Had the pleasure of dealing with the two young Gentleman in the front I believe the managers. They were very honest and upfront about pricing and they warranty all there work. .so I let them look at my old work truck. They fixed it right up for the same price I was quoted no extra this or extra we found that. Very fair prices and honest work .thank you gentlemen again.

New to Las Vegas and getting use to the hot weather and then my car air conditioner went, I had taken my car to a certain so call auto repair, they kept my car for over a week then they told me couldnt fix it and I needed to take my car back to the dealer instead I brought it to Christensen Automotive dropped my car off that Tuesday had it back on Thursday now it works better then the day I drove it off the car lot. It wasnt a cheap job but well worth it living here in Nevada ! As far as being professional I would certainly give them a 💯 for a mark best place to take your car!

9/3/2021: PLEASE READ!! I was on my way to California from Denver and half way through Las Vegas my clutch pedal started to violently shake every time I engaged it. Call over 30 repair shops around the Las Vegas area. With Labor day around the corner, all shops were 2 weeks back up in repairs and no one could take us in immediately. Finally landed on Christensen Automotive and with the help from Michael and his awesome team they got us in and out same day, a full 8 hours day worth of labor done in just 5 hours! They repair my entire clutch kit (meaning taking apart the transmission, the hardest job for a manual vehicle). Not just that, they went above and beyond and told me that the first time they repaired my clutch kit in Denver (literally only 2 days ago) the auto shop (Avon Autos & Trucking) did not service my vehicle to the fullest and charged me double labor time that should have not been charged at all! They even took the time to call the Avon Auto and did the talking for us to figure why we was charged so much in the beginning. Fortunately, Michael managed to have all the repairs he did that day to be covered by the Napa AutoCare Warranty we had from the first auto shop (*we paid nothing*). Michael really sticked his neck out for us and we were on the road by sunset. I recommend Christensen Automotive to anyone in the area or anyone passing by if you are having car issues. By far the best Ive ever been too!!

Well my x went there for an oil change. Noticed it leaking oil 2 days later. Took it back. They tried 3 different gaskets they had in stock to fix it. Still leaked. They went to the auto parts store for one that worked. She needed a smog check so I was out with her and we stopped there for a smog. They did it in about 5 min and because she had problems the other day it was on the house. Or free for those of you that do not know that term. Great bunch of guys.

Smog check operations close at 5pm at this location, not 6pm like the rest of the shop. They say (apparently) the smog check process takes an hour to shut down, & that all other smog facilities also shut down an hour beforehand to allow doing whatever they need to do to close up. However, I called the other AA Auto location near Eastern and Warm Springs, and they were able to perform a smog check on my car as long as I got there before 5:45pm. The location near Warm Springs & Eastern automatically gave me a coupon for $10 smog check.

Wait was half an hour, but for a $10 smog check, thats totally worth it. They have a nice seating area with snacks and free coffee as well. The man at the front desk was friendly and funny. A pleasure to deal with. I will gladly come back here again in the future if needed.

This is the old AA Automotive Repair, with a new name and owner??BUT it seems the same great mechanics are still here.Had my wife’s car in, they fixed it up, quickly and at a very reasonable price.Great customer service........————————————————-We have only had 1 visit so far, the wife’s car had an O2 sensor go out...But, our 1st impressions was very positive.The guys were very friendly, professional and helpful.The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and priced nicely.Even though getting auto repairs is never fun, at least a friendly neighborhood mechanic can make it less stressful.

I came here the other day just to have them check my brakes. So they take the car back and come back to me 30 minutes later saying my brakes, rotors, calipers, and everything else attached to the wheel basically had to be replaced and it was about a $1,000 job. I told him I could afford that right now and he was trying very hard to get me to replace my brakes saying “they’re only at 10%”. So I had a mobile mechanic come out and he looked and replaced my brakes and rotors and said everything else looked very good and the brakes had 80% left not 10%, so they were definitely just looking for money. They always find reasons to have to “fix” your car. Not honest people at all!!

Good service, but its the second time that Im going to have to go back for incomplete labor.First time I had to return was because they didnt close the cover on the bottom of the motor after my old change. And second is now, because they didnt top off my liquids after my oil change. Only found out Im missing antifreeze because my battery died and after the AutoZone employee changed it he noticed that my antifreeze was low.

