Own a 2015 Lexus IS. Had a tire leak overnight and came in @ 0730 to have a flat tire repair. Took me in right away and got me out within 15 minutes. Ended up with a paint scuff on my wheel likely due to their duck head which is what separates the tire from the wheel. They waived the flat tire repair fee. Thankful I’m back on the road, just annoyed that I have to revisit a wheel repair shop. Would’ve rather paid the $30 tire repair fee vs a $100 wheel repair fee.

1 week after having my rotors and brake pads replaced at this location, the caliper bolt fell off the front passenger side while on the freeway putting us in a very dangerous situation. After making an emergency stop and getting it to a shop, they found the one bolt was missing due to not being properly tightened when the brakes were done and the second was loose. They said if we would have kept driving the second bolt would have fallen out as well. It was a very scary and stressful situation. When I called the location and spoke with the manager, he was very rude, did not apologize, and stated it was not their fault. When I asked for corporate number he gave me the wrong number and I ha to look it up myself. I would not recommend this location if you care about being able to safely drive your car afterI also had asked them to check my tired and they stated my tired were good for now and the shop that fixed their mistake told me a need a new tire asap on the front drivers side.Horrible customer service and brake job. We were lucky that the bold fell out in an area that allowed us to slowly slow down the car and pull of the freeway. We could have ended up in a very bad accident if we were in a more congested area.

Had an appointment today at 10am to get my oil changed. While I was there I mentioned I needed 4 new tires. Darren was very nice and offered me a promotion they were running and for four new tires and an oil change the price wasn’t too bad. I decided to buy and was told it would be 1:30-2 hour wait time. I decided to go home. I call about 2 hours later and was told it would take 2 more hours.. that’s fine. I go to the store at 2pm and my car was still parked at the same spot I had left it at 10am. I asked what the deal was and Darren quickly apologized and said my car would be next. In the span of about 20 more minutes 3 other guest walk in and for some reason they get the VIP treatment and they take their cars in while mine is still outside. What does someone have to do to get some real customer service at this joint? I’m taking my business elsewhere. Big waste of my time.The workers drag their feet and smoke cigarettes all day. Definitely won’t be shopping at Big o

The guy looks fat and not a milling person has beards. He’s white. He should be more friendly when he talks to customers. He’s kinda rude the way he answers customers. I don’t know what is his position ? As I saw he works in the front. He should change his attitude.

The gentleman working the morning shift of 13 February were extraordinary patient and enthusiastic with their service. I could not believe I unfortunately had two nails in my tire in such close proximity; I almost questioned the integrity of the mechanics.The mechanic, I believe his name was Jason or James took time out of his work to show me the tire and actually tried his best to improvise and save me money.Im comfortable to know that I have a commercial brand mechanic right down the road that I can trust for a life time.Big O Tires has my fullest recommendations.

These two went completely out of there way to assist me and answer all the questions concerning my Jeep I had, which were beyond the auto service I was there to receive. On June 9, 2020, I set up an appointment to get 1 tire patched up. Once I arrived they told me they couldnt patch my tire because it was more than 3 years old and of course they offered to sell me a brand new tire right away (Given my tire is only 3-4 years old and still has very good tread on it). I called discount tire to ask them about the same situation and the guy I spoke with laughed and said theyll patch tires that are up to 6 years old as long as they are in good condition/patchable (which it was 100% patchable) and he didnt understand why Big O Tires would turn me away. Ended up going to Pep boys and they said the exact same thing as discount tire. Got my tire patched up quickly and for free with no hassle.

Brandon at this location was beyond helpful and took great care of my vehicle. He kept me informed during the whole process and even found a nail in my tire I was unaware of. I will be coming back for any of my vehicles needs.

Came for an alignment. Wasnt done to their satisfaction, which I understand, so they asked me to sit around and wait longer while somebody else jumped the line. Mind you this is about 2 p.m. when it was supposed to be done in about 3 hours after a 9 a.m. drop off. Instead of waiting longer I made an appointment for the next morning at 9 a.m. Arrived exactly on time and 30 minutes later the van has not even moved from its spot and I was asked if I was gonna drop it off again for them to finish what they did not do day prior. Of course not, why would I not be ready to go on my scheduled appointment time? Especially what happened the day before. Unbelievable whats the point of making appointments? I would suggest not making appointments for your customers if youre not going to stick to them. Its insulting to be that inconsiderate of peoples time.

