When he first greeted me, I received a long lecture on why I should trust him. I question anyone who feels the need to sell himself to me at such length.His shop could not accommodate my large vehicle, but without inspecting it, he attempted several times to sell me on getting a new fuel pump. A service he told me would cost about $500. I do not respond to hard sell techniques. My vehicle was not having any problems that led me to believe I needed a fuel pump.The issue I asked him about, the reason I went there, he would not talk to me about. He side stepped when I continued to bring it up.My opinion is that he has limited knowledge of vehicles and tries to hard sell you on the services he knows how to do, even if you dont need them.I left and have no intention of returning.