This goes for the shop on TROPICANA very unprofessional I had a bunch of work done and they did not do the work and the parts werent installed my bill was about twelve hundred dollars and they skipped a lot of services and didnt install a couple parts that I paid for and also had a transmission flush and they didnt even change my transmission fluid Im not made out of money so it was very hard for me to do that repair and when I did it they didnt even do it but they took my money very unprofessional and dishonest I would not recommend anybody to this place I would give them no stars if it was possible and then I later found out that the same people that own this company are the same people that own purfect Auto so what does that say. If you are a customer and you go to these Shoppes be very careful!!

Whatever you do, stay very far away from this place! Not worth the money spent. I have been taking my vehicles here for over a year just for oil changes and minor repairs. Over a month back, I ended up getting over 3,000 dollars worth of work done. Long story short, they replaced my fuel pump 3 times & the vehicle STILL wasnt running properly (claims the fuel pump they received was a bad part...multiple times..strange.) I finally went to another shop that finally repaired what AA failed to repair. (My vehicle was at AA a total of 5 times in just 1 months time, & it was in worse shape after they touched it.) Sadly will not be returning. Still waiting on a call back from the owner regarding my refund.

Ive been going here for about 5 years. The service quality was great, but just a little slow. Now they have raised their prices dramatically and customer service has really gone down. I probably wont be returning

RIP OFF WARNING. The check engine light came on in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma so I took it to AA Auto Care. They said I needed new manifold and valve cover gasket and new spark plugs. I paid them $681.42 to do those repairs. A few days later, the check engine light returned so I took it back to AA Auto Care. They said they did some sort of reset on the light. Everything seemed okay but a few days later, the check engine light returned. I took it back to them again and this time, they said I needed a new fuel pump. Although I was getting frustrated, I paid them $790.25 to replace it. A few days later, the check engine light came back on.At this point, I had lost faith in thier ability to diagnose and repair my truck so I took it to a nearby Toyota dealership. Toyota diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new fuel pump. I was stunned. I explained that it had just been replaced and asked them to save it for me. After Toyota completed the fuel pump replacement, the technician handed me the old fuel pump and said that it was very old and there was no evidence whatsoever that it had ever been replaced. He pointed out that when new, the fuel pump is white but the one he handed me was yellow (he said it turns yellow over time). He also pointed out that there was a significant amount of dirt build-up on the top of it and the lines to and from the pump showed no evidence of being disconnected and reconnected. In short, he believed it was the original fuel pump. I have attached a photo of the fuel pump that was removed.I called AA Auto Care and they directed me to the District Manager, John. John seemed very nice and said he would look into the matter and get back to me within two days. He even gave me his cell phone number. After not hearing from John after a week had passed, I called him but there was no answer and his mailbox didnt accept messages. Since then, I have called and text messaged John several times with no response.In summary, AA Auto Care charged me nearly $800 for a repair that they did not perform and the District Manager, who promised to look into the matter, will not return my messages. They totally ripped me off. Do yourself a favor, dont use this company.PS: My son has a horror story about AA Auto Care as well but Ill let him share that experience.

I was referred here by my friend and coworker Dave Patti. The location at 3892 E Sunset Rd, I love my car and I just wanted to do some maintenance before the summer really gets here. I called for an estimate. I made an appointment for Saturday. I dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning. They took me in right away, I Ubered home. They called me a few hours later and said it was ready. I had a full coolant flush, all new air and cabin filters, my tires rotated, front brake pads, rotors machined and a full synthetic oil change. All for $290. Not once was I upsold. (i’m in sales. I was waiting for it)Not once did they try to pressure me into having more services done. And I drove my car 40 minutes to the dog park today and all I can say is wow. The drive and the brakes are smooth like butter. So happy ❤️. Highly recommended.

Went in with car idling rough.(03 ford taurus 74k miles) they did diagnostics and found that the cam shift distributor was failing($800). they replaced that and then i had my engine light on as soon as i left the place. they claimed it needed time to reset. came back several times for them .....yup fix it. engine light turned on every time i left. here i am having paid 2x the market rate and them telling me i need a new timing chain now($700) why they didnt see the timing chain issue the entire time? just trying to squeeze money out of everybody. very rushed and dont wear masks most of the time.update: had my car fixed elsewhere. car issues were AA Auto. hopefully new owership will improve the others experience

The staff is friendly, intelligent and informed. My car was shaking and vibrating and the previous repair person in California did not fix it but did sell me on something that did not work. The AA Auto Care staff knew exactly what was wrong and give me an extremely reasonable quote. They did a free inspection and explained exactly what was needed and why. My 2003 car now drives like new! I have no hesitation in recommending AA Auto Care. I had just moved from California and needed to find a new mechanic I could trust. They also changed the fluids and give the car back by the end of the day. Even if all you need is an oil change they have a great rate.The garage is clean and the waiting room extremely comfortable. They even have easy chairs and coffee. They do their absolute best to make you feel confident and at home. The rest rooms are cleaner than most restaurants! Thank you for making what is usually a stressful experience very easy.