When it comes to corporate automotive service chains, you can get great professional service or you can get terrible never coming back type of service, kinda a hit or miss. Ive definitely had my fair share with the Big O Tires chain and receiving such bad service that I told myself I would never return. However, now living in a different area of LV I gave them another shot at this location and Im glad I did. The team here really maintains a code of excellence that is beyond! This is the tire shop to go to, and they work faster than the average. Give these guys a shot!

Found the tires I wanted online, site said in-stock followed the link to make an appointment. Showed up and was told they couldnt get the tires for 4 days. I had to travel 2 days later. So I drove to a competitor found the tires I wanted and was in and out in an hour. And saved 123 dollars.

I am going on vacation in the morning but I noticed that one of my tires had a nail in it. I would normally go to Evan tires but they didnt have one where I was. In horror I realized that tire places close around 6pm and it was 4:30ish. I called the nearest place which was Discount Tires store number 95, on Ft Apache....Las Vegas. I spoke with a wonderful man young man named John. He assured me that he would take care of me. I walked in and he immediately took my car in and said that itd be about an hour. I could tell that he was gem because my dog didnt bark at him. She doesnt like any strange men. I really enjoyed my experience.And the best part...... it didnt cost a thing.Thanks John!!!!!!~Whitney~San Diego

I came in to see about getting two new tires, as I had to replace one tire a couple weeks ago due to a nail. I was worried about the quality of the replacement tire I got (used, different brand), but I was told that the tire was in good shape and the same size as the originals. The gentleman helping me said he would be more than happy to sell me two new tires, but I was more than safe and okay to wait a bit longer, and to get some more use out of the two I was going to replace. I also received a great price on an oil change (cheaper than I had been paying at a place up the road), and got a free alignment check, which came back positive. I could have been lied to and told I needed two or four new tires, an alignment, and overcharged me for an oil change, but I wasnt. I am going to start doing all the maintenance I can at this store on my car and my wifes car because of the honesty and quality work.

I came in with a screw in my tire and although they did not have my exact tire in stock they worked very fast to help me maximize my warranty and pay little out of pocket to get me back on the Road quickly! Ive been here a number of times for various service, mostly light like oil changes, tires, brakes. I always find them to be helpful and honest.

Big O Tires is a win win all over Las Vegas but this location is hands down the best location I personally have used. Whether I need air in my tires or an oil change the service is always impeccable. Paul always takes amazing care of my daughter and I and I can count on a bit of great conversation, time permitting of course, with undoubtable knowledge every time. The employees have gone above and beyond to help my daughter and I on more than one occasion. No employee’s complain if they have to stay to finish a job because someone runs in before closing with an emergency...uh um Me. That alone I give 5 stars for. The location has easy access and is easy to find. It is also surrounded with several businesses so if you have to wait you do not feel stuck. Stop in to see Paul for a quick tire air check...it is important friends! A+

This was our first time dealing with Big O Tires and we were very pleased. Managers were knowledgeable and explained what tires would be appropriate for our vehicle. The mechanic noticed we needed rear shocks and the price was reasonable. The job was completed in the estimated time and well be back for additional service.

Vince was outstanding. I appreciate his help with making sure my vehicle would operate at the capacity it needs to. Not trying to sell me anything that I didnt need. I will definitely follow his recommendation and even bring it back for them to do the work. Thankyou again!!

I just wanted to say that I was there for the first time today, and I have decided to make this my choice from now on. I went in for a flat fix for my Chevy, and Phil was great. They looked like they were jam packed with cars, I honestly thought they were going to tell us no, but Phil took our car right in. He actually pulled it in himself and did all the work himself. I was genuinely surprised, he did everything with a smile, even made sure we had enough of our fluids too. AND I had no idea that they do flat fixes for free, Phil said it’s part of their Good Neighbor Policy.

My dad was a mechanic and every place I go to they seem to try to take advantage of the girl in the shop. I needed an inspection on my car since my dad is in another state right now, and personally I thought they were going to charge me up and down for everything. But Phil made me feel so comfortable, which I’ve never felt in a mechanic shop before, and he gave me an inspection for my car and tires and battery for FREEEE. He was great from start to finish, between Mike, and Phil’s amazing customer service, I’ll only be coming here from now on. Anyone reading this, should only pick Big O Tires for your car, Phil’s customer service was amazing and wouldn’t even take a tip, said that it’s just how is, and thinks that everyone should be treat like family. And I think that Mike guy might be able to fix just about anything.

