. After I started expressing my dissatisfaction and mentioned how we were going to try this location because it just opened but it was not a good experience he condescendingly said “ we still have time to change the filter.” He was obviously to the fact that maybe I didn’t have the time after my car had already been there for 3 hours. Unfortunately Meneike just lost my service and anyone else I know because of one employees terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough about this shop. I have been here 3 times and they have always been attentive to my needs and have given me parts at cost knowing the need. They have been helpful, cheerful and fast. Even with the speed that always seem to do a great job and they have my business for sure. The GenMgr Loren and his mechanics are great. Im a pretty informed back yard mechanic and they were totally honest, fast and did great work. We (my family) just moved to Vegas and having 2 older cars need to have a trustworthy shop. These guys are my go-to mechanics from now on.

Such a stress-free experience! I always have my guard up when I go into any car-related establishments so this experience was so refreshing. I was already referred to this place by a number of people so my bar was already high. Corey helped with the initial oil change and I mentioned about wanting to change tires too. He was so thorough with the process and found me the best price. Upon pick up, I was also greeted by the manager Lauren, very authentic and welcoming guy. They do make a great team and no wonder for the great reviews. I’ll definitely be back.

I came at 7:30 AM to be told there were 3 people ahead of me due to a computer scheduling error that the company needs to fix. I live close, so I came back at 9 when the receptionist told me to. When I arrived, I was told there was 1 guy in front of me and itd be another 30 minutes. I ran an errand and came back at 9:30. They took my car and did the oil change quickly. I had to use the bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. I dont think its been cleaned since it opened. There was no hand soap, which is extremely alarming. Where do the employees wash their hands? The manager was there happy as can be.

The staff was great! I was taken care of the moment I walked in. I came in for a new battery without an appointment. The first thing they did was check to see if they had the right battery in stock. They took care of the installation and completed it in the time they promised. I will be coming back for whatever I need!!!! Great service!!!

My first experience at this location was amazing, there was a African-American guy there that provided me with excellent customer service and went over and beyond to help me. My second experience at this location last night so delightful. There was an older gentleman with hearing aids and a mohawk who said he would give me a call back with a question that I had but he never did. After a couple hours of waiting for his phone call, I decided to call him back and he said that if he would again, give me a call back and that he was “all alone right now!” Whatever that means. Today I went to take my car in to have the maintenance checked on it and the same guy with the hearing aids and mohawk was there again. My intuition told me just to take it to another place because he seems very unhappy with his job and doesn’t seem to care about providing good customer service. Against my intuition, I ended up dropping off my car anyways. Play simply call me back and said “ do you know how complicated this is! You need a diagnostic done for this, we’re back to square one!“ I brought the car in to have a diagnostic done and then he made it sound like I was bothering him and like I brought my car to the wrong place. When I arrived back at the automotive shop, he just threw me my keys and didn’t say anything. This one incident really trying to be up to this location and I will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to ask about a quick replacement on my discharge hose FOR MY AC in my car which I have already had diagnostics done twice on, already ordered the part & it’s literally like 10-15 minute job and the dude cut me off mid sentence on the phone saying they won’t accept any parts unless we order them from their shop and that they won’t do anything unless I have another $150.00 diagnostic done which I have already had done multiple times. He proceeded to talk over me on the phone and didn’t let me get a word in then compared himself to a “ doctor “ lol, not sure how that works. Long story short they are VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. There are plenty of other mechanics DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

The best, informative, kind & most welcoming, set of people I’ve come across in a auto shop. Loren is very kind, thorough with his explanations & VERY patient - especially when I couldn’t express exactly what was going on with the vehicle. They could have admittingly had the repairs done the day before, I didnt get a quote until the repairs were finished or I would have done it myself. They told me the only parts they could get were $400 meanwhile I could have gotten OEM parts for $150. Seemed like he tried to make me feel guilty about even needing the repair. Rude to me on the phone. Cant be trusted, cant go back. Also posting on Yelp and other sites because my neighborhood is tight and needs to know.

They did a quick oil change on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I did have to make an appointment after I walked in the previous day. I brought my own genuine Toyota oil filter. They didn’t try to upsell me, which is good. The the price of the oil change is about 50% higher than the dealer would have changed and no discount for using my oil filter.I’m new to the area and the nearest dealer is about 10 miles away. So I used them as they were close by. Convenience great, price not so great.

Every employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I received an appointment the same day I called. They were able to figure out what the issue was with my vehicle and made the repair quickly as well as worked with me on the cost. Their extra recommendations that were given were for our safety, which I appreciate.

They didn’t change sticker or perform a overall inspection. I needed work done on my brakes and they didn’t look at anything. They make you feel like your a burden. I will never go there again and I will place a negative review on the internet. The workers do not like or take pride in their job. Sad

Loren was busy tending to a customer when I came in, the mechanic Brandon helped me straight away tested my battery to be sure and found out another location installed the wrong amp battery twice. Loren was quick to honor the warranty and went beyond because they no longer use the battery that was installed in my car so he upgraded my battery to what they use now and the correct type without a hassle(of course I had my receipt). One of my best experiences at a meineke through years of being a loyal customer.