I have been taking my vehicle for various repairs to this location for over a year and I have always had Great experiences at this location. The mechanics have always done a Great job with whatever the repair needed was. The waiting lobby is always clean and accommodating. However, the thing that makes this place WELL ABOVE THE REST IS THE MANAGER, MARK.Mark is always nice, polite and REALLY CARES about everyone of his clients. He is always walking around every part of the business - always aware of what is happening in the working area with mechanics, in the lobby/phone/front office with his staff and clients - ensuring everything is going as it should be and helping everyone in anyway he can. He is one of Las Vegass hidden Angels. He is always calm, honest, smiling and makes you feel like a member of his family.I have been to other auto repair locations in Las Vegas and I consider myself very lucky to have found this auto repair location. After dealing with this AA Auto Care location for several years (service on 5 vehicles) I will never go back. A change in management about mid 2019 changed everything. Former manager (MM) was exceptional and we always got great service and reasonable prices. The operation now is managed by unprofessional, unskilled, rude, and notoriously dishonest people who have no idea how to fix a car. Use this shop only if you do not care about your car or your pocketbook.

Just ask for Rolando he will take care of you.I will never take my truck anywhere else! My truck is not an easy truck to work on(it has a 12 Bulletproof Lift) and i have no stress or worry leaving it with this AA Auto Care.Rolando is always very straightforward with what needs fixing so there are no hidden costs. The prices here are fair and speaking as a guy on a budget they will not mislead you towards stuff that is not necessary just to make an extra buck.I am very particular about who works on my rig and i trust Rolando and crew with any vehicle that i currently own or any car that i will own in the future. Terrible they treated me like I didnt know anything and messed with the settings on the car. It also took forever because the techs were messing around. I will never go back again.

I only go here for my oil change because I can see what theyre doing through their window. There was one time I visited to see if they would lie to me about what is wrong with my AC and windshield wipers. Keep in mind the only problem with my Ac was that their was no frion and my windshield wiper bolts just needed to be tightened for them to work. After they finished doing their, honest diagnostics, they had told me my motors on my windshield wipers were going out and my ac compressor needed to be replaced along with a leak in the system. They tried to charge me over $2000 to replace everything!! Lmao. After my visit, I went home to tighten up my bolts and put more frion into my vehicle and what do you know!? Both started to work perfectly fine! Once again, I only recommend this place for oil changes.

Shop manager Mark ensured I was taken care off as I should. Ive used this shop now twice and I will definitely be returning with the hopes of being a permanent customer at which my vehicle(s) will be serviced and maintain there routinely. Took my car in for a synthetic oil change on a coupon and received a laundry list of work. I paid for some of the work to be done and was on my way in for the final work but decided to go back to auto shop I ALWAYS go to and was told otherwise. However, I was informed that my axle was split and this was not something identified by AA AC after having my car on a rack to change the brakes. Very surprised since they have great reviews and the location is busy but I wont be back.

I stopped by this AA to have a brake inspection. The staff was decent but not friendly. I was given an estimate and when I presented the mail coupon, Rolando only honored 50%. The service manager Rolando was very sheisty and shady. After declining services, he told me the car was “already done”. I asked to take a look and the car had not even began being worked on. I bought my car to Purrfect Auto and was greeted with warm staff and they exceeded my expectations.

