We have a VW/Winnebago Rialta and the Beetle Barn is the only place we trust to service this RV. The owner and staff have always been very helpful to us and take the time to explain why something is not working with the vehicle and the best process to repair the vehicle. They may not be the least expensive, but its worth it knowing the quality of work being done, and transparence with the invoice. I would highly recommend the Beetle Barn to anyone with VW work needed. Thank you Beetle Barn!!

Ive never had anything but good to say about this garage. They seemed honest and knowledgeable to me, theyve been in business for I think 50 years. Several other vehicles I saw there were very amazing and the owners were helpful and informative threw out the entire rebuild. No complaints, and yes Id recommend this place.

What an honest man in his dealings with people...even fluffly little old ladies like me! I am so NOT disappointed. Patience and honesty is what I received here. With even EXTRA help to boot. I miss visiting them. All were nice and kind. Thank you.....

Great bunch of people ! even though they couldnt check my car out when I dropped in, they set up an appointment and took the time to explain the process. I was amazed at how fast they found the electrical gremlin plaguing my little 04 beetle. They even made me a list of my future needs and recommendations for preventative maintenance. SO HAPPY ! I never got this from the dealer I purchased it from !

Justin and his crew came to the rescue for my family while traveling through Las Vegas in September. I called same day, last minute with a needed repair and they were ready to help. They replaced my wheel bearing and adjusted the belts and I was set to go. 2200 miles and Im home. Thanks guys for your hard work. Our family is so appreciative

Drove from New Mexico to Las Vegas and had some trouble when we reached Henderson. Went by and set up appointment, the staff at Beetle Barn looked at my VW and determined it was not major and just needed a valve adjustment and adjust carb. Very professional and nice, fair prices for work and did not try and tell me it needed things done that were not necessary. I don’t trust just anyone with my car and would bring it to them anytime.Much thanks to the Beetle Barn

I was warned prior to using these folks, but at the time had no choice so I had to take a chance. The owner/head mechanic promises the world and delivers a piece of grass. If you decide to use them get everything in writing as well as the fact that no work should be done without your knowledge or price of what it would cost. Also realize that any diagnosis will cost you. If you get an estimate plan on it being three times the cost. I was given two estimates both where three times the original. If your promised the work to be done by a certain time hope you dont mind beng disappointed. They said I know your frustrated That my friends is an understatement!

The Beetle Barn. My ONLY go-to for my VW. They do an excellent and through job. They also service and repair Porsche, Audi and BMW.

Excellent shop. Justin is the authority on Volkswagens, and ShyAnn at the front desk always kept us up to date on repairs. She even took the time to research and recommend a good mechanic in the place we’re moving to. They took great care of our Vanagon, and worked on it extensively while we lived in Las Vegas. Their estimates were always spot on and many times the final price came in lower than their quote (not once was it higher). They aren’t the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. I have very high standards and would not trust anyone else with our Westy. Thanks, guys!

I am so happy to have found the Beetle Barn while I was passing through Las Vegas!Ive got a 1962 Classic Love Bug convertable that needed some work to continue across the desert during a terrible heat wave. I feel really lucky whenever I can find anyone who will touch my 50+year old car because - having worked on the car plenty myself - I know one bolt on a car this old can ruin my whole day! Justin got me a hard to find part they no longer make for my Bug - and showed me how to customize it to work for me among other things.Justin the owner, and his assistant Dana I want to give my very highest five star review of the extra effort they have made to get me back on the road today! Great people to work with!As Author of HIRING THE BEST PEOPLE Ive been asked to speak at the biggest human resource conferences in the world on how to spot motivation and attitude in the hiring interview.Beetle Barn is definitely among the Best - and Ill be coming to them when I pass through Las Vegas again!

I dont recommend this shop not for a second. Other than being grossly overpriced, the work isnt what it is supposed to be. Despite their claim of being family owned for generations, I dont believe they are in the customers corner or care about the work as first priority. If so, the price would be fair and the work would be excellent- it is not!

We were so lucky to find Justin & crew at Beetle Barn. Our 95 VW Rialta started jolting on the way back from Moab and to our horror we had to have the transmission completely rebuilt and a cooler installed. Not cheap, but Justin was very straightforward with us and thankfully had the experience to immediately diagnose the problem. Its been VERY hard to find a good mechanic for our vehicle. Hes also answered any questions weve had after the fact - transmission related or not, and did some extra work for little charge. Genuinely good owner and a great shop, thanks guys!

Took my 1973 VW beetle in for a tune-up. Not only was it completed, but he also made a list of the other things that needed to be fixed (which I found to be a nice gesture) I only wished I could have met/spoken to the owner as I had just purchased the bug and had just started my first restoration.

Way cheaper than the dealer, do the job right, found the rattle in our TDI that the dealer didnt want us to know about. They saved us having to buy a new transmission

I dislike places like these because they over charge you for volkswagen repair services like if the parts were made of gold, if you are trying to get your volkswagen repaires i reccomend westside volkswagen reapair in Santa Monica, they charge you a fraction of what they charge you here in Las Vegas, dor example to take care of an oil sludge, these guys charge me $600, back their i get charged 180 for the same damn Job, if u can afgord and time to drive to cali then do it down their with lenny. A real honest man.

I also do not recommend beetle barn. I just finished a 120 day tour of duty overseas & just returned on Dec 2nd. Got a USCG discharge to prove it. Got home to las vegas & decided to resume my daughters project Volkswagen New Beetle before Christmas. This Volkswagen has been sitting for 2 years but it runs. Im not off to a very good start. As I drove up the driveway to beetle barn this morning I saw about 4 guys huddled together & when they saw me drive up they ALL ran away. Hows that for customer service? I got out & introduced myself & met Justin who gave me every excuse. 99% of mechanics I have ever met at least listen to the problem that the vehicle has & at least feign some interest in troubleshooting the car. He never even approached the car to look at it. That move immediately told me the kind f person he was. He said: You see all these cars out here? These are customers cars. YOU HAVE TO CALL & MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Ok I said see ya Justin! Bye! This guy only wants the easy work. He picks & chooses. What happened to the friendly people in Las Vegas?Resident since 1984