I had an appointment at 8 a.m. A walk-in came in at the same time. I was getting an oil change and the counter tech suggested a flush and an injector cleaner and I said, As long as it doesnt add too much time. He said, No, itll be the same amount of time. The walk-ins car went to the bay while mine sat in the lot. A second walk-in came and his car was moved to the bays. Mine got to the bays as well but sat there. A third customer came in. Almost three hours later, they were finished with my car and the two previous walk-ins were gone within about 45 minutes of arriving. Where was the benefit of making an appointment if everyone else is coming in after me. I realize that the flush requires about ten minutes of the car running, the injector clean may add about another 15 minutes. Oil change doesnt take more than about 20 minutes. So, why the extra two hours of my life being wasted sitting in a noisy lobby? I dont think Ill be using your business anymore because this is not the only time that this has happened but you can be itll be the last.

WOW, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in to this Fort Apache store just to request that they put air in one of my tires. I wasnt aware of the many other services they offered other than selling and repairing tires. To begin with, everyone was customer service driven and I felt it from the moment I stepped out of my car. There was the blond haired tire tech, whos name escapes me, who adjusted the air in all four tires. Mike the master mechanic, who I explained a problem I noticed with my car a few days earlier, who had an eye to assess my concerns just by using his handy flashlight. Cindy who drew up my paperwork and explained services to me, and the manager Dan who was running the ship. I was there for a while since I came in without an appointment and the work was more extensive than I expected. My concerns were assessed, options explained, part ordered, and work completed within reasonable time. They all had the best personalities and treated me like I was part of the Big O family with conversation and laughs as I waited. When it was all said and done, my car was in great shape because mechanic Mike fixed my water pump, adjusted my headlight, replaced two hubs, and I purchased two new tires because Cindy refused to let me leave without stressing how I needed tires even if only for safety reasons. Not to mention a $50 off promotion. Because of their easy pay plan which I just loved by the way, I was able to get some additional services done unexpectedly. And to think Ive been going all over town having work done when Big O tires is a one stop shop and in my community. Ill see you guys for my next oil change ! Thanks for a great experience. Laverne

Phil was up early in the morning with great honest customer service. He expedited service on my flat tire and I was not late for work. I also appreciated how he let me see the damage for myself of my tire.

Arrived at store at 8;20 AM for a 8:30 AM for a apt. Upon arrival at 8:20 AM the service doors were still closed. their hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. So I know there mit be a problem with my apt. I was correct, was told to come back at 10:30 AM. I am not sure when I go back things will be better. I have been a loyal customer for years. Will let you know what happens at my 10:30 apt.

I was having a frustrating issue with the alignment on my Tacoma. Blake, from this Big O location, was attentive to my situation and assured me they would be able to address the issue immediately. Approximately 30 minutes later I was out of the door and my truck drives perfectly straight. Can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and prompt attention to my problem. I will definitely be doing business again.

Great customer service. Went in for an oil change, but of course there was other things I needed. The lady went over everything I need to keep an eye on. But I just needed the oil change today, since I had an appointment I had to get to. They took me out to the garage and showed me some other things I needed, gave me a super great quote for the needed repairs. In the meantime got me in and out with the oil change pretty quickly and very good pricing. Dont even live on that side of town, but will probably go back just because of the great customer service.

I told him I needed new tires and he went over all my options and explained what kind of tires would be best for my car and driving needs. I didnt have to wait very long either. If you just need air in your tires or set of tires mounted & balanced these guys deliver. Period!I took a set of 4 tires purchased elsewhere & they mounted & balanced them for me, for less than $20 each. Thats a great deal. Theyre so confident in what they do, they dont have an issue mounting someone elses tires.Theres a buy 2 get free going on right now on selected sizes. Go on in & ask for Marla or Phil you wont be disappointed. So much more I could say. Theyre a little rough around the edges but hey its the tire & auto service industry.5 stars and 2 thumbs up for sure.Worth the drive from wherever you are in the city.

Came out to greet us, listened to us on what we wanted done,(made their suggestions) noted and gave us an estimate both on cost and time required.

Very disappointing! Went for an oil change, they found a seal on the axle leaking. Told us two hours...24 hours later and still no vehicle. Was supposed to be fixed first thing in the morning...still not fixed. Well never use them again! It is now 3:15 pm and they are supposed to be here to pick up my husband...unbelievable two fully days before supposedly fixing the issue!

My car needed an oil change and 2 of the tires were low on pressure. I saw BigOTire offers free tire rotation and pressure check when getting an oil change done (with ACTIVE promotion), so I made an appointment with them. The service took nearly 2 hours! I inspected my vehicle later when I get home, and the tires were not rotated at all! I know because one of my tires is different from the other three and it was still at the exact same spot. The pressure of the two tires were still shown to be low, which means they didn’t work on that either (another evidence showing rotation not being done since the location of those tires remain the same).If you advertise to offer the free add-on services, please actually do them (especially when you even print them on the invoice), or just don’t offer them. It’s just a marketing scam!!