Is it unreasonable to assume that when your vehicle needs a repair that you can take it to a garage with a 4.8 star rating and they would be able to inspect and repair that vehicle? Wouldnt a repair leave your vehicle in better condition than you dropped it off?This is far from the case with this place. Do not leave your vehicle with these people. Mark and Rolando do not know what they are doing. Ive had to take my vehicle back to their shop 5 times out of the last 7 days. It is now in worst condition that its ever been in. Its sitting on the back of a tow truck now because it is undriveable. They want to keep charging me for their mistakes and this negligence is discussing. Each time my wife or I were there we heard similar complaints from other patrons that were bringing their cars back for a 3rd and fourth time. They asked a lady for her keys and they had her car in the back for a week. She is probably still waiting for them to fix her vehicle. Another guy was looking for his oil as this shop supposedly did his last oil change. He had no oil in his car. My wife is 9 months pregnant we were left stranded on the road with their last repair. If you ever want to feel safe in your vehicle do not leave it with these guys. These guys have endangered my life, my family, and the community. The authorities will be alerted.

The staff is awesome...especially Joe. Its unlike any repair shop I have been to. Free coffee, free water, clean (even the bathroom), and a VERY talented group of techs. I live about 15 miles from the shop, but they are the only ones who can touch my vehicle. And I trust them. I love you guys!

This rating deserves an explanation. I dont trust people very easily, and especially car shops cause i have heard one to many horror stories about them. I took some time looking around at places and checking out reviews and i landed on this place. The guys at the front of the shop Mark, and Rolando, are super nice guys and made me feel really confident about dealing with them. My car was a mess, and needed a lot of work. Not only did they take really good care of me, being patient with my questions and really helping to understand what they were doing, but they took really good care of my car. Each time Ive gone to this shop i leave feeling better than i came in and so does my car lol. Not only are they super nice guys but their mechanics did a great job bringing my car back to life and really helped me out. Couldnt recommend these guys enough.

Completely and utterly recommend AA Auto Care! When I first arrived my car was ready to be looked at, the mechanic took the car to the back and looked at the car for about 15/20 minutes. When they found the problem they instantly came to tell me that my oil needs changed, that also came with the price (which is cheap for what you get!) and a 30 minute wait. The lobby is wonderful, its clean and is a nice area to wait. After the mechanic was finished servicing my car I left. My car seems to be running just like new and there doesnt seem to be any mistakes at all! Truly a wonderful experience!

What can I say? Mark is the manager there and he has been such a great help going above and beyond helping me with my car. Even after calling days at a time he and his team took great care of my car and always have. I trust them completely to get the job done. Took my vehicle in 3 months ago to do the tune up and fluids. Left there with an oil leak I didnt have going in! Had to get that fixed and asked them to fix my window that wouldnt roll up anymore. We had just bought a new motor for that window about 6 months before. They said we needed a new motor again among other things. Was irritated, but had it fixed since it was getting chilly. A month later and the window stops working again! They tell us there is now a short in the switch and will cost $400 to repair!! There is no way these two visits should cost me $600 . And to top it off, my husband went online and found the switch we Supposedly need replaced for $80. There is no way in hell labor should cost $320!!!What a racquet! Will not ever return to this shady place again!!

UPDATE: The manager that provided the excellent service has not been there for over a year now. The new manager is the worst Ive ever experienced. He charged me for repairs he didnt do and argued with me when I confronted him. Two other shops confirmed the work wasnt done. I then find out that AA Auto Care is owned by Perfect Auto which has a reputation for shotty work. Ive found a place that is honest, trustworthy and curious and will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Stay away from AA Auto Care.Ive been bringing my cars here for several years and have never had a problem. Most mechanics try to charge for unnecessary work but have not had that issue here. Definatly recommend!

At AAA auto when you come in the lady in the front desk is very polite and professional I needed work done on my 1999 Toyota 4 runner because my check engine light was on ask for Mark and he took care of me the guy that was working on my 4 runner Mark said that was his best guy working on my 4 runner the guy test drive my 4 runner when he was done with the work drove it for 30min when he got back I passed smog Mark told me it was my massive air flow sensor and I needed oil change when everything was done I got my smog slip didnt charge me an arm and a leg very reasonable at this place and professional I recommend everyone going to Mark really good mechanics and not that long of a wait for the work that needed to be done very nice place very comfortable seats in the waiting room very happy customer anything you need to know about work on your car Mark knows so just ask for mark when you come to this place.

I would highly recommend this place. Mark at the desk is very professional and courteous. I needed a bunch of work done on a used Kia minivan that I bought and they diagnosed everything and gave me a very fair price for parts and labor. I also brought my other car in for oil change and smog and they did it for $29. Who does that in this town anymore??!! Good mechanics that will show you their work and what you need done to your vehicle, and very good staff overall. If you need a little help with your car, come to this place, they do a great job

I showed up right when it opened on a Saturday, and the staff could not be friendlier. They have a very nice, comfy waiting area with a vending machine, recliners, water dispenser, coffee pot, etc. Also, for a garage, they maintain the bathrooms very well. Ill definitely be back!