Was able to make a same day appointment. When I got there they immediately took my car back and had my oil change done within 30 mins start to finish.

Corey and the funny Mr. Loren. Corey did an amazing job explaining to me and offering to show me bits of what was wrong with my car, I like appreciate that they care for their customers shows great gratitude. Oil change listed as 20 dollars, in fact I was changed for additional 6 dollars as disposal fee. Previously, they overcharged my for the oil filter regardless that I provided one.First time, I see service that do change oil and change for disposal fee, may be it is something new in Las Vegas particularly.They changed the oil in my car, but it is the first time when 7qt of oil provided by me fully fit in to my engine (by the spec, the total empty engine capacity is 6.5qt). Usually 6qt more than enough, I am providing additional 1qt just in case.Had some issue with splash shield, mechanical guy said that he is not going to install it back. So, now I need think how to install it by myself.

Found this place randomly by my house and needed some work done. I hesitated going to a shop but just didn’t have time to do the work myself. I expressed to the Manager “Loren” that I needed a tune up and oil change in preparation for a trip that requires me to drive 3,000 miles round trip in the next week or so for military duties. I went in late one day and he explained he wouldn’t be able to work on my car but will get me first thing the next day. He was very professional and courteous by remembering my situation and invited me in to get my car looked at before the shop even opened. After going over some details I was set back to learn it was going to be more money than I had anticipated. Without skipping a beat he gave me a discount that took over $200 off! I picked up the car later that day and it ran better than it has in a while. I’m confident in driving from Nevada to Missouri and back because of Loren and his team! To top it off he mentioned that my next oil change, upon return, would be free! Definitely will be recommending them to anyone that ever needs work done! Thanks guys!

First off very great repair shop I will be coming back for sure while I am living in this area hell I would drive 20 mins even as well to come back to this place. Not only did they give me the best price out of the other places I tried, but they also did not try and throw some random issues in to up the price. It was easy to drop off my truck and get it back at a Decent time and I like the fact that they Honor their coupons.

Mitchell was fantastic. Super customer service oriented, very friendly, and we had a lovely conversation when he wasnt with other customers. Was real, and I knew he was delivering suggestions for my car because they were needful, not because he was trying to sell something. 5 stars all the way!

They easily found the problem with my brakes that i suspected. They were nice and friendly. Gave me as much discount as possible since my bill was over $1200.00. Also parts are ordered before i even agreed just to have them in the shop even if i went somewhere else which which tells me they look out for whats missing. Great staff, great manager!

UPDATE: I decided to give them another chance and I wont be back. The assistant manager still hasnt figured out how to wear his mask and they demand too much personal information thats not needed to actually make the sale. Its a shame because theyre pretty close to where I live, but Ill be going to Valvoline from now on for my oil changes.I really went back and forth with this review. When I got there nobody was wearing masks. Not good. Also the guy behind the counter immediately tried to upsell me. Also not good. But they did good work and the owner/manager (different guy than the one who signed me in maskless) took care of me in the end. So I split the difference between the early bad service and better later service and am giving them a 3. May give them another shot to see if they get their act together better.

Guy charges my husband a labor fee after taking just over 1 1/2 hours to find the air filter in his car and put the incorrect size air filter. If you don’t have the part please inform your customers instead of shoving in whatever you have. We appreciate the decency the manager, Mitch, had by approaching the situation with ownership of the situation even when it wasn’t his fault. The assistant manager on the other hand, please steer clear.-from an honest customer!

I made an appointment online on the 5th of January to get an oil change at 7:30 January 6th in the morning. I dropped the car off at 4:00 p.m. on the 5th and told the guy I had an online appointment for tomorrow morning at 7:30 for an oil change and he said yes I see it there in the computer so I gave him my keys and left. The next day on the 6th I called at 10::30 in the morning and they had no idea why the car was outside. He said they would get the oil changed right away. They called me back an hour later to tell me there was sludge in my oil and they would not change my oil until they did a engine flush. The car only has 68000 miles on it and Ive had at there at Meineke 4 other times for an oil change I do not believe it had sludge because when they flush the oil I went out and looked at it and it was fine. I will not be back to Meineke again. I will make sure anybody I know does not go there either.

Brought my car in for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they didn’t have the oil for my car in stock. I assumed scheduling the appointment in advance would ensure that they’d have the correct stuff for my car. I rescheduled and made another appointment for a couple days later. When I brought it in again, they said they still didn’t have the oil for my car in stock... Okay, a little frustrating but maybe it was just a miscommunication. They said they could order it, but it would be pretty expensive. They also suggested that I go out and buy the oil from AutoZone or O’Reilly and they would still do the oil change for me. I am still giving a five star review because of how they handled the situation and made things right. They offered a cheaper alternative by letting me buy the oil myself and ended up not charging me for the oil change.

Everyone was super nice and professional. Came in for an oil change at 9, something else came up with my car, they called, and everything was still done before 12! Thanks guys!