I had such a great experience at Big O tires that I felt inclined to review them multiple times. The level of service provided by Dave, Sean, and the guys deserve more than a positive review. They say the best kind of tip is one to a friend, so if you’re unsure about this place, don’t be. The guys at Big O will take care of you and your car. Not only do they things like barbecue for their customers on holidays and provide exceptional customer service, but they provide quality products and services at low prices. Their warranty alone on tires makes so much sense and gives me so much peace of mind. Not only is it a full replacement but it comes with roadside assistance. To me, that’s what sets this shop away from the rest.And even though today was only about an oil change, I know that when it’s time to buy tires, there is no other place I will go but to Big O. I went for an oil change and Mike the manager took very good care of me. Gave me a discount and upgraded the oil filter. Once the car was on the rack they noticed the oil plug was striped and they replaced it at just the cost of the plug. I will go here forever. Very trustworthy, nice, knowledgeable and a more than fair price. Best Oil change I ever had.

I just had my first experience with the Big O on Ft Apache (at a relative’s recommendation). The customer service was absolutely the best from the moment I called this morning & made an appointment with Sean to bring my Camry in with battery cable issues! They quickly diagnosed the problem, went over the written quote, and had my car back to me before the end of the day. A big thanks also to Jason who kept me from being stranded there all day. I will definitely be back again for any service my car needs!

I live in Ohio, traveled to as Las Vegas to see my grandchildren. One tire had a slow leak so I had to add air every few days. I went to Big O tires because it was close to my sons house. I was treated with respect and kept informed every step of the way. No surprise bill at the end, no pressure for extras. I would recommend this location to anyone

Ive been going to this Big O Tires store for years. Theyve always been fantastic to work with, very professional, extremely competitive in prices, efficient, friendly and have done excellent work. Ive had several oil changes full set of tires and some patch work. I Drive back and forth between California and Vegas at least one to two times per month and my car is in great shape. I got an alignment about a month prior at another Big O location. Within a month it was way worse then before. I came into this location and let them know and Phill helped me out right away! He offered to get it re-aligned and rotated at no charge(warranty). He then introduced me to Juan, who serviced my vehicle, and gave me a guarantee on the service! I can honestly say I haven’t had better customer service then here!

Great customer service provided by Rich Perez. He was amazing, very polite and helpful. I had an oil change and general check. They checked and everything was fine. I even got $20 off the oil change, a free tire rotation and check of all the oils.

Phil the manager is phenomenal and Mike the mechanic who worked on my car was very thorough, explained what was wrong and what it needed. The 4 stars is due to the vendor sending the wrong part which delayed my car being ready but, other than that 5 star service.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!! o They get a star because you have to pick at least one because I would give a 0 star! First they did not replace my guard pegs so it was hanging. I had to buy screws and bolts to hold the guard in place. Second I paid an extra $100 for extended warranty and they refused to honor it assuming my car was in a accident which it wasnt . Some kid hit it with a metal bar. Third they said all kind of other things need to be done which they never said when I first took my car they was trying to up-sale like some shops will do... scammers!

The manager for this place was amazing, didn’t know how it was going to be with my first time there. I’ll be honest, It was almost closing time, I called in and they were completely full, I thought they were going to tell me to come back another day. BUT PHIL told me to come on in anyway and he’d make sure I’d be taken care of. Got in and was ready for my flat to take forever to fix, but Phil brought my Mustang in himself and fixed and checked my other tires too just incase. I’ve been to a few places that were ok and all but I’ve never been to a place where the manager was WILLING to work on my car and stay half an hour after they closed AND BE HAPPY THE WHOLE TIME. The customer service was absolutely amazing, this is my go to place from now on, thanks Phil.

So after spending come much needed time on vacation I had the unpleasant experience of coming home to a flat tire, I woke up early (thank you jet lag) and saw these guys were operating early. Dropped on the car and had a coffee came back and it was fixed without a problem. When I went to pay the said theses no cost ! Well how good is that Jim and Henry as soon I walked in made me feel and home and looked after me, I will def be back and using this place again for all my tire needs.

So easy. Tire had a flat. Called and they said they do it free but they were a little back up and need schedule me an appt an hour from now. Came in at time. They got me in and out in less than thirty minutes. Flat repaired for free.The gentleman up front was great. He told me his name but Im terrible and already forgot. Super friendly. Easy to feel comfortable with right away.Jimmy was the tech and parked it right out front when done so I could walk right in. Cant beat it.