Used to live 7 minutes away from here, so it was very convenient for me, always great service.Now I live 30 minutes away, but instead of going anywhere else I make the long drive because I trust these folks this much. Absolutely recommend.

I was signed in right away by the gentleman in the front by the name of Saul, and let me not forget that Saul was very professional and polite. and made sure i was taken care. The price is extremely affordable. . I went in this morning for an oil change before heading out to work. I was in and out in 30 mins. Meanwhile i waited i was offered coffee and water. And those chairs are extremely comfortable in the waiting area.

These people are doing a great job. My Honda CRV 2000 stalled one time. They towed it and fixed it. There was no sparks and they fixed also the oil that was leaking.Furthermore, another time when the break lights and tail lights werent working. The people in Honda express service said they tested with different light bulbs and still wasnt working. So they concluded that it was the the switch. I went back AA Auto Care and told them the problem. They changed the light bulb and it worked okay.

Horrible. After a week Im pulling up for the 4th time to get my ride fixed. I dont know who does the test driving but they messed my truck up so bad now Im dropping it off with a tow truck. Last week I was driving rideshare everything was fine. I asked them to look at my fans for my ac. Big mistake. Thet messed up my radiator, engine isnt cooling right, alternator burnt out. None of these issues were present until this shop destroyed my ride.

Well how to begin I’ve been taking my cars to AA Auto Care the whole time I’ve lived in Vegas and I got to say the staff and the company in general our amazing they do the work you want they actually care about there customers Mark is an amazing manager. And I give mad props to the owner of this company thanks you guys for all the good conversation and the work you do for mine and my wife’s car.

This place is a SCAM. I was specific in a room full of people what I needed done and what I did NOT want done. They called hours later and attempted to sell me parts and services that I was clear in the beginning I did not want. I was clear on the phone again that I was not interested nor could afford what he was selling. I asked him to ONLY replace the wiring piece. I returned to find a differenent man (later identified as the owner) who charged my card (>$100 MORE than what I was told and in the end, the charge is more than 12 times what the bill should have been without any detail receipt of work and parts). After taking my money - he could NOT find my key. Someone removed it from the fob and separated it. He returned to say my vehicle was out being washed as a courtesy. I, continued to ask for the man who took the vehicle in - in the morning and was told 3 times it would only be 30 minutes more. 90 minutes later the man returns and makes claims to support the bait and switch. He was yelling that I needed those parts. and I told him I was clear I was not interested...and wanted my old parts put back in. Then he accused ME of scamming him..when I insisted on them putting MY parts back into my vehicle as I did not authorize the ones they put in. He said he would charge me more labor....so I told him ok get started and then he called the police and said he was NOT going to do that. It was the shop that reminded me that everything is recorded - and I was GLAD to hear that. Upon inspection of my vehicle - this shop tossed it!! I have work inventory and other items in my vehicle - at NO time did I ask nor authorize anyone to go thru the inside of the back seats of my vehicle - to vacuum or otherwise. In the BACK seat and the spot behind the back seat, I had a box of 2 dozen t shirts as a pomo for my company and a second box of bottled invetory. In the back floor board I keep a spare gallon of water. When I got to the car - the gallon of water was flipped upside down on the back seat and had leaked into both of the inventory boxes - another loss form these guys. One last note - while I was waiting the 90 minutes this afternoon I listened to and watched the owner profile his customers...i got you...i took car of the tax for you...no worries ive taken that off the bill and then the foreign and newer people who came in a totally different demeanor...not so helpful and charging way more than the others. This is NOT a good business. My experience is NOT reflective of what I had read. Lawyers have already been retained.

Had done replacements done and it was in a timely manner, my only disappointment was that I had to go back the next day because the front end alignment wasnt done properly and I was hydroplaning over every little splash of water and the front tires screeched a low rpm.

