The Car & Truck Guys replaced a broken motor & window guide to my GMC Yukon. The price was fair and the work was excellent, I was passing through town and they gave me great service in a short time frame. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Very happy with the diagnosis, repair and price. The work was done in a timely manner and my truck runs much better now.

They changed out my transmission fluid which is recommended by Toyota after 60000 miles (I had 86000). My local dealership didnt bring this to my attention even after taking my car to them for oil changes & charging an exorbitant amount of money ($278) for them. I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change (they charged less than half), but they couldnt change out the transmission fluid & informed me that it should be done after 60000 miles. They recommended Car & Truck Guys. Am happy with their prompt & professional service. Car now is not running sluggish, but has a lot more get up & go.

Rich and his team changed the struts on my car. The front end had been vibrating on breaking and at speed. It also had a wandering feeling when driving down the highway. They agreed with the struts fixing the vibration on breaking and the wandering but suggested a tire spin balance and rotation for the steering wheel vibration at speed. That is exactly what it was. Struts changed tire spin balance and rotation done. Car now drives smooth as glass with no vibration or wandering. Absolutely great place to take your car!!

Daniel at the front desk is one of the nicest and trustworthy people you will meet. He went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed on my tight budget, plus he tried to fix the squealing in the engine that I had paid another mechanic to fix, but didn’t and now refuses to return my calls. So I’ll be going to Car&Truck from now on. Had I gone anywhere else, I would have had to spend a lot more.

I feel so freaking lucky to have stumbled upon this mechanic shop when I desperately needed work on my truck during my vacation! They were incredibly honest and transparent about what was wrong and charged me a price that was more than fair considering all that they did for me! First I had taken my Dodge Journey to Dodge Service Center on Sahara. I knew I needed at least a new alternator. had to pay Dodge $175 to look at my car. told them that the front right tire had alignment issues. They wanted another $175 to look at that. I told them not to worry about it then. They gave me a list of items wrong and a price of over $4,500.00 to fix. had my car towed to Car & Truck. they did everything for about 2/3 the quote from Dodge. 24 month warranty. Dodge was going to take ax week. Car & Truck had it ready the next day. That was 7 months ago. Truck runs great. They have lots of great reviews. Ill be going back if I need vehicle work again. but ill go here first.

I had brought my truck in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. I had to bring them some aftermarket parts because the manufacturer did not make it anymore. I had to call them for update and when it was time to pick it up, the bill was 300$ more than what I was quoted. I got charged for parts that they did not even use. Disappointed that they didint call me to update me and some BS charges. 2/5

Driving from San Francisco to Denver, (via Las Vegas). Car had been sitting for 6 months due to COVID. LONG drive to Vegas with absolutely no AC, windows down and going through dessert. First place couldnt do it because theyre too busy. They referred me to Car & Truck Guys. These Guys are on top of their game!! Had me out the next day after replacing AC parts with cold air for the rest of my trip to Moab and then Denver. Feel like I was very fortunate to find these guys with a quick turn around time and reasonable price.

I had a dead battery. Its an awful feeling to be running to an appointment and hear that clicking sound. I called the Car Guys and they confirmed the correct battery type over the phone, it was in stock and I could stop by in the next hour.I was there in 15 mins, and left 15 mins later! Great friendly service, answered all the questions I had and got me in and out within the same day with an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change.Only reason for a 4 star review was because of all the oil fingermarks on my van! Found all over the steering wheel, door inside and out, gear select and hood. Was probably a busy tech that had to move my van around the lot but I should not to have to wipe down and wash the van after a service.Will return again

Great attitude, service, and workmanship, but a little pricey. I understand the book time for adding Freon to the correct level might be an hour, but if it only takes you 20 minutes, maybe you only charge me for the 20 minutes, especially when you have 3 other people in the lobby and the entire garage is full. $120 for job that should cost $50 doesn’t bring back repeat customers.

My appointment was at 7:00 am to check my air conditioner system, add Freon if necessary and a oil change. I also had the dye added to find any leaks over time. My car was done by 8:07. I am a female and a lot of times Mechanec’s will try to sell you things or work that is not necessarily needed. They did not do this. The staff was excellent. I have been in Las Vegas for approximately 2 years and had not found a shop that I could take my car when it needed work. I have now found one. I will take my car to their shop anytime I need work done on my vehicle. The Car & Truck Guys are awesome. I will tell all my friends and highly recommend The Car & Truck Guys. Highly recommended, by neighbors and now me. No exaggerating, nor hidden fees.Actually I had purchased and installed a defective product. They checked all other possibilities. And determined my party was defective from manufacturer. They did not charge the 2 hour exam, only the time to remove and install new part, which had a 2year warranty.

Since I been in Vegas I have only had The Car &Truck Guys work on my car and the price are way better then getting work done by any dealership. When I went to Honda they charges me for stuff the car and truck guys said come with the services at a way higher rate, I came to The Car & Truck Guys and they got my 60000 maintenance work done at a price that fits a disable veteran budget and I like that they did give a free second opinion . Upon going back to get a maintenance oil changes I find out a tune up was not done which might be the reason my gas is burning so fast. All I want as a customer is to be ask Even if it dose not look like it need to be done, ask the customer “this is apart of the maintenance do you want it or not” but don’t make the Assumption that it shouldn’t be done because to me it a scam to get more money on the next services. I was very upset because as a single woman looking for a good mechanic Trying not be victims of a service in a male dominant industry is both sickening and frighting. The customer service is always good but at this moment I question the integrity of the business.

I was afraid to get on the freeway and drive all the way to Green Valley where I live. Daniel checked my car right away and was able to tell me what was wrong. I had to leave my car overnight and they had it ready for me the next morning. I will definitely be a return customer. Great customer service and repair service. The prices are comparable to Toyota where I usually take my vehicle for repair.