Waited 2 hours on Tuesday morning to have tire balanced. They said they were fine, but rotated them any way, even though they were rotated a month ago. Now I have a shaking tire on the front. No time to take it back in.

Way over priced at $130 an hour for labor. We went there had breaks put on and the break light has been on ever since. We let that slide and went in today to have a belt replaced but walked out and find a better priced place. $70 for an oil change yeah insane no thank you

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE: We had this Big O Tire Store location (Ive learned each one is independently owned) replace front head light while we were vacationing in Vegas. Light was still inoperable when we returned home. We had 2 car service shops (one was a local Big O Store) assess the situation and both concluded the original repair was incorrect. We understand things happen so we attempted to seek some type of resolution with the Big O Store that did the work. However, when we contacted Phil (store manager) to address our discoveries and we sent him documents to support our grievance, he was unapproachable. Regardless, Phil assured us he would follow up with an email to his district manager- Mike. He also assured us we would be contacted within 1-2 days for a follow up conclusion. After several attempts to re-initiate communication, weve been ignored. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE- poor management and overall service.

I can assure you that we treat and value each and every customer that walks into our showroom. Our prices are competitive and our service is second to none. I usually go here for oil changes and if anything happens to my car, I see if they can do a quick fix or if I need major work. Honesty is what keeps my business. In 1 month I had to pay two $250 deductibles due to my vehicle having issues at different times that were unrelated, and even had to tow my car to carmax because it is cheaper due to my warranty. The manager or whoever he is at the front of the desk knew how stressed I was about finances when I brought my car in for the 3rd time, not even a week later for my blinker bulb going out. Not only did he tell me hed have to order the part, but he quoted me $120 for the part and labor. I said I cant just go out and buy a bulb and do it myself? He said I could but may be difficult due to the model of the car. He said you can by a bulb and come back and tip one of my guys $30 me not knowing better, I called my dad crying because thats still just another expense. Im told by my dad to go to AutoZone, not only were 2 bulbs $8.75, they put it in for FREE!!!!! I WAS QUOTED $120!!!!! This person couldnt just tell me this? He couldnt be HONEST? He KNEW I was stressed and knew my situation. I will never go back here again. You couldnt just be honest? It took AutoZone not even 5 minutes. Trying to take advantage because Im ignorant to cars and Im a woman. I guess its time I get more educated so people like this dont feel like they can take advantage of people like me. Shame on you.Update: I got a call from the manager today. I told my father, and he ended up calling back. The manager of course LIED to my father. 1. I was the one that asked about buying the part for cheaper and 2. You did say to tip your guy $30 to put it in. Again, lies. This doesnt change the fact I was quoted $120 to change a blinker bulb and then asked to tip if I bought the part myself, and you never mentioned AutoZone but O rileys. Nothing but lies. Thank you for solidifying my concerns.

I went in today thinking I needed to get a whole new tire as I was told from a different place he didn’t take advantage of me I went in planning on having to spend money and left with the most amazing experience highly recommend to go here for any tire needs I will only go here from now on 😬 my mustang and me are so happy

Called in with a slow puncture and also needed the wheels balancing.. Didnt have an appointment but was seen very quickly and everything sorted out to my great satisfaction. Cant recommend these guys highly enough and doubt their prices could be beaten anywhere .Super service!

I’m relatively new to the area. I’ve tried other Big O’s in the area and was not happy with the service. This location has always been quick, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome! I showed up when they were pretty much closed and they still saw me and change my oil and then waited for someone to bring a card to pay them and they didnt make me come back the next day they were extremely kind and patient and professional and fast my oil was changed in 20 minutes definitely go here

Deceitful and DISHONEST.Bought 4 tires from them. Jeremy, the store manager, recommended I put a deposit on the tires and they would call me in a few days. This was Thursday. By Wednesday the following week, they still did not have the tires in. Not a problem since I was busy.By Tuesday the following week (12 days later), I got the tires on my truck (great tires, great service). I then paid the balance of my bill to Jeremy, the store manager. When we went over the bill everything was fine. However upon swiping my card, I did not notice nor did Jeremy tell me, about adding the Tire Protection Plan to my bill.When I noticed the extra charge on the invoice later that evening, I was angry. The next day, I went to the Big O Tire Store and talked to Jeremy. He told me he gave me a $65 military discount and had to make it up somewhere.This practice of adding charges to an invoice is both dishonest and deceitful. If I cant get this resolved with the store manager, perhaps the BBB or Channel 13 can get the $67.20 added charge reversed.