And everything seemed fine, until 30 days later when my car was riding rough, and the sticker for the mileage, (when to bring it back), was nowhere near what someone wrote. They were SUPPOSED to give me an oil change, just to be on the safe side. Well two weeks later my light comes on and I was told that they forgot to reset my oil light. Well that turned out to be a lie. I asked the man to check my oil, And there was no oil in my car. I could have burned my engine. A man comes out with nasty old oil and starts to put it in my car. When I asked what he was doing, and what kind of oil he was putting in my car he said synthetic blend... I almost lost it. Thats the wrong oil. The man comes back and says he will do a free oil change because he put the wrong oil in my car. This is now 3 oil changes that they were SUPPOSED to do on my car, but NEVER did. And three weeks later guess what... there was no oil in my car again, and now its making noises that it never made before. I paid for the expensive oil & the whole time they were giving me cheaper oil. Before my bad experience. I had referred this shop to someone else. When that person brought their car in. They gave them a list of things wrong with the car. But everything they listed, that person had it done from the dealership. So if you like your car, please dont bring it here. I will NEVER refer anyone to this shop, Nor bring my car back here. Everyone will have a different experience, But dont let the positive feedback fool you. Lesson Learned.P.S. If you do decide to bring your car here, when they are working on it. Watch them.

I will give this Place zero stars if I could. The This place is a scam they advertise $10 dollar oil Change just to get you in the building, I brought my car in for a Oil change I spent more then whats advertised even with the small print .Then I get my car drive it home my car cuts off in the middle of the road I never had no problems with my vehicle before I let these scam Artist touched my car . I notify the old Lady in the front she had a terrible attitude .. I feel the same Beware. .

I was new to town and had been treated poorly by more than one mechanic, but AA auto care is great. I maintain a couple of old clunker cars, and they manage to keep them on the road with minimal charges

My husband & I have been taking our cars here for 3 years and we refuse to go elsewhere. I strongly recommend AAuto (Mark) to anyone who needs ANY work done from an oil change to major repairs like a transmission ect. You can not get more honest respecting people who continually go the extra mile for you and will work with you all the way through. We have had our transmission replaced on two cars. Oxygenator, CO2 censor and various other repairs. They back up there warranty and we NEVER had any issues . Thank You!

Just had an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement on a 2014 Honda CR-V at this shop for the first time. I could not be happier with the service I received. I went there yesterday and Mark told me that if I came at 8am today theyd service my car immediately. That is exactly what happened. Very good prices and I was never pressured for any unnecessary work as other shops tend to do, just advice on what would be needed in the next year. They brought in the old air filter to show me how dirty it was after 40,000 miles and suggested I add that to my service, which I did. I never use dealers for non-warranty work (duh) and last time I used Pep Boys, just down the road on Sunset, they did not finish the work on the same day as promised and I had to rent a car just to get home from work. Highly recommend this AA Auto Care on Sunset.

A little backstory, Im a decent mechanic in my own right and have swapped all the parts in question before. Was told my car needed parts changed, ball joints, and that the control arms were twisted, and told my bushings were torn. When the parts came out of the car I had them hold them for me so I could inspect the validity of their assessment. They did not need to be completely replaced, they only needed to have the ball joints swapped.. They also didnt want to give back my expensive aftermarket bushings and cited a core charge. This 1-2 hour job (in a driveway when I last did one) cost me 1600 dollars.Beware this shop.

This place is the worst. Ive witness a lady get a refund check, a man upset about oil being put in his transmission and a variety of other upset customers do to the lack of competence the manager has.

Ok......Ive been coming here for years now because I literally work around the corner. I can honestly say sometimes I like this place and sometimes I hate this place. Sometimes it feels like I get a deal and most of the time I dont. Mechanics are a dime a dozen and I like the same place to work on my car but I feel sometimes this place takes advantage of me. To give them credit they do good work but I hate the process leading up to the work

This place is great wouldnt go any were else belive me when I say theres lots of auto Shops in the Vegas Valley and they are all rip offs but this company is here to stay and if you have any problem with the work they dont hesitate to speak with the management team they will always work hard to solving the issue, as for the other Shops in this Valley could care less about u or your problems these guys have honor and integrity no place can make everyone happy all the time but at least these guys give it there all so take it for what its worth give them a shot and see how they do for you they have always taken care of me ....

Good front desk service was disappointed last visit. Work that was done was a recall covered by manufacturer. I was not told this, I found out parts and labor couldve been done for free.

Like every other shop, these guys will get you in for a sheap Oil change, but will try to get more work done on your car, at very expensive price. Stick to the oil change only, it is the only work they do good.
